Ever made too much quinoa and ended up booking a ferry to Gotland by accident? That’s Sunday in Stockholm for you 😂

This little ritual blends digital declutter with nostalgic joy and keeps my social feed fresh and meaningful.

It’s a windy spring day in Stockholm, but the sun is shining ☀️🌬️—so I head to the kitchen for a cozy vegan breakfast.

My menu:
🥞 Red lentil pancakes—protein-packed and naturally gluten-free
🍅 Tomato couscous chia salad with roasted nigella seeds
🫙 A quinoa jar salad layered with cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and sundried tomatoes, topped with a tangy dressing

Of course, I cooked too much quinoa, so now there’s a surplus—guess I’ll be recipe-planning all week 😅

As the sun sets over Midsommarkransen, I shake up a delicious watermelon margarita 🍉🍸 made with tequila, watermelon liqueur, agave syrup, and fresh lime juice 🍋. It’s refreshing, sweet, and a little dangerous.

Magnus FaceTimes me right around cocktail hour—and somehow, by the end of the call, we’ve booked a ferry to Gotland 🚢 A little impulsive chaos is the perfect way to end the week!

Start your day with me in Midsommarkransen as I show you what it’s really like being a content creator, vlogger, and dresser for a musical theatre in Stockholm 🇸🇪🎭

This video is a whirlwind of creativity, digital nostalgia, vegan food, and… an unexpected squirrel 🐿️

Every morning, I begin by editing yesterday’s Instagram story videos so I can post them across all platforms—YouTube, TikTok, Insta, you name it. After exporting the final cut 🎞️, I head to my computer to upload the video and write the perfect description that captures the chaos and charm of daily creative life.

But here’s where it gets fun: I also upload the oldest photo on my iPhone (today’s was me in a colorful, wild outfit 🧣🕶️) to my social media… and then erase it! It’s my weirdly satisfying daily ritual that keeps my feed feeling both fresh and nostalgic 🌀📸

Brunch? Oh, it’s a vegan feast: crispy fried potatoes, hearty baked beans, and IKEA’s beloved vegan meatballs. The perfect plant-based comfort combo 🌱🍽️ Mid-brunch, something totally unexpected happens—a SQUIRREL casually strolls across my window ledge like it’s no big deal 🐿️😂

Inspired, I create a story from that old iPhone photo by having ChatGPT read a poetic description of it aloud 📱🔊 I record that and turn it into content, because why not? Finally, I cook up a garlicky, fried Chinese smelly tofu dish that smells intense but tastes amazing 😋🧄

🌍 I live in the creative suburb of Midsommarkransen in Stockholm.

🎭 I work as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre.

What I Do All Day as a Content Creator in Stockholm 🇸🇪📲🎭

It’s just another Tuesday in my chaotic, theatre-filled content creator life 🎭🍜📲

In today’s vlog, I start my morning in cozy Midsommarkransen, Stockholm 🌇. My first task? Turning yesterday’s Instagram Stories into cross-platform content 🎞️💻. I export, upload, and write that all-important caption ✍️. Then comes my personal ritual: I find the oldest photo on my iPhone, post it for the memories, and delete it forever 🗂️✨

Then I bike 🚴‍♂️ through the city to meet Magnus for lunch at Saigon Baguette – our all-time fave for vegan Vietnamese noodles 🍜🌱. Crispy toppings, silky broth, total comfort 🥢🔥.

After lunch, we head to Bar Nordic 🍸 – a sleek, design-forward cocktail bar in Stockholm where the vibe is icy cool and the drinks are next level. We try the RAJ-RAJ, a sparkling yuzu-tropical cocktail that tastes like sunshine in a glass 🍋🌴❄️.

The night ends at Stockholms Musikalartist Utbildning, where we watch their final performance showcase. And let me tell you… THEY. DID. THAT. 👏

As always, I start the day by editing yesterday’s story videos, uploading across social platforms, and posting the oldest photo on my phone—then deleting it. It’s my quirky way of combining digital detox with daily storytelling 🧠💡.  

And this day got *even better*: I decided to make a birthday music video from scratch using AI. I wrote the lyrics with ChatGPT and generated the song using Suno. The result? Surprisingly catchy! Don’t miss my reaction to hearing the first version.
