Cocktail: Iris Apfel

2 parts Absolut Vanilla

1 part Noilly prat

Rind of lime

Shake with ice, serve with a rind of lime.

 

Cocktail: Arsenic and Tonic

 

Gin 40 ml

Absinthe 10 ml

Lime 1 wedge

tonic 100 ml

Mint to garnish

Filla tall glass with ice, add, gin, absinthe, squeeze the lime, add the wedge, add tonic and a spring of mint. 

Lime Basil Vermouth Cocktail

 Ackording to Magnus, this was great!

3 leaves of basil

1 wedge of lime

Vermouth Blanc, 2 ounces

Garnish

1 lime wedge, if desired

1 optional basil sprig

Instructions

Basil and lime should be muddled in a rocks glass.

Pour the vermouth over the ice in the glass.

If preferred, add a lime wedge and a basil sprig as garnish.
