KIR ROYALE:
Glass type: Wine glass
ingredients
10ml Crème De Cassis
90ml Champagne
Method
Add the crème de cassis to the bottom of the wine glass. Top up with champagne and serve.
FRENCH 75:
Champagne flute
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
120ml Champagne
Stir the sugar syrup, lemon juice and gin into an ice-filled mixing glass. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
