But there’s one quirky ritual I love: every day, I upload the **oldest photo on my iPhone** to my socials… and then I delete it 🗑️. It’s my personal way of keeping my feed fresh AND nostalgic. Every photo holds a little memory, and sharing them one by one feels like a time capsule project 📸✨.

Today’s a special day: it’s **May 1st**, and every first of the month, I do a home refresh! I change my bed linens, swap out my toothbrush head, change my razor blades, and rotate all my plants a quarter turn 🌿☀️. It’s a small ritual that keeps me grounded and keeps my apartment (in **Midsommarkransen, Stockholm**) feeling fresh and cared for.

Later, I fall into the classic TikTok rabbit hole… you know the one: you watch ONE Korean cucumber salad recipe and suddenly every video is cucumbers 🥒😂. I gave in, went to the store (thankfully cucumbers were on sale!), and came back to make **Oi muchim**, a tangy, spicy Korean cucumber salad that’s honestly addictive. I couldn’t help noticing the name sounds kinda Yiddish 😄. While cooking, I listened to **The Gilded Gentleman podcast**—because why not mix food and history?
