Travel Chaos & Gin Haul: Morning Unpacking After a 3‑Hour Late Train | Vlog

Morning reality: I wake up at 3 PM. Why? Because a trip from Härnösand took forever—three‑hour train delay, last metro home, bed at 03 30. But the universe sends a gift: a bike basket surprise from Ewa, my dresser friend from Mamma Mia—20 years ago!

Unpacking is my therapy: perfumes, seven pairs of shoes, wipes, phone case, Jimmy Choo wallet filled with rings and necklaces, galoshes (thank god), water bottle I forgot, and a windbreaker, orange shorts, black Lanvin x H&M pants, Versace x H&M tee, Rosh x H&M shirt, and a sequin hoodie from H&M’s innovation circular line.

And the suitcase standout? Hernö Navy Strength Gin—of course, a martini follows. Best decision? My orange SWIMS galoshes—they saved my Erdem x H&M leather brogues from puddles.

🎬 I start the day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories like I do every morning. I repurpose them for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more—multi-platform content is the name of the game 🎥📲

💾 After the edits, I upload a brand new video and my daily tradition continues: I find the oldest photo on my iPhone, post it to social media, then delete it 📸 It’s a fun, nostalgic way to keep my content fresh and my storage light 🧼

But let’s talk about this weather. It’s mid-June, but Stockholm feels like February ☔ I want sun, heat, summer dresses—anything but this! So I grab my bike and head into Hornstull 🚴‍♂️

🏡 At H\&M HOME, I find joy in small things: a yellow vase and two yellow bowls with a lemon pattern 🍋 plus a round tablecloth that brightens up my apartment immediately. I style them in my living room and windowsill, and suddenly the flat is giving *sunshine realness* even if the sky isn’t 🌤️

🍸 Since it’s June, Magnus and I are celebrating “June and Tonic” but I decide to get creative with my cocktail:

– 1 part Minttu

– 1 part Vodka

– 1 part Chocolate liqueur

– Shake over ice 🧊

It’s a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate and it’s as fun as it sounds.

📞 Later I FaceTime Magnus, who’s enjoying a gin with rhubarb & raspberry tonic. We talk about new swimming spots in Stockholm and he introduces me to a concept I now need in my life: a *dry bag*—a waterproof bag you can float beside you while you swim! 🏊‍♂️👜

After that, it’s back to apartment life in Midsommarkransen, a suburb of Stockholm. I work as a dresser and costume supervisor for a major musical theatre here in the city 🎭👘 and between rehearsals and fittings, I squeeze in as much vlogging and content creation as I can.

Today I also unpack some of the luggage from tour — but honestly? I don’t get far 😅 The true highlight is the Sellpy box that arrived! Inside: 10 secondhand treasures from collaborations like Moschino x H\&M, Erdem x H\&M, Comme des Garçons, and even Disney. Rhinestones, florals, Dr. Martens with mirrored toe caps, and a poodle bag? 🚴‍♂️ ADVENTURE TO SKANSTULL

I grab my bike and head into Södermalm, to Skanstull to meet my fabulous friend Magnus 💁‍♂️ at HAQET – SWEDISH STREET FOOD. They specialize in sausages from all over the world 🌍. I had the vegan Marrakesh—smashed potatoes in flatbread with the most delicious sausage 💥. Magnus loved his spicy Merguez too 🌶️.

🛍️ A LITTLE SHOPPING NEVER HURT

Then it’s off to the shopping centre RINGEN where I get totally sidetracked by a 40% sale at HEMTEX 😅. I joined their membership to grab a gorgeous glass pitcher 🏺, two floral bud plates 🌸, and a lime-inspired cup 🍋. Stylish and smart!

🎭 PACKING FOR TOUR LIFE

Back home, I begin packing for the tour of the show I’ve been working on for years 💼. It’s a huge milestone and I’m both nervous and excited for what’s next.

Then I hop on my bike 🚲 and head to the theatre to pick up some beautifully repaired costumes from the brilliant Tim Mårtensson 👗🧵 He always brings them back to life with flair.

But before heading home—I stop by Stockholms Stadsmission at Liljeholmstorgets Galleria and find the most incredible secondhand tablecloth 🌺🟨🟪 It looks straight out of Sicily 🇮🇹 and adds a pop of Mediterranean joy to my little flat 🏠

Evening = screen time with snacks 🍕 I head to my friend Ulf’s where we watch HACKS on Netflix 🎬🍷🍫 We laugh, eat vegan pizza, and indulge in chocolate ice cream—because creators need downtime too 💛
