**What if… I Took the Subway?**

Throwback to January 6, 2024—the oldest photo on my phone! It’s a selfie of me sitting on the subway 🚇📸. Judging by the timestamp (10:00 AM), I was probably heading to the theatre for another magical day 🎭✨. This particular morning must have been snow-packed ❄️, as my usual bike commute was out of the question 🚴‍♀️❌.

In the photo, I’m wearing my acid green beanie 🟩🧢 and my favorite silver sequin puffer jacket from Zara 🌟, a second-hand treasure I scored on Vinted 🛍️♻️. It’s my go-to piece for staying stylish and warm, even in Stockholm’s icy winters 🥶. The setting? A classic Stockholm subway car, with that familiar hum of morning commuters and frosty windows in the background 🚉✨.

This was during the second season of the musical I work on, which was in full swing and going gangbusters 💃🎶! As a dresser and costume supervisor, my days are often fast-paced and full of creative challenges 🎨👗. But this candid subway moment reminds me of how essential the journey is, not just the destination 🌍💭.

Looking back, I’m struck by how this ordinary commute represents my love for layering life with creativity—whether it’s my wardrobe, my work, or my everyday adventures 🎨🚀. There’s beauty in the simplicity of a quiet subway ride, dreaming of the day ahead 🌟❤️.

Who else loves rediscovering old photos on their phone? It’s like finding hidden treasures in your digital time capsule ⏳📱! Share your oldest photo in the comments—let’s take a walk down memory lane together 🤳💬.

HOW I GOT THE LAST PIECE IN PLACE

Starting the day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for all my social media outlets—it’s how I keep my creative flow going 🎥✨. After that, I finally roll out of bed, still feeling the effects of last night’s Christmas break party at the theatre. Let’s just say, the tired vibes are real 😴🎭.

Now, onto my sunglasses obsession 😎. I collect special H&M designer collab shades—Karl Lagerfeld, Marni, Lanvin—you name it. To display them, I’ve put up IKEA picture ledges near my bathroom. But I’ve got a dilemma: I need more ledges, and IKEA stopped making them. Tragic, right? 😩 Until… while cleaning the spices in my kitchen (yes, really), I discover a forgotten ledge! Cue instant happiness 🥳.

Fast forward to the evening, and it’s cocktail o’clock 🍹. I FaceTime my friend Magnus, but first, I make a Kamikaze cocktail 🍸. While mixing, inspiration strikes: why not create a Kamikaze song? Using ChatGPT and Suno, I whip up a track that’s surprisingly great 🎶. Magnus joins the call with his Ocean View cocktail, and we dive into all the fun—voice cloning experiments and plans for a New Year’s concert at Storkyrkan 🕊️🎶.

The night ends with plans to visit Magnus and relive old travel adventures through our videos 🌍📼. Every day in my Midsommarkransen apartment is full of surprises, from theatre life to quirky personal projects.

Do you have a favorite quirky hobby or a hidden treasure moment? Share it with me in the comments! Save this post for some lighthearted inspiration, and tag a friend who’d enjoy these vibes 💬💖.

**What if Backstage Was the Main Stage?**

The oldest photos on my iPhone, taken on January 6, 2024, capture the electric energy of the cast backstage at the theatre. But there’s a twist: I’ve added quotes from the show onto these candid snapshots. The result is a blend of raw moments and theatrical humor, giving you a unique peek into the world behind the curtain.

These images reveal the beauty of backstage life—costumes mid-adjustment, last-minute line rehearsals, and the perfect mix of chaos and camaraderie. It’s a place where laughter meets focus and creativity thrives in every corner. Layering the show’s quotes over these moments turns them into timeless pieces, celebrating the art of storytelling and spontaneity that make live theatre so magical.

The photos are filled with vibrant costumes, quirky props, and the hum of pre-show rituals. They remind me why this world feels like home—it’s not just about the drama on stage, but the incredible teamwork and joy behind it.

For me, these snapshots are more than just memories. They’re a tribute to everyone who pours their heart into making live theatre come alive. They highlight the charm of imperfections and the collective effort that transforms a vision into reality.

Which pairing of quote and image speaks to you the most? Let me know in the comments!

SNICKRA SNICKRA...

In this funny and entertaining video, I captured a moment that had everyone at the Christmas dinner laughing out loud! After the last show of the year, the male ensemble got up during the dinner to perform their hilarious take on the women’s famous number from the show. While the original is called *Sticka, Sticka* (Knit, Knit), their version was named *Snickra, Snickra* (Hammer, Hammer). It’s such a clever parody, complete with exaggerated moves and over-the-top enthusiasm.

The male ensemble—Hjalmar Freij, Petter Mario Skoglund, Nils Weibull, Denny Lekström, Joakim Jennefors, Martin Stokke Mathiesen, and Pontus Wonkawara—completely stole the spotlight! Watching them hammer and strut around with props was the perfect way to end the season.

The joy in the room was infectious, with the cast and crew cheering, clapping, and laughing throughout. It’s moments like these that make working in theatre so special—the creativity, camaraderie, and humor that bring us all together.

This video is a little slice of that magic, giving you a backstage pass to the fun and spontaneity that happens offstage. If you love theatre, humor, or just need a good laugh, you’ll love this clip.

HOW I GOT TO SAY GOODBYE TO GREAT PEOPLE…

The last shows of the year are done, and it’s time to celebrate! In this fun and heartfelt video, the actors are removing their head mics after the final curtain call, while Johanna, David, and I toast with bubbly in the costume shop—a little tradition to mark the end of an incredible season.

Dinner follows at the theatre’s restaurant, where the mood is both festive and emotional. Speeches and gifts are delivered to the four amazing actors who are leaving the show—Petter Mario Skoglund, Martin Stokke Mathiesen, Sofia Pekkari, and Tommy Körberg. Standing together, listening to their heartfelt words and goodbyes, reminds me of how special this theatre family truly is.

And then, a magical moment: a Lucia choir serenades us from the other side of the room, their voices filling the space with the beauty and warmth of the season. It’s one of those moments that feels like a scene from a movie.

Sofia Pekkari closes the evening with a touching speech, a fitting end to a night filled with laughter, tears, and memories we’ll carry with us.

This is why I love sharing these behind-the-scenes glimpses with you—because the heart and soul of theatre isn’t just on stage; it’s in these moments of connection and celebration.

Let me know what part of the evening you loved most after watching the video!

HOW I GOT MY FIRST CHRISTMAS PRESENTS

Starting the day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for all my social media channels—gotta keep the content flowing! Then it’s decision time: what to wear for the last-show-of-the-season party? Naturally, I go with sequins. Sparkle is life, right?

Next up, I hop on my bike and head to the theatre, feeling ultra-fab in my pink Giambattista Valli x H&M sunglasses, leopard print beanie, floral scarf, and Simone Rocha x H&M trench coat with a pearl-decorated collar. It’s giving "high fashion meets theatre chic," and I’m obsessed!

At the theatre, a sweet surprise awaits—a tiny Christmas gift from David, our makeup and wig designer. Inside: a candy cane and two vegan snacks (yum!). I’ve got something for him, too: a mini bottle of bubbly, which I sneak into his room with maximum stealth. From Johanna, our amazing makeup artist and dresser, I receive a limited-edition bottle of glögg and the cutest rainbow Christmas bauble made of beads. The theatre family love is real!

Today marks the farewell of four incredible cast members—Petter Mario Skoglund, Tommy Körberg, Martin Stokke Mathiesen, and Sofia Pekkari. They’ve been with the show from the start, and their absence will be felt. Petter tells me he’s sad, then shares that if he were an ice cream, he’d be vanilla, and as a soup, minestrone. He even admits he’ll cry during the bows. Same, Petter, same.

The final two shows go smoothly, with one hiccup—Tuva B Larsen calls out sick, and Hanna Ulvan steps in for the last performance. Talk about ending the season with a bang!

Every day is an adventure, and I’m grateful to share these moments with you all. Let me know your favorite part of today’s video!

Tofu, Chickpea tofu, Burmese Tofu,

100 g of dried chickpeas

0,5 tsp salt

250 ml water

1. Soak the chickpeas in plenty of water overnight or for at least 8 hours.

2. The next day, drain the chickpeas and add them to the pitcher of a high-speed blender along with 250 ml of water. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth.

3. Transfer the blended mixture to a non-stick frying pan and stir in 1/2 tsp of salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat and cook for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula. Be diligent, as the starches will settle at the bottom and stick if not continuously stirred.

4. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens into a paste that no longer levels out in the pan and clings to the spatula. If it’s still too runny, cook it a bit longer.

5. Once the desired consistency is achieved, transfer the paste to a mold and allow it to set for an hour, ideally in the fridge, before using.

This is called Tofu, Chickpea tofu, or Burmese Tofu,

HOW I GOT INCREDIBLE GENEROUS GIFTS…

In this video, I start the day editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories, making sure all my social media outlets are on point. Then it’s time to hop on my bike and head out—it’s Friday the 13th, 2023, and I’ve got an exciting errand to run before work! I pick up the Kenzo x H&M hoodie I ordered, made from scuba fabric, and it’s even better than I imagined. Naturally, I take a moment to model it and share all the fabulous ways it can be styled. From casual days to chic outings, this hoodie is a game-changer!

At the theatre, I meet Karen Tatt, a die-hard Tommy Körberg fan who’s seen the show more than 30 times—amazing, right? She’s also incredibly generous and gifted me the most fabulous things as a thank-you for my backstage videos: a cocktail mix kit (perfect for mine and Magnus’s New Year’s party), Baylis & Harding’s Goodness Lemongrass & Ginseng bath soap, two Body Shop satsuma soaps, and a Wax Lyrical “Bathtime Bliss” scented candle. So much love for Karen!

To add a fun twist, I go around asking the cast and crew if anything unlucky has happened to them yet—it’s Friday the 13th, after all! And to wrap things up, David, our talented makeup and wig designer, surprises me by performing the Swedish Christmas song *Sankta Lucia* in sign language. It’s such a heartwarming moment!

**What if Backstage Could Talk?**

These are the oldest photos on my iPhone, taken on January 6, 2024, capturing the electric energy of the cast backstage at the theatre. But here’s the twist: I’ve superimposed quotes from the show onto these candid snapshots. The result? A quirky and captivating mix of raw moments paired with theatrical humor, offering a unique look behind the curtain.

The photos bring to life the vibrancy of backstage: costumes mid-adjustment, quick line run-throughs, and shared laughter in the midst of organized chaos. The quotes overlaying these images turn fleeting moments into something timeless, blending spontaneity with the deep storytelling that theatre is all about.

The setting bursts with energy—bright costumes, eclectic props, and the ever-busy cast navigating their pre-show rituals. From the camaraderie of the actors to the magic of teamwork, every detail in these images reminds me why I love being a part of this world.

For me, these photos are more than just memories; they’re a celebration of theatre’s beautiful imperfections. They highlight the charm of fleeting moments and the heart of everyone who brings the magic to life on stage.

HOW I GOT MY STRANGE BASEBALL HAT

In today’s video, we’re starting the day with a little multitasking magic as I edit yesterday’s Instagram Stories for all my social media outlets. It’s all about that fresh, cohesive content vibe! Then, it’s time to step out in style—cue the Rokh x H&M sunglasses, a Giambattista Valli x H&M leopard print hat, and a Moschino x H&M yellow fur boa. Who says you can’t look fabulous on a bike ride? Off I go to pick up my Sellpy order—H&M treasures galore! I snagged two bags (a cobalt blue stunner and a leopard print shopper), a leather Moschino x H&M baseball cap that was mislabeled and an absolute steal, a Viktor & Rolf x H&M shirt, and a Giambattista Valli x H&M embroidered blue jeans shirt. H&M collabs forever!

Back at the theatre, the day takes a hilarious twist when Johanna brings in a white plastic Christmas tree, adorning it with bananas from the infamous “banana number” in the show. Only in theatre, right? It’s the last Thursday show of the year, and we’re soaking in the backstage buzz. Acrobat Lauge is shadowing Petter to prepare for the spring season, and it’s fascinating to see the handover in action. After the show, I dash to the stage door to witness how fast our actors leave—it’s almost a sport!

Living in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm, Sweden, I juggle my life as a dresser, costume supervisor, and daily vlogger. My content blends vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Oh, and I share the oldest picture on my iPhone daily—it’s a fun, nostalgic way to keep my feed lively.

**What if Theatre Had a Voice?**

These are the oldest photos on my phone, taken on January 6, 2024, capturing the vibrant energy of the actors and cast backstage at the theatre. But here’s the twist: I’ve superimposed random quotes from the show onto the images. The result? A fascinating, humorous blend of candid snapshots and theatrical commentary that feels like a peek into the soul of the production.

These photos were taken during a buzzing show night—costumes being adjusted, lines rehearsed, and laughter blending with intense focus. Each image pairs the chaos of backstage with the drama of the quotes, transforming simple moments into artistic reflections of the theatre’s dynamic energy.

The photos feature cast members, props, and costumes, all set against the vibrant backdrop of a bustling backstage. The eclectic lighting and creative chaos form the perfect canvas for this unconventional series, celebrating the artistry and humanity of live theatre.

For me, this project highlights the magic behind the curtain: the camaraderie, the spontaneity, and the extraordinary beauty of ordinary moments. It’s a playful reminder of why I love working in this world—a place where every snapshot holds a story waiting to be told.

HOW I GOT TO SEE WICKED, THE MOVIE...

In today’s video, I kick off the morning by editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for all my social media outlets—gotta keep that content fresh! Then, I hop on my bike and head to the theatre, where the new cast of the show I’m working on is in full rehearsal mode. To make the most of the day, we also have a photo shoot happening behind the scenes.

In the evening, I meet up with Martin for a fun cinema night to see *WICKED*—the movie musical everyone’s talking about! But before the movie, we hit a little snag. Our first choice for dinner, Banger (a fancy hot dog joint), is fully booked, so we pivot and grab a delicious bowl at an Asian restaurant nearby.

And then, Instagram decides to throw a curveball at me. First, I can’t upload videos, and later, my stories won’t even save to my iPhone’s camera roll. The tech drama is real, but hey, the show must go on!

Living in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm’s charming suburb, I work as a dresser and costume supervisor for a theatre musical. My days are filled with vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video and share the oldest picture on my iPhone before erasing it—a quirky tradition that keeps my feed nostalgic and exciting.

HOW I GOT MY BEDAZZLING SERUM…

In this fun and entertaining video, I start the day editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories for all my social media platforms. It’s my favorite way to kick off the morning—setting the tone for a productive day ahead. Then, I hop on my bike and head into the iconic China Theatre in Stockholm for a secret photo shoot.

Before leaving, there’s a surprise waiting outside my door—a package from Lyko! Inside is the Multi-Peptide + HA Serum from The Ordinary. A little skincare treat to keep me glowing through the day.

At the China Theatre, Johanna is running late thanks to the ever-reliable subway delays, so I spend some time exploring. I show off old posters from previous productions—some I’ve seen, others I haven’t. It’s a walk down memory lane and a look at the rich history of this beautiful venue.

The fun continues as I film an episode of *Swedish Word of the Day* right there in the theatre. After the shoot, we bring everything back to the theatre to prep for an early start tomorrow. But the day isn’t over yet! Back home, I create a playful commercial for my new Kenzo x H&M bag, a perfect way to wrap up a productive day.

Life in Midsommarkransen is all about creativity, style, and theatre magic. Sharing these moments every day makes my feed feel fresh and personal. If you’re into behind-the-scenes theatre life, fun fashion finds, and a bit of comedy, this video is for you.

What if Dialogue Could Paint Pictures?

These are the oldest photos on my phone, taken on January 6, 2024, during a show backstage. They’re not just ordinary snapshots—they’re moments frozen in time, paired with lines of dialogue from the script. The idea is simple: I take a picture, then write down the first line of dialogue I hear before posting it to my Instagram Stories. Somehow, the juxtaposition of the image and the words creates something unexpectedly artistic.

Backstage is its own little world—a mix of chaos and calm. The photos capture everything from costumes hanging on racks, wigs waiting on stands, to someone adjusting a hem or powdering a nose. The words add an entirely different layer. A line meant for the stage takes on new meaning when placed over these behind-the-scenes visuals. It could be funny, poignant, or oddly profound, depending on the moment.

Taken at our theatre in Stockholm, these photos hold a personal connection for me. They’re not just about the work I do but the magic of storytelling and the fleeting beauty of live theatre. As a dresser and costume supervisor, I’m often in the middle of this bustling energy, and these pictures remind me why I love what I do.

Looking at them now, I see art in the mundane. The dialogue paired with the images creates a kind of visual poetry—a tribute to the unsung moments that happen backstage while the spotlight shines elsewhere.

HOW I GOT MY BEGUILEFULLY BIG BAG…

In today’s video, I start the day editing yesterday’s Instagram story videos for all my social media platforms—it’s my morning ritual to keep my feed polished and on point. After finishing up, I hop on my bike and head into the theatre for a fun, secret mission with David and Johanna. Of course, I’m rocking my Karl Lagerfeld pour H&M sunglasses because every adventure needs a touch of glam.

Once at the theatre, we dive into fittings for the new cast joining us this spring. It’s exciting to see fresh faces and get everything just right for their big debut. Then it’s time to pack—costumes, wigs, and makeup all need to be transported. David and I head over to China Teatern, where tomorrow’s photo shoot is set to take place. Johanna makes a brief appearance, keeping things lively.

As I step into the China Teatern, I can’t help but reminisce about my time working there during *Chinarevyn*. It’s wild to think about how the space evolves with each show. Right now, the musical *DREAMGIRLS* is lighting up the stage, and it’s always inspiring to feel the creative energy of the venue.

After the photo shoot prep, I pick up a beautiful KENZO x H&M bag I scored on Vinted. A perfect end to a busy day! Back home in Midsommarkransen, I reflect on how much I love blending my passions for theatre, style, and content creation.

What if Midnight Subway Rides Had a Dress Code?

This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, taken on January 6, 2024, just after midnight. I’m in the subway, likely heading home from the theatre after a show day. It must have been one of those snowy Stockholm nights when biking wasn’t an option. Who knows? The exhaustion and post-performance buzz blend into this liminal moment, caught between the day’s chaos and the night’s quiet.

In the photo, I’m wearing my acid-green beanie, silver polo neck, and my forest-green fake fur coat from H&M—because even at midnight, fashion deserves a little flair. The subway car’s muted colors and fluorescent lights provide the perfect contrast to my vibrant outfit. The background is mostly empty, capturing that peculiar stillness of Stockholm’s late-night public transport, a fleeting pause in a city always on the move.

This image feels both mundane and magical, a snapshot of the in-between moments that make life rich. It’s a reminder of the rhythm of theatre life—late nights, tired feet, and an ever-present sense of creativity. Looking back, I see a version of myself immersed in the everyday grind but still holding onto a sense of individuality and expression, even in something as simple as a late-night commute.

HOW I GOT THE BEST RICE EVER…

In this funny and entertaining video, Martin and I take a train to Karlstad to see the incredible musical *Flowers for Mrs. Harris*. But first, we explore what Karlstad has to offer! Martin insists on checking out H&M, and 30 minutes later, he walks out with new jeans and pink sunglasses he snagged on sale. Classic Martin!

Next, Martin is mesmerized by a giant Christmas tree on one of the town squares—it’s impossible not to feel the festive spirit! For lunch, we head to our favorite spot in Karlstad, Zest, known for its amazing vegan dishes. Martin, being his fabulous self, tries on his new jeans *right there* in the restaurant. Meanwhile, the rice in my bowl was honestly the best I’ve ever had.

Later, our friend Majsan joins us for coffee after arriving on a later train, making the day even better.

We then make our way to Wermland Opera and pose for some iconic selfies with the dress featured on the show’s poster. The musical itself? Absolutely stunning—easily one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. The performances, the story, the production—it was unforgettable.

Finally, we hop on the train back to Stockholm, two tired but very happy men, reliving the day’s adventures and the magic of the theatre.

I live in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm, and work as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre. I love vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a new video to my socials, and I share the oldest photo on my iPhone before deleting it—a nostalgic and fun routine!

HOW I GOT A NICE BUZZ AT NINE IN THE MORNING

In this funny and entertaining video, my day starts *very* early—at 05:15! I take the subway to T-Centralen in Stockholm, where I meet my friend Martin at the iconic “Bögringen” (the central ring). We explore some beautiful wall paintings in the station that I’ve never noticed before—such a hidden gem!

Next, we hop on the train to Karlstad to see *Flowers for Mrs. Harris* at Wermland Opera. Martin has his classic mix-ups with words, hilariously turning “socializing” into “socalizing.” Onboard, we enjoy the sandwiches we packed: mine is hummus with red lentil tofu, and Martin’s is a fried egg extravaganza.

But the highlight? Martin surprises me with a tiny Christmas tree, ginger snaps, and even some glögg—festive vibes are *strong*.

Once we arrive in Karlstad, we make a quick stop at the beautiful Karlstad Cathedral to join part of the Second Advent service. I even sing, making Martin laugh out loud! Advent magic, anyone?

We end this video waiting for H&M to open—it’s all part of the fun. Stay tuned for the next episode, where we grab lunch and experience the magic of the show!

What if Moms Could See Through Screens?

This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, taken on December 28, 2023, during a cozy Christmas visit to my parents in the village of Mörbylånga on Öland. The picture captures a close-up of my mom with her signature "grim look"—but don’t be fooled! That’s the face she pulls when she’s telling me I spend way too much time on my phone. It’s her special way of saying, “Be present, not digital.”

In the background, you can catch a glimpse of our familiar family kitchen—a warm, comforting setting filled with decades of holiday memories. The soft light streaming in through the window adds a nostalgic touch to this simple but telling moment.

What I love about this photo is how it perfectly encapsulates my mom’s personality. She’s sharp, loving, and always ready to call me out with a little dose of tough love. This expression of hers is both funny and grounding—just like our relationship.

Looking at this photo, I can’t help but think about how the holidays bring us back to the essentials: family, connection, and the little quirks that make us who we are. Even though she’s reminding me to put the phone down, it’s moments like this that make me so grateful to have captured her essence—unfiltered and true to herself.

Sometimes the simplest snapshots carry the deepest meaning. For me, this photo is a reminder to strike a balance between the digital and the real world, between capturing the moment and simply living it.

HOW I GOT A NEW DRINKING HABIT…

Here’s today’s wild adventure at the theatre! The day starts with me editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for all my social media outlets before hopping on my bike and heading to the theatre. Once there, I’m met with a whirlwind of changes: actresses Sanna and Hanna are both out, along with makeup artist and dresser Johann, who’s home sick. Jenny is covering for Sanna, but with Hanna also out, the big question is—who will step into the role?

Enter the incredible Cissi Wrangel, who saves the day with absolute grace and brilliance. Naturally, I make a music video to commemorate the moment, aptly titled *THANK GOD FOR CISSI WRANGEL*. It’s a total hit and such a fun way to celebrate her stepping up.

Meanwhile, Jenny is busy covering Rut, and since Hanna is out, it’s up to Nils to take on the obligatory cartwheel at intermission. He delivers with flair, as always!

In the midst of all the chaos, Linda, who’s subbing for Johanna, casually tells me she *never drinks water*. Isn’t that unusual? We have a hilarious chat about it before diving back into work.

After a long, busy day, I finally crawl into bed at 00:57, knowing I need to be up again at 05:15. The hustle never stops, but moments like these make it all worth it.

I’m living in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm, working as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre. My passion for vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style keeps me inspired, and I love sharing these daily adventures with you.

What if Memories Were Forever?

This photo, the oldest on my iPhone, was taken on December 27, 2023, during a cozy winter visit to my parents in the charming village of Mörbylånga on Öland. It captures a moment in the kitchen at my cousin Carina’s house, where I reconnected with my childhood friends Nina Hellman and Anja Kontor.

I’m wearing my favorite Bugs Bunny hoodie—comfy and classic. Nina has her reading glasses perched on her head, looking effortlessly chic, while Anja rocks a layered look with a cardigan, multiple scarves, and a baseball cap. Behind us, you can spot Carina’s bright white kitchen cabinets, giving the photo a warm and homely vibe.

This image is all about nostalgia and connection. We’ve been friends since childhood, and catching up feels like no time has passed. We talked about old memories, shared laughter, and soaked in the warmth of being together. I love how this photo captures that mix of familiarity and joy.

For me, this picture isn’t just a snapshot of friends—it’s a window into a simpler time, a moment of grounding amidst the rush of life. Spending time in Öland always brings a sense of calm, and being with people who’ve known me forever makes it even more special.

Moments like this remind me why I love photographing my life—not just the polished highlights but the everyday, unfiltered glimpses that truly matter. This kitchen gathering is a testament to lifelong friendships and the beauty of returning to where it all began.

HOW I GOT RID OF A INDELIBLE SPOT…

In this funny and entertaining video, I start my day by editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories for all my social media outlets. Then I hop on my bike and ride to the theatre. While doing the laundry, I discover a mysterious spot on a white shirt. I try every trick in the book to remove it, but nothing works—until inspiration strikes, and I sew over it instead! Problem solved, and it looks fabulous!

At work, the ever-stylish actor Nils steals the spotlight by showing off his new jacket. He’s such a fashionista and always has the best style tips.

One of the highlights of the day? I’ve written a brand-new song, with the help of ChatGPT and Suno, as a tribute to the incredible singer and actor Jenny Holmgren, who stars in one of the lead roles at the theatre. In this video, I share a behind-the-scenes look at how I created the song and filmed the accompanying music video.

At the theatre, I enlist the cast and crew for a fun dance segment to complete the music video. It’s a blast getting everyone involved and seeing their moves—there’s so much talent in one place!

I’m living in an apartment in Midsommarkransen, a charming suburb of Stockholm, Sweden, and working as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre. I love vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to my social media outlets. Plus, I share the oldest picture on my iPhone, which I then delete—a quirky way to keep my feed both nostalgic and fresh.

What do you think of today’s video? Don’t forget to like, comment, and share if you love theatre, music, and creative solutions!

What if Doors Could Tell Stories?

This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, taken on December 26, 2023, in the charming town of Mörbylånga on Öland. The image captures a bright yellow modern door with a slim vertical window that instantly drew my attention. The door’s cheerful color and unique design made it stand out, but it’s the little details that made this moment magical.

Next to the door, painted in the same sunny yellow, was a tiny nissedörr—a whimsical “gnome door” that Swedes often place at floor level during Christmas. These small decorative doors are believed to be entrances for tomtenisse, or Christmas gnomes, who bring good luck and spread holiday cheer. It’s a playful tradition that adds a touch of magic to Swedish homes during the festive season.

The scene also features a yellow foldable chair adorned with succulents in a basin, along with other Christmas decorations that added warmth and personality to the setting. The combination of modern design, vibrant colors, and cozy festive touches created a moment worth remembering.

For me, this photo represents the joy of noticing the small, unexpected details that make a place feel special. It’s a snapshot of Swedish holiday traditions, creative design, and the charm of Öland, all wrapped up in one image.

If you love quirky design, Scandinavian Christmas traditions, or the beauty of everyday moments, this photo is for you. What’s the oldest photo on your phone? Does it tell a story?
