What if... Fine Dining Could Be 100% Vegan?

On June 28, I found myself at Växthuset, Stockholm’s most high-end vegan restaurant 🌱✨. But this wasn’t just any dinner—it was part of my surprise 60th birthday celebration, planned by my amazing friend Magnus 🎉🥂. For years, we’ve gifted each other “days of surprises” for our birthdays, and this was one of the best yet! I had no idea where we were going, and when we arrived, I was beyond excited.  


Växthuset is a true gem, offering a seasonal tasting menu with Nordic flavors, local ingredients, and natural wines 🍷🌿. The setting is intimate and stylish, right next to the legendary nightclub Trädgården. It’s the kind of place where every dish is a work of art, both visually and in taste 🍽️🎨.  


The photos capture two of the five courses we enjoyed that night. Each dish was better than the last—bold flavors, perfect textures, and a level of creativity that makes you rethink what plant-based dining can be 🌍💚.  


 Sharing meals like this isn’t just about food—it’s about experiences, surprises, and the people we share them with 💕. Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded of how grateful I am for thoughtful friends and unforgettable moments.
