FROM LAGERFELD JEANS TO A RAINY NIGHT AT THE THEATRE

What happens when Lagerfeld jeans meet a rainy night at the theatre?

In today’s vlog, it’s all about cost per wear, backstage theatre rituals, and the raw beauty of an unfinished performance.

The Day in Motion
The story begins with my jeans — Lagerfeld x H&M, worn for the seventh time. At this point, their cost per wear is down to 20 SEK. Fashion, when stretched across time, becomes not only chic but efficient. Style is mathematics, darling.

Inside the theatre, the rehearsal room breathes with energy 🎭. I remove name tags from a dressing gown — yesterday’s loungewear, today’s stage costume. Fashion is transformation, fashion is theatre. Camilla, the costume designer, offers us a wealth of treasures. To share the bounty, I gift David, our makeup designer, a box of glasses and sunglasses. His artistry now has new toys. Outside, the rain falls. Always, the rain. ☔

An Evening of Theatre
When the workday ends, I set out for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, up to Kilen, Fri Scen, to witness the premiere of LEDNINGEN’s not-for-profit production “KARL XII – FÖR SVERIGE I FRAMTIDEN.”

The experience? Honest review: not great. It felt tentative, like a first try-out, a reading more than a staging. Lines, ideas, ambitions — all present, but not yet crystallised. And that, in its way, is fascinating. To witness art mid-birth. To glimpse the unfinished, to be part of a process instead of its polish.

Why Watch This Vlog?
This isn’t just a diary of jeans and rain. It’s a meditation on:
Cost per wear: how fashion gains value over time
Backstage life in the theatre: dressing gowns turned costumes, designer collaborations
The generosity of collaboration: Camilla’s costumes, David’s artistry
Independent theatre in Stockholm: LEDNINGEN’s bold ambition
The joy (and frustration) of raw art: performances still in their chrysalis

Emotional Core
Theatre is rehearsal until it isn’t. Fashion is ordinary until you wear it. Rain is nuisance until you see it as drama. Life, as always, is unfinished, ongoing, always in performance.

THE SHEER SWEATER, THE BIRTHDAY DINNER, AND THE SURPRISE OUTSIDE MY DOOR

Have you ever opened a package that turned your entire day into a performance?

In today’s vlog, the theatre of life unfolds in black sheer fabric, birthday rituals, forgotten restaurant names, and the small miracles of packages and people returning home.

The Story Unfolds
The day begins at the theatre, my temple of work and wonder. Waiting for me: a package. Inside — a black sheer sweater, transparent and utterly decadent. The kind of garment that whispers secrets and demands attention. Inspired by Joanna Lumley’s 1960s modeling wisdom — always look excited — I transform the theatre corridor into a runway. Style, darling, is always performance.

After the curtain falls on work, I mount my bike 🚴‍♂️ and ride to Söder. There, I am to meet my dear friend Ulf, though the name of the restaurant escapes me. Ulf and I met in the mid-80s at Teaterverkstan, where young actors dreamed themselves into being. He is more than a friend — he is history, laughter, continuity.

Today, we celebrate his birthday 🎂. I arrive with gifts: a Le Creuset wine cooler 🍷 and water bottle 💧 — elegance and utility combined. Yet the day is tinged with worry: Ulf is preparing for stomach surgery. He must quit smoking, but smoke still lingers in his life. It is both poignant and maddening. Finally, the restaurant name comes to me: DEMI.

Life’s Unexpected Extras
On my way home, the evening brings more drama. At COOP 🛒, I collect three packages: two from VINTED 📦, one from SELLPY 📦📦 with nine peculiar treasures inside. Each parcel is its own narrative, its own stage. And then — as if orchestrated by fate — I spot Mattias on a scooter 🛵. Once gone from Stockholm for the sake of his mental health, he now returns, newly anchored in the same block as I. A reunion, casual and magnificent.

When I finally reach my door — yet another package awaits. Life, my dear, is nothing if not a sequence of surprises.

Why Watch This Vlog?
Because it’s not simply about sweaters, parcels, or restaurants. It’s about:
Second-hand treasures from Vinted and Sellpy
Theatre backstage life
Friendship spanning decades
Birthday rituals and meaningful gifts
The struggle of quitting smoking before surgery
The joy of unexpected encounters

This is the fabric of life — sheer, unpredictable, and utterly stylish.

THE WORST GIFT WRAP OF MY LIFE (AND THE BEST JACKET FROM VINTED)

Have you ever unwrapped a gift so badly wrapped, it became the true performance of the evening?

In this vlog, I take you on a journey through theatre corridors, second-hand treasures, avant-garde lunches, and the great drama of gift wrapping gone wrong.

What happens in this video?

The day begins with a package from VINTED — a glorious H&M Studio 2017 suit jacket. Too good to keep to myself, I make my coworker David try it on. It fits beautifully, though we discover David’s arms practically touch his knees. He struts the theatre hallway like it’s Paris Fashion Week, and suddenly the ordinary is extraordinary.

Lunch is humble yet fabulous: tomatoes 🍅, instant noodles 🍜, and sunflower seed sprouts 🌱 grown by my own hand. Proof that style can exist on every plate.

But the day carries weight — it’s Lisa’s final day as our production assistant. She’s been the quiet force behind the madness, the friend behind the curtain. Saying goodbye is never simple — in theatre or in life. 🎭💔

After work, I dive into Stockholm’s department store temple: Åhléns. Mission: a birthday gift for Ulf. I choose chicness itself — a Le Creuset wine cooler and water bottle. Stainless steel. Functional beauty. But then, the disaster: the salesperson refuses to gift wrap. “Do it yourself,” they say. Me? Wrap my own gifts? Impossible. I refuse.

Eventually, an assistant appears and produces what must be the worst gift wrap in Scandinavia. Wrinkles. Uneven folds. Tape visible like battle scars. It’s almost performance art — except it’s real life, and it’s my chic Le Creuset.

Why watch this vlog?

Because it’s not just about fashion, food, or theatre — it’s about the absurd beauty of everyday life. From David’s runway moment to Lisa’s farewell, from sunflower sprouts to scandalous wrapping, this video celebrates the extraordinary in the ordinary.

💡 Perfect if you love:
Second-hand fashion and Vinted finds
Backstage theatre life
Friendship and farewells
Humor in daily mishaps
Sustainable style
Stockholm’s culture and shopping rituals

🌈 Life is theatre. Fashion is performance. And even a poorly wrapped present can become a story worth telling.

I THOUGHT IT WAS THURSDAY. IT WASN’T. I GOT A RHINESTONE BAG INSTEAD.

Darlings, you know it’s summer when nothing makes sense — not the days of the week, not the weather, and certainly not your impulse purchases from SELLPY. 🌞💫 Join me on this sun-drenched, slightly chaotic day where my friend Ulf and I do everything from swimming to falafel eating to rhinestone bag unboxing… and somehow, it all makes perfect sense.

💦 We begin in Marievik — not the most glamorous name, but darling, the floating jetties are sublime. Ulf’s physiotherapist prescribed water, so off we go — and I take my first dip of the season. Cold? Yes. Invigorating? Divine.

🚗 Next, we cruise to Skärholmen (chauffeured, of course), for Ulf’s falafel craving — and end up at Aleppo Kebab. Smoky, spicy, worth every turn. Then, RUSTA: I buy a mini air conditioner that works on ice cubes. Yes. I know. It works.

📦 THEN comes SELLPY. And oh! What a haul:
• VERSACE x H&M beanie
• MOSCHINO x H&M beanie (a glove for your head!)
• ERDEM x H&M wool scarf (a gift!)
• ROKH x H&M tee — white, clinical, chic
• MARIMEKKO x H&M scarf — citrus and blush
• CONSCIOUS STORY recycled tote ♻️
• Silver crossbody bag
• Fully rhinestone-studded purse 💎
• Long silver ball necklace (dramatic)

And to celebrate: cocktails on the balcony. I introduce THE RICKY — vodka on ice, nothing else. As dry as it gets, named after my friend Ricky who wouldn’t dare let a vermouth bottle near his drink. 🍸

📚 I spend the evening in Midsommarkransen, reading, sipping, listening to seagulls and buses. That, my darlings, is a perfect Friday. Or Thursday. Or…

Vegan Vlogger Morning Routine + H&M Haul + Theatre Life in Stockholm 🇸🇪

Ever wondered what a full day in the life of a Swedish vegan vlogger looks like? From editing videos at home to cycling through Stockholm and mixing cocktails—this is it. 🎬🌱🚴‍♂️

Join me, Joakim Clifton Bergman, as I dive into a typical (but never boring) day in my life as a male content creator, costume supervisor, and vegan living in the leafy suburb of Midsommarkransen, Stockholm.

My day begins at my editing desk where I cut together yesterday’s Instagram Stories for all my social media channels. After uploading the new vlog and writing descriptions, I share the oldest photo on my iPhone (a daily tradition!) and then delete it—keeping my feed nostalgic AND minimal 🧠📲.

With that sorted, I step outside to film some quick establishing shots of my apartment building 🏢. Then it’s time for a sparkly morning shower using Intergalactic soap from Lush 🌌, before hopping on my bike to pick up a parcel from H&M 🛍️—a sale order, of course. It’s a pair of jeans that I get to unbox later with my friend Ulf 👖🎁.

But I don’t arrive empty-handed! I bring along homemade vegan red lentil pancakes 🥞, spicy peanut sauce 🥜, and a fresh tomato salad 🍅. We kick off the dinner vibes with a refreshing watermelon liqueur cocktail 🍉🍸 before settling into the couch to watch the latest episodes of HBO’s The Gilded Age 📺.

After Ulf falls asleep mid-drama 😴, I bike back home through Stockholm’s summer night and make myself a classic Negroni 🍊 before heading to bed.

This is more than just a daily vlog—it’s a mix of vegan cooking inspo, Stockholm lifestyle, minimalism, daily content creation tips, and theatre backstage flavor. Perfect for anyone interested in authentic day-in-the-life videos from creators working behind the scenes in musical theatre, especially those who love Sweden, sustainable living, and fun, candid routines!

A DAY IN STOCKHOLM: FROM DENTIST TO MARTINIS & A BUBBLE BATH 🛁🍸🐆

Ever had a cocktail with orange marmalade? Or bought floral-shaped china after the dentist? Welcome to a typical—yet chaotic—day in my life as a content creator and costume supervisor in Stockholm.

In today’s daily vlog, I start with my usual digital ritual: editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks ☕💻. After uploading the newest vlog and caption, I scroll deep into my camera roll and post the oldest photo on my iPhone 📸—before deleting it. It’s my way of keeping things nostalgic and tidy at the same time. A minimalist memory ritual 🧘‍♂️🗑️

Then I hop on my bike 🚴‍♂️ and ride over Liljeholmsbron 🌉 to Hornstull for a dental checkup. My hygienist gave me an A+ for brushing and even loved my leopard-print loafers 🐆👞—a win on all fronts!

Feeling fabulous, I wander into Hemtex and spot the kind of china I have to own: dishes shaped like lemons, strawberries, and flowers 🍓🍋🌸. Slightly kitsch, totally delightful, and perfect for sunny balcony moments 🌇🪴

Back home, I mix up a Breakfast Martini 🍸—a cocktail made with orange marmalade, gin, and Cointreau. It’s like sipping citrus sunshine. I take it out on the balcony, let the sun kiss my face, and breathe in a moment of calm before…

🛁 Bubble bath time, complete with a bubble face mask 🫧🧖‍♂️. Because adulting should always include a little play.

This vlog is perfect for:
• Daily content creation routines
• Cozy Stockholm lifestyle inspiration
• Theatre lovers curious about behind-the-scenes life
• Vegan/plant-based fans (even if this vlog isn’t food focused!)
• Minimalists, stylists, and nostalgia chasers
• People who love rituals, routines, and aesthetic edits

My name is Joakim Clifton Bergman. I live in Midsommarkransen and work backstage at a musical theatre in Stockholm. Every day I upload a vlog, post my oldest iPhone pic, and share the rituals, routines, and randomness that make life feel joyful.

Thanks for watching!

DAILY VLOG IN STOCKHOLM: VEGAN HAUL, PERFUME UNBOXING, AND CAMpari NIGHT...

Ever feel like you’re always editing yesterday while trying to live today? Welcome to my world! In this daily vlog, I take you through a full behind-the-scenes day in my life as a content creator, vlogger, and costume supervisor living in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm. If you’re into aesthetic daily routines, vegan lifestyle, sustainable fashion, or just love a touch of chaos and humor, you’ll love this one.

Here’s what today looked like:

I start my day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories with coffee in hand ☕💻, prepping content across all platforms: TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. I upload the daily vlog and craft the perfect SEO-rich description to boost engagement and reach.

Then comes my digital ritual: I post the oldest photo on my iPhone 📸 (hello nostalgia!) and delete it. A bit of digital declutter + memory lane magic 🕰️💾.

Outfit of the day? A floral t-shirt from ERDEM x H&M 🌺. I hop on my bike 🚴‍♂️ and head to my friend Ulf’s place. He’s cooking steak, so I pick up some vegan meat alternatives on the way 🌱. I also bring 3 new perfumes from ONE BOLD CHEMIST 🧪 (delivered just in time!) and 3 oversized bedsheets—too large for my bed, perfect for Ulf’s mega-bed 🛏️💨.

Editing so many days in the past makes me lose track of real time. It’s always “yesterday” in my edit suite ⏳🎞️.

At Ulf’s, we’re greeted by two mischievous Abyssinian cats 🐈🐈‍⬛, who must be wrangled each time he steps out on the balcony for a smoke 🚬🍃. Then I make him open the new perfume box 📦, and we deep-dive into his overfilled closets to declutter—clothes, shoes, forgotten looks 👕👞🧥.

Back at home, I mix a simple Campari Shakerato 🍊🍸—just Campari and ice. Bitter, bold, refreshing. A perfect ending.

Whether you’re here for:
• Vegan meal inspiration
• Digital decluttering habits
• Stockholm lifestyle vlogs
• Closet cleanouts and secondhand fashion
• Daily content creation behind-the-scenes

There’s something for everyone here. 💚

Vegan Midsummer in Stockholm: Picnic, Schnapps & Nostalgia 🇸🇪🌿

Celebrate Swedish Midsummer with a vegan twist, canal-side charm, and my nostalgic iPhone photo ritual 🌿📱✨ In this video, I take you through my typical day as a content creator in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪—from early-morning editing to late-night sunshine, all wrapped up in the midsummer magic of tradition, nature, and friends.

Each morning, I wake up in my cozy apartment in Midsommarkransen 🌇, a leafy and artistic suburb just outside central Stockholm. With a cup of coffee by my side, I begin editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories into short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels 🎬✨ It’s a way to recap and reflect, but also a vital part of how I stay consistent with my daily uploads as a full-time vlogger and social media creator.

Then comes my favorite quirky tradition—going through the oldest photo on my iPhone 📸. I post it publicly across my social media platforms, relive the memory, and then… delete it. This routine is my personal take on digital minimalism. It keeps my camera roll light, my feed nostalgic, and my storytelling fresh and personal. Some photos are hilarious. Some are beautiful. All of them are part of my life.

But today’s content is special: it’s Midsummer’s Eve in Sweden 🌞🇸🇪

I meet up with my friend Magnus for a classic midsommarafton celebration right by the canal at Djurgården, one of the most beautiful green islands in the middle of Stockholm. We brought a full vegan picnic:

– My signature upside-down vegan smörgåstårta 🍰

– Chilled Riesling and bubbly 🥂

– Cookies baked by Magnus 🍪

– Thermos coffee for that perfect fika moment

And of course—*nubbe*. A strong herbal schnapps 🧊 traditionally sipped between songs and bites of food. The flavour? Licorice and herbs 🌿 It's sharp, weirdly good, and absolutely required.

Swedish Midsummer is HUGE here. Think flower crowns 💐, barefoot dancing around the maypole 💃, long lunch tables on lawns 🧺, and games that get sillier with each schnapps shot. It’s a wild, whimsical way to celebrate light, nature, and community.

Our spot along the canal was pure summer serenity: ducks quacking 🦆, boats drifting by with people waving in flower crowns , crows cawing overhead 🐦, and even a deer peeking out from behind the bushes 🦌 It was like a postcard.

We stayed for nearly eight hours, chatting, laughing, and enjoying the soft golden sun that refuses to set on a Swedish midsummer’s night ☀️ Around 10 PM, still in broad daylight, we packed up our things and biked back to Midsommarkransen 🚲🛍️ A bit tipsy, totally full, and deeply content.

In this video, you'll see:

– What it’s like to celebrate a traditional Swedish Midsummer in the city 🇸🇪

– Vegan food ideas for summer picnics and holidays 🌱

– How I keep my social feeds fresh through my unique content creator workflow 🔄

– Daily life in Stockholm as a theatre costume supervisor and influencer 🎭📱

This vlog combines nature, tradition, minimalism, and food—all things I love and love to share. Whether you’re into plant-based recipes, Scandinavian holidays, or creative digital rituals, there’s something in this for you 💚

💬 Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever celebrated Midsummer—or if you’d try vegan smörgåstårta!

Swedish Midsummer Picnic | Vegan Smörgåstårta, Ducks, VINTED Fashion & B...

🌼🇸🇪 **Celebrate Midsummer in Sweden**—vegan style! Come along with me for a full day of nostalgic rituals, secondhand fashion, bubbly picnics, and duck-spotting on the lush, historic island of **Djurgården** in central Stockholm. ☀️🦆✨

Hi! I’m **Joakim Clifton Bergman**—a vlogger, content creator, and costume supervisor living in Stockholm. My mornings always begin the same: with a hot cup of coffee and my laptop ☕💻. I sit down to edit the **Instagram stories** I filmed the day before—adding subtitles, trimming awkward moments, and making sure everything’s ready to go across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. 🎬📲

I also have a personal little tradition that I share with my followers every day: I post the *oldest photo* on my iPhone, then delete it. 📸🕰️ It keeps my feed both nostalgic and fresh, and it’s become my way of combining memory, minimalism, and digital mindfulness. A ritual of sorts. 🧘‍♂️📷

But **today is different.**

It’s *Midsummer*—one of Sweden’s biggest and most beloved holidays. The sun barely sets this time of year, and the whole city feels like it’s buzzing with golden light, laughter, and floral wreaths. 🌞🌼🌿

I’m heading out for my favorite tradition: a **canal-side picnic** on Djurgården with my dear friend Magnus 🌊🎉

We’ve done it for years—and every time feels like stepping into a dreamy Swedish postcard.

But first, just outside my apartment in **Midsommarkransen**, I discover a magical surprise: a delivery from **VINTED**! 🎁 Inside? A stunning pair of **silver sequin jeans** from H\&M’s 2021 Innovation Circular Collection. ✨♻️ I immediately know they’re *the ones* for today. I style them with:

👕 A Simone Rocha x H\&M shirt

🧥 A Sabyasachi x H\&M jacket

🕶️ Oversized H\&M Studio sunglasses

🧶 A vintage crocheted hat from Myrorna

It’s an outfit that screams *festive picnic glam meets sustainable style.*

🛒💚 I’m a huge believer in **secondhand fashion**—not just because it’s good for the planet, but because it gives your look history, soul, and character. I love combining high street collabs, vintage finds, and quirky accessories to create looks that feel *fun, expressive, and totally me.*

Then it’s time to pack the picnic basket! 🧺 Here’s what I bring:

🥪 A homemade **vegan smörgåstårta** (that’s a Swedish sandwich cake!) filled with:

– Vegan mayo

– Potato salad

– Pickled onions

– Capers, olives, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes

🍿 A big bag of popcorn

🥜 Salted peanuts

🍷 A bottle of **Riesling**

🥂 And of course… bubbly!

🚲 From there, I hop on my bike and ride from **Midsommarkransen** to **Gamla Stan**, where I meet Magnus. We ride through the green paths of **Djurgården**—a former royal hunting ground turned cultural treasure. You’ll see sunlit trees, elegant bridges, and even the 19th-century canal built to connect the island to Stockholm's harbor. It’s calm, gorgeous, and very *Swedish summer* 💛🌿

When we find the perfect picnic spot along the water, the real joy begins:

🧺 Unpacking our feast

🦆 Spotting ducks (and Googling their names)

🦌 Catching sight of a wild **deer** (yes, really!)

😂 Laughing at nonsense

🌞 And soaking up every golden hour minute

🎭 A bit about me:

📍 I live in **Midsommarkransen**, a leafy suburb in Stockholm

👗 I work in **musical theatre** as a dresser and costume supervisor

📹 And I vlog **every single day**—from home life and costume shop moments to vegan cooking, outfit hauls, theatre stories, and nostalgic rituals.

Whether you’re:

💚 A vegan foodie looking for picnic inspiration

👒 A fashion-lover hunting for secondhand outfit ideas

🇸🇪 Curious about **Swedish traditions** like Midsummer

📆 Or just here for a gentle, funny, aesthetic day-in-my-life

—there’s something here for you.

**Thank you for watching** 🥰 Don’t forget to **like**, **comment**, and **subscribe** if you want more cozy Swedish lifestyle vlogs mixed with theatre life, vegan recipes, and secondhand fashion.

👇👇 Let’s hang out in the comments! Tell me:

🌼 Have you ever celebrated Midsummer?

🧺 What would YOU bring to the perfect picnic?

💚 And do you also love old iPhone pics as much as I do?

🌍 With love from Stockholm—Joakim 💫
