HOW I GOT POWDER TO FIZZLE …

Editing yesterday’s stories before even getting out of bed—**classic morning routine** ☕💻. Then, a text from **Early Bird** 📦: "Something is waiting outside your door." **A mystery package?!** 🤔  

Earlier this week, **David** 🧑‍🎭 told me about a childhood favorite from Boston—a special **dumpling** 🥟. Obviously, I had to try making them. But first—how do you know if your **baking powder is fresh?** 🧐 There’s a hack for that... and it actually works! 👀  

The dumplings turn out **perfectly fluffy** 🍽️✨, and I have to say, **I get why David loved them so much**! Nothing like a little food nostalgia.  

Later, it’s **Facetime with Magnus** 🎭📲, catching up on **life, theatre, and everything in between**—all while sipping on not one, but **TWO Amaretto cocktails** 🍹🍹. Because **balance** 😂.
