Next, the necessary pivot to sustenance! We headed to the restaurant Hate for dinner. We indulged in an exquisite, modern take on Argentinian cuisine: a delightful wrap featuring a Chorizo—mine was, naturally, the expertly crafted vegan version—with creamy mashed potatoes, all rolled into a perfect flatbread! It was unexpected, delicious, and utterly satisfying! 🌯🌱 I talk about the joy of finding excellent vegan options at international restaurants.

Then, the mode of transport shifted to the utterly chic! We jumped onto a boat! One must seize the opportunity to travel by water! We were headed to our friend Masan's get-together, where she had brilliantly rented a local space in her building to host various local artisans selling their unique, crafted goods!
