I show you the incredible feast: a stunning, delicious Biscoff cheesecake (completely vegan, but spectacular!) and a perfectly constructed walnut pesto sandwich. Plus, the essential coffee and water! It was the perfect blend of decadence and necessary energy for the evening ahead! ☕️🥪

The show itself, TOXIC, is a phenomenal success. Directed by Olle Mårtens, the play confronts the most pressing issues of our time—youth violence, criminality, and toxic masculinity—but does so ingeniously. It is set in 1969 England, using the Skinhead culture as a backdrop. This distance allows the audience to confront the issues without the knee-jerk polarization of current events. The aesthetics, the ska music, the bomber jackets—it’s all brilliantly deployed to discuss how aggression and silence kill emotional expression. The acting is electric!
