Grapefruit Collins

The Grapefruit Collins is a tangy and bubbly cocktail that blends grapefruit juice with gin, simple syrup, and sparkling water. It's a twist on the classic Tom Collins, but with grapefruit juice to add a distinctive and refreshing flavor.

- 1 Shaker

- 1 Strainer

- 45 ml Gin

- 20 ml Grapefruit juice

- 20 ml Lemon juice

- 20 ml Simple syrup

- 3 dashes Grapefruit bitters

- 60 ml Soda

1. Pour everything except the soda into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a highball glass over ice.

3. Top with soda and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

 

Dressing: Not quite Aioli

How to make an easy aioli hack: 

1 or two garlic cloves

1 tbsp lemon juice

0.5 deciliters of vegan mayo

Salt to taste

Mix and serve with some olive oil drizzled on top
