The journey to the Passenheten (Passport Bureau) in Skärholmen was an adventure itself! I decided to cycle, but the designated bike lane was completely torn up. This forced me to go "off-piste," taking my bike into a muddy wooded area to find the rest of the path! 🚴‍♂️ It was a funny, frustrating, but memorable Stockholm cycling experience.

The man at the bureau was incredibly nice and thorough. He gave my paperwork the green light! 🎉 But here’s the twist: because my documents were so old, the final step required a friend to physically accompany me to a different passport bureau to formally verify my identity! IKEA FAIL & FRIENDSHIP TRIUMPH
