This little ritual blends digital declutter with nostalgic joy and keeps my social feed fresh and meaningful.

It’s a windy spring day in Stockholm, but the sun is shining ☀️🌬️—so I head to the kitchen for a cozy vegan breakfast.

My menu:
🥞 Red lentil pancakes—protein-packed and naturally gluten-free
🍅 Tomato couscous chia salad with roasted nigella seeds
🫙 A quinoa jar salad layered with cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and sundried tomatoes, topped with a tangy dressing

Of course, I cooked too much quinoa, so now there’s a surplus—guess I’ll be recipe-planning all week 😅

As the sun sets over Midsommarkransen, I shake up a delicious watermelon margarita 🍉🍸 made with tequila, watermelon liqueur, agave syrup, and fresh lime juice 🍋. It’s refreshing, sweet, and a little dangerous.

The video starts with me doing what I do every day: editing yesterday’s Instagram stories 🎬 on my laptop with coffee in hand ☕. I post them to all my social platforms, write captions, and then — my personal tradition — I upload the oldest photo on my iPhone to social media and delete it 🚮 It’s how I keep my feed fresh and nostalgic at the same time 📲💫

But then it’s on to something truly Swedish: *smörgåstårta* — a savory sandwich cake that’s usually a Midsummer classic. Of course, I make mine upside-down and entirely plant-based 🌱

I start by layering the bottom of a container with the toppings:

– Chopped walnuts

– Sliced cherry tomatoes

– Halved olives

Then come the layers of mayo-slathered crustless Wonderbread, stacked lasagna-style with:

– Vegan potato salad

– Pickled red onions

– Lettuce

– Vegan seafood salad

– Jalapeños

– Capers

– Finely chopped celery

Once pressed and refrigerated overnight, the result is a creamy, dreamy, midsummer-ready savory cake that slices like dessert but tastes like your dream picnic 🧊🍴

I live in Midsommarkransen, a cozy suburb of Stockholm 🇸🇪 and I work as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre in the city 🎭 But when I’m not backstage with sequins and wigs, I’m home with my camera and coffee, editing and uploading every single day ☕💻

Today’s brunch is all about cleaning out the fridge before I go on tour: berries 🍓, toast 🍞, oat milk ☁️, and vegan cheese 🧀 It’s a simple spread, but one that fuels the whole creative engine 🚀

Then I hop on my bike 🚲 and head to the theatre to pick up some beautifully repaired costumes from the brilliant Tim Mårtensson 👗🧵 He always brings them back to life with flair.

But before heading home—I stop by Stockholms Stadsmission at Liljeholmstorgets Galleria and find the most incredible secondhand tablecloth 🌺🟨🟪 It looks straight out of Sicily 🇮🇹 and adds a pop of Mediterranean joy to my little flat 🏠

Evening = screen time with snacks 🍕 I head to my friend Ulf’s where we watch HACKS on Netflix 🎬🍷🍫 We laugh, eat vegan pizza, and indulge in chocolate ice cream—because creators need downtime too 💛

What happens when a content creator starts his day with editing... and ends it with existential theatre, paprika, and popcorn? Welcome to my life. 💻📸🎭

In this funny, chaotic, and surprisingly heartfelt vlog, I take you through a typical but totally *not* typical day in my Stockholm life. From early morning edits of Instagram Stories, uploading cross-platform content, and writing video descriptions, to my daily ritual of posting (then deleting) the oldest photo on my iPhone — this is how I balance creativity with clarity. ✍️📱🗑️

Next stop: my crosstrainer for some quick cardio 🏃‍♂️💦 (gotta keep the content engine running), followed by biking through beautiful Stockholm 🚲 — specifically to **Norrmalm**, one of the city's most vibrant cultural districts. Norrmalm is the pulse of downtown Stockholm — home to busy streets, iconic buildings, shopping, and theatres — and today, I’m heading there for the **opening night of "TOP NOTCH"** at Fri Scen in Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. 🏛️🎟️

I was invited by my dear friend Martin, who produced the show, and obviously I couldn’t turn down a night of live music, vulnerability, and theatre at its rawest. But first, I make some crucial stops: ICA at Mariatorget for smoked paprika 🌶️ and dental brushes 🦷 (yes, really), Systembolaget for a bottle of Triple Sec 🍊 (gift for Martin), and popcorn from Hemköp 🍿. A spontaneous Max pitstop on Sergels Torg gets me a quick vegan burger 🍔—and an unexpected reunion with performer Viktor Molino, my former castmate in *Singin’ in the Rain* and *Spamalot*. 🎭💃

Then—*TOP NOTCH*. This musikteaterföreställning by **Niklas Löjdmark Chressman** hit like a storm 💥. It explores what happens when everything crashes — when a high-performing man burns out 🧠💤 and tries to reconnect with music 🎶, humour 😅, movement 🕺 and identity ✍️.
