210308 I start a workout regime and the results are instantaneous

In today’s episode I start by having tea and scones out on a really cold balcony, and as I feel Monday’s a good day to start a new project, I find a workout video on YouTube and start exercising, recycle paper, donate to charity, then I take a one hour bike ride, listening to podcasts, then I invent a hydroponic hack. 200408 RECYCLING, CYCLING AND A SOURDOUGH STARTER STARTED

I watch a bootleg of Ninethemusical, before going to the recycling centre, to recycle electronics, paper and plastic, I start a sourdough starter (#sourdoughstarter), @magnusboren comes by, on his new bike, and we go to Kungenskurva, to Dollarstore, where we try on sunglasses, by solar powered lights, then we buy Thai food at Heroncity, before going to Ikea, where Magnus looks at a duvet, but we buy nothing!!! When I get home I watch a little night music on YouTube, and flick through the latest issue of @vegomagasinet, a vegan magazine.
