Do you really need anything from IKEA—or are you just craving drama in fluorescent lighting?

Welcome to a deliciously chaotic day in my life: when the weather turned grey, my plans turned golden. In this episode, I surprise my dear friend Magnus with a castle-worthy birthday plan 👑, and along the way, Ulf and I fall into a rabbit hole of shopping, organizing, and eating like emperors (vegan ones, of course).

We begin at Kungens Kurva, where I stock up on birthday wine 🍷—because surprises are better with bubbles. Then onto IKEA, where I find a wine rack to house my growing champagne empire 🥂, and a new shoe shelf because I refuse to be a fashion minimalist. Despite July heat, IKEA insists on autumn 🍁… no one asked, but we accepted.

Of course, no grand day is complete without falafel—and Matvärlden delivers. I feast, then forage through aisles of international flavors 🌶️🥫🫒. Back home, I dive into DIY assembly (yes, me with tools, it’s historic), and transform my hallway with fizzy flair.

🎬 Another day, another upload!

🎬 Another day, another upload! I kick off the morning editing yesterday’s IG stories into one full video for all my social platforms—cut, trim, boom 💥. Then it’s off to the computer to upload, write the caption ✍️, and, of course, post the **oldest photo on my iPhone** 📸 before I erase it forever. Nostalgia meets routine! 💾✨

Today I’m off to help Ulf put up some hooks 🪛 in his bedroom before an IKEA run 🛒. But first—lunch! Vegan schnitzel, potatoes 🥔, green peas, beetroot salad 🟣 and my homemade pizza salad 🥬—because later we’re having 🍕 at Ulf’s while watching *The Residence* on Netflix 📺👑🕵️‍♀️. And yes, it’s Shondaland drama heaven.

My look? COS yellow beanie 🧢, oversized round H&M Studio sunnies 🕶️, and my white graffiti bomber 🧥. Stylish, practical…very me 😎.

Outside Ulf’s highrise, a mysterious black rubber backpack 🎒 sits abandoned. Lost? Looted? Forgotten? Suspicious... 🕵️‍♂️

At his place, he’s dogsitting a black poodle 🐩—a bitey little thing that once got my hand and *almost* did it again 😳. We finally head to IKEA for curtain rods and a quick fika ☕🍰. I fall in love with a wine decanter from IKEA’s new Stockholm 2025 collection 🍷. Ulf nearly forgets the curtain rods at checkout until he *literally* trips over them 😂.

Next stop: Liljeholmstorget Galleria! Toothpaste for me 🦷 and weird potato chips for Ulf at Flying Tiger 🥔. Back at his place, someone’s been rummaging through the black bag—now a paper bag’s lying beside it 😱.

The chips? Good, weird, crispy. The pizza? Delicious. The salad? *Chef’s kiss* 👨‍🍳. Ulf keeps dozing off during *The Residence*, wine glass in hand 🍷💤. When I head home, the backpack’s gone—but the paper bag remains. The plot thickens…
