Every morning, I begin by editing yesterday’s Instagram story videos so I can post them across all platforms—YouTube, TikTok, Insta, you name it. After exporting the final cut 🎞️, I head to my computer to upload the video and write the perfect description that captures the chaos and charm of daily creative life.

But here’s where it gets fun: I also upload the oldest photo on my iPhone (today’s was me in a colorful, wild outfit 🧣🕶️) to my social media… and then erase it! It’s my weirdly satisfying daily ritual that keeps my feed feeling both fresh and nostalgic 🌀📸

Brunch? Oh, it’s a vegan feast: crispy fried potatoes, hearty baked beans, and IKEA’s beloved vegan meatballs. The perfect plant-based comfort combo 🌱🍽️ Mid-brunch, something totally unexpected happens—a SQUIRREL casually strolls across my window ledge like it’s no big deal 🐿️😂

Inspired, I create a story from that old iPhone photo by having ChatGPT read a poetic description of it aloud 📱🔊 I record that and turn it into content, because why not? Finally, I cook up a garlicky, fried Chinese smelly tofu dish that smells intense but tastes amazing 😋🧄

Before heading out, I put on my signature look: a denim bucket hat, superhero-inspired sunglasses, a red and black leopard print scarf, and my dark blue Marni jacket.

Culinary Adventure:

Cycling to Södermalm, I meet up with my friend Magnus at Älskade Traditioner, a retro restaurant on Södermannagatan known for its diverse waffle offerings. Magnus enjoys a decadent seafood salad waffle, while I opt for a vegan lunch waffle paired with a refreshing hallonsoda.

Evening Vibes:

What if Leaving for Work Was a Runway Show?

Ever sonder what leaving your apartment for work looks like when fashion meets real life? This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, taken on February 7, 2025, in the stairwell of my building in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm. I had just left my apartment, ready for work, dressed in a green baseball cap from H\&M’s collab with Rabanne, black square sunglasses from H\&M x Marni, black JBL headphones, and a peek of my wool sweater from H\&M x Margiela under my light puffer jacket from H\&M x Ev Bravado and Téla D’Amore with the Basquiat Estate. I wore black jeans with white graffiti from the Basquiat collection and chunky black sneakers with white soles from Eytys x H\&M. In my left hand was a bag from H\&M x Marni and in my right hand, my house keys.

Funny story about those keys: a few years ago, I lost them while biking to dinner at my friend Majsan’s. I stopped to pick up my friend Christian at his atelier and as I went to lock my bike, I noticed the keys were gone. Total panic. I never lose things! I retraced my route back to Liljeholmen galleria, where I’d last used them to unlock the bike, but nothing. No keys anywhere. I had to cancel dinner and call my friend Magnus for the spare keys. A week later, someone turned them in—but that’s a story for another time.

Next stop: my crosstrainer for some quick cardio 🏃‍♂️💦 (gotta keep the content engine running), followed by biking through beautiful Stockholm 🚲 — specifically to **Norrmalm**, one of the city's most vibrant cultural districts. Norrmalm is the pulse of downtown Stockholm — home to busy streets, iconic buildings, shopping, and theatres — and today, I’m heading there for the **opening night of "TOP NOTCH"** at Fri Scen in Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. 🏛️🎟️

I was invited by my dear friend Martin, who produced the show, and obviously I couldn’t turn down a night of live music, vulnerability, and theatre at its rawest. But first, I make some crucial stops: ICA at Mariatorget for smoked paprika 🌶️ and dental brushes 🦷 (yes, really), Systembolaget for a bottle of Triple Sec 🍊 (gift for Martin), and popcorn from Hemköp 🍿. A spontaneous Max pitstop on Sergels Torg gets me a quick vegan burger 🍔—and an unexpected reunion with performer Viktor Molino, my former castmate in *Singin’ in the Rain* and *Spamalot*. 🎭💃

Then—*TOP NOTCH*. This musikteaterföreställning by **Niklas Löjdmark Chressman** hit like a storm 💥. It explores what happens when everything crashes — when a high-performing man burns out 🧠💤 and tries to reconnect with music 🎶, humour 😅, movement 🕺 and identity ✍️.

I start off by editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories 🎞️ and uploading them to all my social platforms. Then I sit down at my laptop 💻 to write the captions—and of course, I post the *oldest photo* on my iPhone 📸 before deleting it forever 😢 (nostalgia with a twist).  

Back at home in lovely Midsommarkransen 🏡, I’ve got dishes to tackle 🍽️, more videos to edit 🎥, and the flat needs a proper clean 🧼. Broadway musicals blast in the background 🎭🎶 while I scrub and sort.

Then it’s time for a workout—half an hour on the crosstrainer 🚴‍♂️, followed by a refreshing shower 🚿. For lunch, I make boiled potatoes 🥔, IKEA vegan meatballs 🌱, and my rich, creamy homemade brown sauce 🍛. On the side: shredded cabbage, salt, and lingonberry jam 🥬🧂🍒. *It’s seriously the best.*
