**What if every show had its own little rituals? 🎭✨**

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on March 20, 2024, backstage at the theatre in the quick-change area. It features actors Jenny Holmgren and Hjalmar Freij, both in full makeup for the opening number—it's Berlin cabaret, so the looks are *intense*! 💄🔥 Jenny is already in costume, while Hjalmar is still wrapped in his dressing gown, looking like he just stepped out of a very glamorous spa. 😂  

 They often sit on this bench during the show, working on crossword puzzles. 📝🤔 Jenny was *deep* into knitting during the first year of this production, but that phase seems to have faded. (Maybe I should remind her? 🧶👀) There’s something comforting about these little rituals that actors develop during long runs. A bit of normalcy in the middle of all the glitter, drama, and quick changes. ✨⏳  

Backstage moments like this are what make theatre special—offstage friendships, quiet routines, and glimpses of personality beyond the spotlight. It’s the heartbeat of the production, the space between the scenes where performers become a family. 💛🎭
