For lunch, I whip up a bowl of fried cabbage đ„Ź, beans, chickpea tofu, and red lentil tofu—all coated in *gochujang* (a spicy Korean chili paste đ¶️ with a hint of sweetness) and *gochugaru* (vibrant red chili flakes đ¶️ with a smoky flavor). This combo is so delicious I’m officially obsessed đ.
Meanwhile, my friend Ulf ends up in the emergency room đ with some intestinal issues—sending all the healing vibes his way đ❤️.
