DID WE ACCIDENTALLY CREATE THE NEXT NEW YEAR'S EVE ANTHEM WITH AI?! 🎶

DID WE ACCIDENTALLY CREATE THE NEXT NEW YEAR'S EVE ANTHEM WITH AI?! 🎶 Welcome back to the grand finale of our New Year's Eve spectacular! If you’ve ever wondered what happens after the elegant concert and before the inevitable morning-after haze, this video is your backstage pass to pure, unadulterated celebration. We are diving into the heart of a friendship, exploring the magic of shared memories, and even dabbling in the cutting-edge world of artificial intelligence to create something truly unforgettable. This isn't just a vlog; it’s an intimate look at how we craft moments that linger long after the fireworks fade. ✨

Following the exquisite performance at Folkoperan, Magnus and I made our strategic retreat to his apartment, armed with the most essential element of any successful late-night: Asian takeaway. 🥡 There’s a particular comfort in unfolding those delicate packages while the city hums outside, a promise of warmth and good conversation. We settled into an evening of looking back—sifting through old videos, a digital archaeological dig into our shared past. It’s a powerful thing, seeing how far you’ve come, the foolishness, the brilliance, the sheer audacity of it all! 🎬

As the cocktails flowed—each one a carefully concocted potion designed to spark joy and loosen inhibitions—the conversation deepened, weaving through the year that was and the dreams for the one to come. 🍸 The air thickened with anticipation as midnight approached. We stepped onto the balcony, the crisp Stockholm air a stark contrast to the warmth inside. And then, the sky exploded! Fireworks! 🎆

A symphony of light and sound that felt like the universe itself was applauding our existence. But the true genius of the night emerged after the last spark fell. We stumbled upon Suno, an AI music generator, and naturally, we tasked it with composing our very own New Year’s Eve song. 🎤

The result was both hilarious and shockingly catchy! And then, for the pièce de résistance, I convinced Magnus to lip-sync to our AI creation. His performance was nothing short of legendary. 🤣 As the first hours of the new year stretched before us, it was time to head home, carrying the echoes of laughter and the promise of new beginnings. This is the ultimate guide to celebrating with flair, friendship, and a touch of technological mischief. If you loved this journey, make sure to hit that subscribe button and turn on notifications for more adventures into style, culture, and pure unadulterated joy! 🥂 🏙️ 🕯️ 🥃 🍇 🥨 🦢 🎞️ 🎟️ 🌬️ 📦 🧪 🍹 🐥 🧵 ✨ 📱 🎭 🏛️ 🌮 🐊 🐅 🫐 🧺 🧼 🧊 🌊 🥂 🍻 #j251231

CAN A BRASS TRAY AND A STEAMER ACTUALLY SAVE YOUR SANITY? 🧐✨

Have you ever spent an entire year searching for one specific object, only to find it hiding in plain sight during a chaotic shopping trip? Today, I’m taking you on an epic quest through the retail heart of Stockholm with my dear friend Ulf. We are on a mission to finish what we started—the great curtain transformation. But as any creator knows, a trip to the store is never just about one item. It’s about the hunt, the accidental finds, and the sheer joy of reorganizing your world. From the sprawling aisles of IKEA to the hidden gems of Granit in Hornstull, this is a deep dive into the art of making a house a home. It’s stressful, it’s hilarious, and it’s deeply satisfying. I promise you’ll find the inspiration you need to tackle those unfinished projects in your own space, all while feeling the warmth of a true friendship that can survive even a five-hour furniture haul. 🛋️🇸🇪

In this vlog, we navigate the legendary traffic of Skärholmen and Kungens Kurva to secure the essentials. I’m finally expanding my IVAR shelving system—the ultimate modular dream for anyone obsessed with organization. Watch as we hunt down a brass tray that Ulf has been dreaming about for twelve months. It’s a lesson in persistence and the high-low mix of Swedish design. We take a break from the consumerism to refuel at Aleppo Kebab with some of the best vegan falafel in the city, because even the most stylish shoppers need a spice-filled reset. We even pop into Rusta to see if we can find the perfect carpet, only to realize that Ulf’s earlier IKEA acquisitions were already the perfect fit for his hallway. It’s a day of realization, laughter, and high-speed decorating. 🥙🎨

The climax of our day involves the ultimate tool for the modern home: the steamer. There is nothing more tragic than a beautiful curtain hanging with wrinkles, and we’re showing you exactly how to fix that aesthetic nightmare. You’ll see the immediate transformation of Ulf’s hallway with his new rugs and the installation of a sleek metal bathroom shelf from Granit. But it wouldn’t be a real day with us without a bit of philosophical reflection. While Ulf was occupied in the bathroom, I discovered the fascinating history of Saint Bonaventure—the patron saint of bowel movements. Who knew that theology and home improvement could go hand in hand? 💨🚿

Finally, I’m heading back to my own apartment to put those new IVAR shelves to work. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of wood sliding into place and the visual order of a new shelving unit. Whether you are an IKEA enthusiast, a lover of Stockholm’s vibrant neighborhoods, or someone who appreciates the quirks of Catholic hagiography, this video is a celebration of the small details that make life beautiful. We’re talking about the textures of the rugs, the gleam of the brass, and the importance of having a friend who will drive you across the city just to find the right hardware. 🚗📦

If you’ve ever felt the rush of finding that "missing piece" for your room or the frustration of a wrinkled curtain, this journey is for you. Join us as we laugh our way through the design centers of Sweden and find beauty in the most unexpected places. It’s about more than just stuff; it’s about the energy we put into our environments and the people we share them with. 🏙️💖

WHEN OPERA MEETS CAKE: BAKING A TOSCAKAKA & SEEING TOSCA AT FOLKOPERAN

❓ What happens when Puccini’s Tosca inspires a vegan cake, a night at the opera, and a celebration with friends?

This vlog is a story of theatre, cake, friendship, and music—woven together on a glittering evening at FOLKOPERAN in Stockholm 🎭. My friend Christian, dresser on Tosca, invited me to a preview performance. And because Tosca is not only one of the most passionate operas in history but also lends its name to Sweden’s beloved Toscakaka (a sponge crowned with almond caramel glaze), I baked one as a thank-you gift 🍰✨.

Before the opera, Magnus and I met at BAR CENTRAL 🍷—a chic spot where glasses sparkle and secrets are shared. He had big news: he passed his motorcycle theory test 🏍️📚! We toasted to his success, to friendship, to opera. Outside the theatre, we met Martin 🌟, and then the night truly began.

Inside, the drama unfolded. Tosca tells the story of love, sacrifice, and betrayal: the fiery singer Tosca, her beloved Cavaradossi, and the menacing Scarpia. With arias that burn like fire and orchestral surges that shake the soul, this opera has captivated audiences since 1900. And at Folkoperan, every note was alive—raw, emotional, unforgettable 🎶🔥.

But this video is not just about opera—it’s about the ritual around it. The cake baked in gratitude. The hurried dash to Bar Central. The laughter with friends on a Södermalm street corner. It’s a reminder that theatre is not only what happens on stage—it’s what surrounds it.

💡 What you’ll find here:
– A vegan recipe for Toscakaka, inspired by Puccini’s masterpiece.
– A slice of Stockholm’s theatre scene.
– A glimpse of friendship, gratitude, and celebration.

Because in the end, darling, life is meant to be lived like opera: bold, passionate, and full of surprises.

WHEN OPERA MEETS CAKE: BAKING A VEGAN TOSCAKAKA FOR FOLKOPERAN’S TOSCA

❓ What happens when Puccini’s Tosca collides with a Swedish almond cake? You get drama in the kitchen, laughter with friends, and a dessert as unforgettable as an aria.

Tomorrow I will attend a preview of TOSCA at FOLKOPERAN in Stockholm 🎭—a city where art hums from every cobblestone. My friend, dresser on Tosca, gifted me this ticket, and I wanted to return the gesture with something bold, charming, and delicious. The answer? A Toscakaka. Vegan, naturally. A cake without milk or eggs, but filled with style, story, and sweetness.

✨ But life is never without a twist. Just as I’m gathering ingredients, my phone buzzes—Martin wants to join! Suddenly the kitchen transforms into a stage. There’s tidying in a frenzy 🧹, a grocery dash down Södermalm streets 🛒, and then the curtain rises: two friends baking with the intensity of opera singers belting at full volume 🎶.

The recipe itself is classic theatre:
– The first act: a soft sponge, tender and golden 🍰.
– The second act: a luscious almond caramel glaze, shimmering like stage lights 🌟.
– The finale: a cake baked to perfection, applause-worthy and ready for gifting 👏.

This isn’t just baking—it’s performance. It’s friendship in every stir, comedy in every spill, and gratitude baked into every crumb. Whether you’re a theatre lover, a vegan foodie, or someone who knows the joy of thanking a friend with cake, this story will resonate.

💡 You’ll learn how to make the cake step by step, how to transform simple ingredients into a glamorous masterpiece, and how even the smallest kitchen can host the grandest of operas.

👉 If you love theatre, baking, or both—subscribe now. Like this video if you’ve ever mixed friendship with flour, and comment with the most creative way you’ve ever said “thank you.”

Because in the end, darling, life is always better when it’s a little bit dramatic.

🔥 THIS TOUR WAS PURE MAGIC — YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED BACKSTAGE! 🔥

There are tours… and then there was ÄNGLAGÅRD in the spring and early summer of 2025. A journey of theatre, laughter, sequins, and unrepeatable nights that still shimmer in my memory ✨.

I was on the road with my beloved colleagues Johanna 🌟 and David 💄, and together we transformed stages in Malmö 🌊 and Gothenburg 🚲 into worlds of pure theatrical wonder. But the real show? It happened offstage.

This video is not just about what we performed—it’s about what we lived. We laughed until our stomachs hurt 😂, raised glasses of cocktails that tasted like starlight 🍹, and whispered our dreams over late-night coffees ☕. 👯‍♂️ With Johanna’s sparkling wit, David’s unmatched artistry, and my own vlogger’s lens 📸, we captured the heartbeat of a tour: the meals we shared 🥗, the outfits we flaunted 👗, the cities we explored 🌆, and the unstoppable joy that tied it all together.

I TURNED COST PER WEAR INTO A THEATRE PERFORMANCE (AND SAID GOODBYE IN S...

Have you ever calculated the cost per wear of your clothes — and found that life itself became a runway?

In this video, you’ll follow me through a day that balances fashion, theatre, friendship, and the pure poetry of everyday living. From the moment I open a package from VINTED — a stunning pair of trousers from H&M Studio S/S 2019 — to the emotional farewell drinks at Stockholm’s beloved gay bar Harald’s, this is a story stitched with humor, glamour, and human connection.

✨ What you’ll discover in this video:
– The beauty of second-hand fashion and the thrill of cost per wear (my Lagerfeld pour H&M jeans are already down to 34 SEK per wear!).
– The unpredictable chaos of life backstage at the theatre: tomatoes resisted, Szechuan pepper tasted, wine carried through the doors like treasure.
– A celebration of friendship, as we say farewell to Lisa — production’s shining star — with laughter, wine, and a handmade backpack gift.
– Why every day, no matter how ordinary, can become a grand performance.

🎭 This is not just a vlog — it’s a declaration that theatre extends far beyond the stage. The rituals of daily life are performance. The laughter of friends is dialogue. And the clothes we wear are costumes in the opera of existence.

💡 Whether you’re a fashion lover, a theatre enthusiast, or someone simply searching for joy in the details — you’ll find something here. We talk about second-hand treasures, sustainable style, queer culture in Stockholm, backstage madness, and the bittersweet beauty of farewells.

🌟 Highlights you won’t want to miss:
– Lisa bravely (but not happily!) trying tomatoes and Szechuan pepper.
– The quiet satisfaction of measuring cost per wear — a secret joy of second-hand shopping.
– The chaos of wine arriving for a theatre gathering.
– Git’s hasty taxi exit and Lisa’s subway farewell.
– A glittering final toast at Harald’s, where laughter mingles with the ache of goodbyes.
– My handmade backpack, gifted as both practicality and poetry.

👖 Fashion becomes a ledger of value. 🍅 Food becomes theatre. 🍷 Wine becomes ritual. And friendship becomes the most stylish performance of all.

FROM THEATRE SECRETS TO SUMMER SPLASHES – THE DAY EVERYTHING HAPPENED

What happens when backstage theatre life collides with the perfect summer’s day?

This vlog takes you from the dim velvet wings of the theatre to the sparkling waters of Stockholm’s docks – and it’s every bit as unpredictable as life itself. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live between costume racks, stage secrets, and spontaneous summer adventures, you’re about to see it unfold.

🎭 Backstage at the Theatre
My day begins with the hum of sewing machines and the scent of fabric. I work as a dresser and costume supervisor, but today’s task is particularly whimsical: sewing an enormous two-by-two-meter bag. What for? For the “legs” of the theatre – those towering drapes that conceal the wings, also known as tormentors. Behind them lives the unseen choreography of stagehands, and I, with needle and thread, prepare the stage’s secrets for safekeeping.

🚴‍♂️ From Curtains to Sunlight
The moment the stitches are tied, I leave the theatre behind and take my bicycle out into the sunlight. Destination: the boat club at the docks, where my friend Martin waits. We swim – not racing, not laps, but treading water. Imagine it: the cool water supporting us as we float in conversation for an entire hour. The city around us hums, but in the water, time pauses.

🌯🍺 Holy Kebab at Telefonplan
After the swim, we bike again, laughter mixing with the turning of wheels. We arrive at HOLY KEBAB at Telefonplan – a cult spot for falafel and cold beer. The falafel is crisp, the pita warm, the beer exactly as it should be. A meal not of luxury but of perfection – and often, that is the greater luxury.

🌊 The Dive and the Recognition
And then, the moment that elevates the day into story. I try to teach Martin how to dive. There is splashing, laughter, comic failure. But then – two young women approach. They know me. Not as the man behind the sewing machine, not as the swimmer, not as the friend – but as SWEDISH WORD OF THE DAY. That glorious project of mine, recognized here, at the water’s edge. Fame arrives not in a theatre, not in a spotlight, but mid-dive lesson.

✨ Why This Story Matters
This video isn’t just about swimming, sewing, or falafel. It’s about the theatre of life itself – how one day can hold the sweep of worlds: the hidden craft of backstage, the freedom of summer water, the joy of simple food, and the unexpected recognition of art.

Trying to Drill into Ulf’s Bedroom Wall (And Stay Friends) | DIY Vlog + ...

Can we drill through a wall, eat noodles, hang picture rails, and still stay friends? 😅 Welcome to the ultimate real-life home improvement vlog featuring my fabulous friend Ulf, a Pantone gift, and a whole lot of chaos.

In this episode, I head over to Ulf’s to help install THREE picture rails in his bedroom. Before the work begins, I bring gifts—adorable mini trays from Pantone—and some grocery treats: vegan ice cream, chili oil, and instant noodles for our late-night DIY feast 🍜🌶️🍦 We also do a quick stop at Tiger of Copenhagen where I pick up a sleek new clear iPhone case.

While riding the elevator, I test out what I’d look like with enhanced lips (thankfully just a mirror trick!) 💋👄 Then we dive into the drilling challenge. The walls? Rock solid. Ulf? Multitasking with a vacuum like a legend 💨 So no footage of the drilling action—but trust us, it was intense!

Eventually, we treat ourselves to some red wine 🍷, then get back to work with TWO drills from different decades 🛠️⚙️ It’s practically a tool symphony! 🎶

Then Ulf surprises me by wanting to hang a bamboo beaded door curtain. He even gives me his old one, which I’m totally hanging in my hallway—it’s pure vintage cool 🚪🌿

After all the effort, we collapse on the couch, devour our noodles and ice cream, and binge a few episodes of HACKS—the ultimate comfort TV 💻💅

What starts as a quick home project turns into a funny, exhausting, and totally charming day of friendship, vegan food, design fails, and teamwork.
