HOW I GOT WET, WETTER, WETTEST

Editing, coffee ☕, and a brand-new game at the theatre! 🎭 Today, I challenged everyone to define just how *nice* they are—cue awkward bragging and humble downplays 😆. Before the show, Johanna showed off her multitasking skills by mending Lauge’s fishnet stockings… while he was still wearing them! 🧵🩰 That’s teamwork.  

Meanwhile, Nils Weibull swung by, fresh from a haircut ✂️ courtesy of David. And guess what? He’s got a side gig in a *cheese shop*! 🧀 Because if you’re not singing and dancing, you might as well be slicing brie. In true theatrical fashion, he somehow managed to place scissors where the sun *don’t* shine while telling us. I am concerned.  

The show went on (of course), and afterward, I faced my next challenge: the weather. 🌧️ Rain. A lot of rain. Just as I accepted my drenched fate, it stopped! Victory! I hopped on my bike 🚲, feeling triumphant… until halfway home when the sky betrayed me. But luck was on my side—I wore my puffer jacket, so while the rain *drenched* it, I stayed relatively dry. Small wins! 🎉

**What if… Broadway Nights Never Ended?**

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on February 29, 2024, in the hallway of my apartment 📸. Featuring my friend Martin, looking like he’s about to step into a noir film 🎬—or just head home after a night of wine 🍷 and Broadway bootlegs on YouTube 🎭. That grin? Probably from one too many glasses or one too many renditions of *Defying Gravity*.  

 He’s rocking a great combo: a thin grey quilted bomber jacket layered under a dramatic suede coat 🧥. Martin’s rarely seen without his signature baseball cap 🧢 (bald guy logic) and headphones 🎧, always ready for a podcast or a show tune.  

In the background, a glimpse of my personality: my collection of eclectic necklaces 📿 and, hanging above the door, part of my scarf collection 🧣—one from Giambattista Valli x H&M, one from Kenzo x H&M, and a Lush wrapper-turned-accessory. Details matter!  

Behind Martin’s left shoulder, there’s a mirror reflecting a framed photo I cherish: a gift from Sara Sommerfeld after *Rain Man* ended. She gave every actor a picture of themselves with the King and Queen of Sweden 👑, except… she didn’t have one with me. A little bittersweet, but still a cool keepsake.

HOW I GOT MY VEGAN CHOCOLATE

Editing, coffee ☕, and a dash of chaos—just another day in my life! Starting the morning by cutting together yesterday’s stories for all my socials 🎬, then slipping into my black sequin H&M shirt ✨ and hopping on my bike 🚲 to Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. My friend Majsan invited me to *Company*, a musical I’ve seen before… and didn’t love 😅. But hey, always open to second chances!  

Midway, I realize I forgot my reading glasses 🤦‍♂️, so a quick detour to Normal to grab two pairs 👓—one spare, because let’s be real, I’ll lose one. Arriving at Kulturhuset, I’m craving a vegan semla, but *of course*, they’re sold out 😩. Plan B: a vegan bánh mì 🥖 and a boozy cherry cheesecake 🍒🍰. And because I deserve it, I also grab a vegan chocolate bar 🍫.  

Majsan finally arrives, slightly frazzled—her dog 🐶 was sick, and leaving home was a struggle. Then plot twist: her ticket was for last *Thursday* 🤯. Luckily, she scores a new one, just… not as good.  

And the show? Yeah, still not my cup of tea 🤷‍♂️. Amazing actors, but the direction? Meh. Too much choreography, making it hard to hear the lyrics 🎭🚫. But hey, theatre is theatre, and a night out is a night out!

HOW I GOT MY SNUG MARGIELA SHIRT

Started my day editing yesterday's Instagram stories to keep everything fresh for my social media! 🎬✂️ It's always fun to relive those moments, but it’s time to get moving! After finishing up my work, I head out to grab a shirt I ordered from VINTED—a secondhand Margiela x H&M white shirt 👕. It’s a bit snug, but hey, that’s the charm of shopping secondhand, right? 😅 I love finding unique pieces that have a story of their own. 🌟

Later in the evening, I hop on my bike 🚴‍♂️ and make my way into Söder to catch a show at Göta Lejon 🎭. I'm headed to Magnus Uggla’s "50 år på tronen" concert—but here's the twist: I realize my ticket is for tomorrow, not tonight! 🙈 No worries, though! I’ll just swap it out for the correct date. Even though I’m not a huge concert person, if you love Magnus Uggla, this show is definitely for you! 🎤✨ He’s such a legend, and his energy on stage is unmatched.

Back home, it’s time for my daily ritual: uploading the oldest picture on my iPhone to my social media and then erasing it. It’s a fun way to keep my feed fresh and nostalgic at the same time. 📸🕰️

**What if… Dummies Had a Mind of Their Own?**

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on February 26, 2025, backstage in the quick-change area just before the opening number 🎭. It features Rolf, actor and singer, in character as the ventriloquist—complete with his stubborn ventriloquist dummy in hand. This little wooden troublemaker gave us more headaches than we expected! Getting him to sit right, move properly, and not look downright haunted was a challenge of its own 🤯.  

The quick-change area was buzzing with energy as showtime approached ⏳. Costumes flying, last-minute fixes, and the hum of anticipation filled the air. In the midst of it all, Rolf stood there, dummy in hand, ready to bring the character to life—if only the dummy would cooperate! The mix of excitement and slight panic is a feeling every theatre person knows all too well.  

Seeing this photo now brings back all the fun and chaos of that moment. It’s a reminder of how much work goes into even the smallest details of a production. Theatre magic isn’t just about what happens on stage—it’s in the backstage problem-solving, the team effort, and the endless laughter when things don’t go as planned 🎶✨.

HOW I GOT TO SEE DEAR EVAN HANSEN

In this funny and entertaining video, I’m having dinner with my friends Martin and Lisa at Le Kebab, a cozy restaurant near Odenplan in Stockholm 🌱🍴. The vegan kebab here is incredible, and the vibe is just perfect! We’re all excited because we’re heading to see the first preview of *Dear Evan Hansen* at Intiman 🎭✨.

The atmosphere at the theatre is electric—this is *the* show to see, and everyone’s here! In the foyer, there’s a selfie camera that’s way too much fun 📸😂. We take a bunch of hilarious selfies before heading in to experience the magic on stage. The show is absolutely phenomenal—heartfelt, moving, and the audience loves every second of it 👏🎶.

When I get home, I keep the creative vibes going by filming another episode of *Swedish Word of the Day*. Today’s word? MURDER! 🔪😱 (Don’t worry, it’s funnier than it sounds!).

HOW I GOT MY HEART SHAPED BOX

The day starts with editing yesterday’s Instagram stories 🎥✨ when suddenly, the buzzer rings! It’s Ryska Posten 🚚📦 with a heart-shaped box from Barebells filled with vegan protein bars! 🌱🍫 So yummy! Who sent it? 🤔 Maybe Barebells themselves—it’s been about a year since their last surprise gift! 🎁💌  

Barebells makes protein-packed snacks that are as delicious as they are nutritious 🌍💪, and their vegan range is a favorite of mine.  

Next, I FaceTime Magnus 📱😂 before heading to Ulf’s place for instant noodles and *Schitt’s Creek* on Netflix 🍜🍿📺. I bring popcorn and fridge organizers… but they don’t fit in Ulf’s fridge either! 😅 Classic. At 9, I hop on my bike 🚴‍♂️ and head home through Stockholm’s chilly evening air.  

Back home, I soak lentils and beans 🫘🥣 to prep for tomorrow’s cooking session 🌱👨‍🍳. Little steps like this make my days more mindful and rewarding!

 So, my friend Ulf recommended me to start shopping at the essence vault, a company that is inspired by other perfumes, but to a fraction of the cost. I searches for Tom Ford, and chose perfumes inspired by Mandrino di amalfi, Neroli Portofino and Tuscan leather.

HOW I GOT MY NEW FOOD PROCESSOR LID…

In today’s video, I start my morning editing yesterday’s Instagram stories 🎥, making sure everything looks just right for my social media outlets 💻. Then, it’s time to accessorize! I put on my Marni x H&M sunglasses 🕶️, my Sabyasachi x H&M scarf 🧣, and my fabulous fake leopard print jacket from H&M 🐆 before heading out to pick up the new food processor lid I ordered. The old one met its unfortunate end, so this was a much-needed upgrade! 🥦

Afterward, I jump on my bike 🚴‍♂️ and head to the theatre, where the day gets even more exciting. We get to watch our old colleague Martin Stokke Mathiesen rehearse for his lead role in the upcoming *Dear Evan Hansen* musical 🎭, opening Thursday! His performance is nothing short of inspiring, and I can’t wait for the audience to see him shine 🌟.

Next, I share a quick tip on boot care 👢: using a shoe tree to keep them looking sharp and lasting longer. Simple yet effective! Backstage, Petter steps in as the acrobat today since Lauge is off with *The Little Mermaid* 🧜‍♀️. I also go around asking the cast what kid role they would have loved to play—some of the answers are hilarious! 🤣

When I finally get home, I try out the new food processor lid, and guess what? It fits perfectly! 🙌 It’s the little victories that make life so satisfying.

 Lukas and I go way back—we’ve been working together since 2008. HOW I GOT DAVID A SEQUIN DINNER JACKET…

At work, I chat with David, our makeup and wig designer 💄🎭, and casually mention H&M’s sale on sequin dinner jackets. Despite his bad knees, he rushes over but discovers they don’t accept cash 💸. I offer to help, sprint to H&M 🏃‍♂️, and snag the last size 54 jacket just in time. David looks absolutely fabulous in it ✨!  

The day gets busier when Tim, the costume creator, stops by with my black leather jeans 🖤👖—he fixed the zipper perfectly! Then Felicia arrives with a brand-new guitar 🎸 for the show, and Simon, our stage manager, discovers three tiny rocks in the stage grooves 🪨. Watching him carefully extract them is oddly satisfying 🤔.

HOW I GOT MY FABULOUS MIRROR WALL…

Starting my day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories 🎥✨ because the grind never stops! Then my friend Ulf Nordlander arrives in his tiny Mini Cooper 🚗—just a little late, but who’s counting? 😂 Off we go to Coop Västberga, the ultimate supermarket 🛒, for Ulf’s cigarette stop.  

Next, it’s IKEA time! 🪑 I snag some plexiglass mirrors for my sunglass shelves 🕶️✨. While Ulf sips his coffee ☕ and devours a semla 🍰, we play our favorite game: “Is it his girlfriend or his mother?” 🤭 Before we leave, I can’t resist dancing to the iconic IKEA muzak 💃🎶.  

We cross over to the shopping center Livli 🛍️ and discover an amazing Asian buffet 🍜🥢 where we eat until we’re absolutely stuffed 🤤. But the highlight of the trip? Matvärlden—a global grocery paradise 🌍🥬. I go wild stocking up on dried beans 🫘, fresh herbs 🌿, and other treasures. Meanwhile, Ulf looks like he needs a nap 😂.  

Back home, I find a Sellpy box 📦 waiting for me—like a little gift to myself! 🎁 Of course, I end the day by setting up my mirrored wall 🪞, and it’s perfection.

Our original plan? CHOU CHOU’s vegan buffet 🥗, but surprise—they didn’t have it! Bad form, CHOU CHOU 😅. So, we pivoted to Banger, a hot dog restaurant 🌭, and it totally hit the spot. Afterward, we wandered into H&M and both walked out with matching black sequin dinner jackets ✨—because why not?

This photo, the oldest on my iPhone, was taken on October 24, 2023, at Göteborgsoperan (the Gothenburg Opera). My friend Magnus Borén and I were there to see *Wicked*, one of the most iconic musicals of all time. 🎶✨  

 I’m wearing my acid-green sequin jacket because the opera invited us to wear green for the evening—a nod to Elphaba’s emerald hue. The photo captures me sitting in the auditorium, and I took it from below so you can see the stunning green chandelier hovering dramatically over my head. After tackling the day’s tasks at the theatre 🎭, I text my friend Ulf ☕ to see if I can swing by for tea, but no luck. So instead, I bike home 🚲 and treat myself to a long, luxurious bubble bath 🛁🫧 while reading on my iPad 📖💻—pure bliss.

I’m rocking my fake fur leopard print jacket from H&M, my sunglasses from H&M Studio 2022 (I think?), and an orange beanie from COS. 🐆🕶️🧡

 The lighting is dim, my pose is awkward, and let’s just say this look screams “chaotic chic.” But honestly, this photo makes me laugh every time I see it. 😂 It’s unpolished, imperfect, and a reminder that even on days when you’re rushing out the door, your style can still tell a story.

HOW I GOT A THONG ON MY HEAD

In this fun video, I kick off the day editing yesterday's Instagram stories for all my socials. Then I throw on my Matthew Williamson x H&M sunglasses and silver sequin puffer jacket, hop on my bike, and head to the theatre! 🚲✨

At work, we face a pressing question: what do we do with the plastic Christmas tree now that the holidays are over? 🎄🤔 Meanwhile, the incredible Tim Mårtensson of Tim's Time swings by to deliver a custom-made jockstrap for our new cast member Lauge. 🚗🎁 I step outside to grab it, bring it back to Lauge, and then get to work presetting costumes for the quick changes—fun fact: the first item the actor wears goes on top! 🎭👗

I also ask the cast and crew to share the highlights of their week. Johanna is hilariously fixated on how often she blinks while watching herself in my Instagram stories. 👀😂  

We welcome some amazing new actors: Lauge Dermant, an acrobat and dancer, Jenny Holmgren as Eva, Klara Nilsson as Ann-Marie, Hjalmar Freij as Mårten, and Claes Malmberg as Holmfrid (previously played by Tommy Körberg). 🌟🙌  

It’s opening night, but since it’s our fourth season, things are pretty chill—except for a glass of bubbly onstage afterward. 🥂🎉

HOW I GOT MY BALMAIN SUNGLASSES

Starting my day editing yesterday’s Instagram stories for all my platforms 🎥✨—the usual content creator routine. Then it’s off to the theatre for our dress rehearsal! 🎭 It’s our fourth season, so we’re all pretty cool about it. I’m rocking my Sabyasachi x H&M sunglasses 🕶️ and picking up two parcels I ordered from VINTED.  

What’s in the parcels? 👀 First, a pair of Matthew Williamson x H&M sunglasses, and the second? Balmain x H&M sunglasses. Obsessed with these second-hand treasures! 💎 On the way, I also swing by H&M to grab black socks for the actors because, let’s face it, socks always go missing. 🧦  

At the theatre, I preset for the show—four quick changes in the wings! 🏃‍♂️💨 The fab Sofia Pekkari isn’t in the show anymore, but I ask the cast and crew where they picture her in the theatre. Surprisingly, many remember her in the bathroom! 🚻😂 Meanwhile, actor Lauge needs a plaster nipple cover because, yep, chafed nipples are a thing. 🩹

This bomber has a detachable piece that transforms it into a long coat—but I guess it wasn’t that cold today. ❄️☀️

HOW I GOT MY "RUSSIAN" SCARF

In today’s video, I kick off the day editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories for all my social media outlets 🎥✨. After everything is posted, I throw on my Lanvin x H&M sunglasses 🕶️, hop on my bike 🚴‍♀️, and head to work at the theatre. On the way, I pick up a package 📦 from Vinted—a Matthew Williamson x H&M scarf 🧣 that’s giving me all the spring vibes. The snow is melting 🌱❄️, and it feels like a fresh start!  

At the theatre, I have some fun asking the cast and crew if the show we’re working on is called DEAR EDWARD HANSEN. Spoiler: it’s *Dear Evan Hansen*, and most of them get the joke 😂🎭. Then, it’s time for a runthrough. During Act 2, I sneak into the auditorium, and guess what? I’m the *only* one watching! It’s like having my own private performance. 🎶  

Good news—our colleague Johanna Lysdahl is back after being out sick 🎉. After the show, we head into the auditorium for notes, but the costume department gets a free pass today—no notes for us! 🙌 It’s Wednesday, and we’re opening on Friday, so everything’s coming together perfectly.
