On a weekend trip to my parents’ house in Mörbylånga, Öland, my friend Ulf and I stopped at this breathtaking lake as the sun dipped below the horizon. He needed a break for his back, but honestly, we both needed a moment to take this in. The water was still, perfectly mirroring the fiery sky and dramatic clouds. It was beautiful—ethereal, almost unsettling in its perfection. 🌊☁️
