Bright, tangy, a little sweet, and smoky—this vegan dressing is the hero of my kitchen right now.
🍋 Juice + zest of 1 lemon
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌿 1 tsp cumin
