The ache was Grecian. Heroic. So naturally, I reached for my stone rolling pin, a domestic object turned gladiator’s remedy. 🪨 It was no use. I plugged in my electric massager like a housewife in a 1950s science-fiction fantasy. I pulsed and buzzed like Sputnik. Painful. Gorgeous.

And then: errands. The great equaliser. I needed an adapter — not metaphorical, darling, an actual one — for my hard drive.
