It all starts with a touch of sparkle ✨ — my Björn Borg black sequin bag from H&M is the unlikely but fabulous vessel for a humble boxed lunch. On the way to work, I discover a poster taped to a wall — Pjäsen går åt helvete (The Play That Goes Wrong) — one of my absolute favourites from the London stage. Of course, I take it home as a souvenir.

Backstage, the heartbeat of the day pulses through the hiss of a steam iron 👔🔥. I share glimpses of the world few ever see — the quiet precision before the curtain rises. And then, the peculiar magic of a two-show day sets in: the second performance is a mirror of the first, yet entirely its own. You’re caught in a loop of art and adrenaline, and it’s intoxicating.

A Day in My Life in Stockholm — Sunglasses, Nostalgia, No Cheesecake

Come with me on a full day in my life as a male content creator, vlogger, and theatre costume supervisor living in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪🌍. From editing Instagram stories first thing in the morning ⏰️💻 to biking across the city to hunt for sunglasses and charger cords 🚴‍♂️🔌, this vlog captures all the creative chaos, digital rituals, and spontaneous moments of joy that make up my daily routine.

I start every day with a personal content routine: editing videos from the day before 📹, writing platform-specific captions ✍️, and then uploading my oldest iPhone photo 📷 for a hit of nostalgia ❤️ before erasing it forever ♻️. It’s how I keep my feed fresh and my memory lane moving.

Next, I head into town by bike 🚴‍♂️ with a loose to-do list: try on some H&M sunglasses 👓 (spoiler: hated them), check out IKEA for a new iPhone charging cable 🔌 (they didn’t have any), and stop at Lyko to order Cerave skincare 🌟.

Along the way, I spot construction happening at the Marievik docks near Årstabron 🚧🌊. I also find some unexpectedly gorgeous banana leaf-inspired plates at H&M Home 🍌—yes, I bought two! I tried on a hat that looked ridiculous (you’ll see😂), and had a lovely chat with Denny, an actor/dancer from the musical I'm currently working on 🎭.

He recommended cheesecake at Hötorget 🍰, but alas, no vegan options today ❌. On my way home, I stopped to check out the development at Marievik again ⚓️ and even took down a Kylie Minogue concert poster to add to my apartment wall 📸🏡.

Right now I'm deeply into instant noodles and tomatoes 🍜🍅. It may be strange but it hits the spot. This video shows the real rhythm of my day—equal parts creative hustle and spontaneous city exploration 🌟.

HOW I GOT SECOND IN THE WINE LOTTERY…

🌸 First day of spring, and it’s starting with edits, coffee, and my new floral weekend bag from H&M. ☕🎒 Sunglasses on, bike ready, and off to the theatre! 🚲✨  

🎭 On the way, I spot a poster taped to a building. *Do I need it?* Absolutely. So I take it. 😂  

Backstage, I ask the cast & crew: *What’s the first beauty item you spent your own money on?* 💄 The answers? Hilarious. Meanwhile, David experiments with a new hairstyle, and Emma… well, Emma’s pearl necklace broke ON STAGE. Pearls *everywhere.* Dangerous? Yes. Exciting? Also yes. 🫣😂  

✨ Between shows, Johanna and I stick to our tradition—treating ourselves for surviving a two-show day. This time? A quick H&M run for some *serious* hydration: The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factor + PhytoCeramides. 💧  

🍷 *Second show = new question.* This time: *What did you used to steal from your older sister’s wardrobe?* The nostalgia levels were HIGH. And during intermission? *Wine lottery time!* 🍾 I come in second, winning six bottles. *Casual.*  

Every day, I post a video, and every day, I upload the oldest pic on my iPhone before deleting it forever. It’s a fun way to keep my feed fresh, nostalgic, and a little chaotic. 📸✨
