My Life on Tour: Private Tram, Hotel Views, & Rehearsal Chaos in Gothenb...

Come behind the scenes of my touring life as we land in Göteborg for performances at Scandinavium Arena—AND get spoiled silly at the iconic Gothia Towers, 19 floors above the city skyline 🌇🎭

From the window of my room, I can see @lisebergab in full bloom 🎡—a daily reminder that this tour is anything but ordinary. We’re based at the beautiful @gothiatowers while performing across the street at @svandinaviumsarena. If that isn’t luxe enough, we’re eating incredible vegan and vegetarian meals thanks to the culinary wizards at @melkerssonsmat. 🥗🍛🍞 Every lunch and dinner is like an event of its own.

Our producers @krall_entertainment—especially @tobiaseliasson, @andreakrall, and @sophiastolpe—treat us SO well, and Sophia had one of the most charming ideas of the tour: she arranged for a private STREETCAR 🚋 to meet the cast at Göteborgs Centralstation after their break from Malmö Arena. Surprise!! We met them at the elegant Clarion Post Hotel near the station—a luxe venue known for its art-deco-meets-modern design, spa, rooftop pool, and unbeatable location. Then we all took a private streetcar journey up to Gothia Towers. Honestly? It felt like a musical number waiting to happen 💖

Unfortunately, a virus has been moving through the company, so tonight’s run-through was cancelled 😷 Instead, we shifted gears and rehearsed scenes featuring Isak Bendelin—who you might remember from our Stockholm shows. On tour, he’s now taking over the role usually played by Rolf Christiansen. He’s brilliant, and the scenes feel fresh and fun again!

After a fantastic dinner (thank you again @melkerssonsmat!), I head back up to my room and get ready for cocktail hour 🍸 in the first tower bar. Sparkly top? Check. City view? Check. Tour life magic? Always 💫

My Final Show Day at Malmö Arena 🎭 Vegan Hotel Breakfast, Backstage Chao...

Waking up on the 12th floor above Malmö with panoramic views of Turning Torso, Öresundsbron, and even Copenhagen? This is what touring dreams are made of 🌇

In today’s video, I take you through one of the most memorable and bittersweet days on tour with our show at Malmö Arena. We’re staying right on top of the venue at the lovely Best Western Malmö Arena Hotel—so yes, it’s the shortest commute ever 🛗 But more than that, this hotel has become our home away from home.

🌱 The morning starts at PERCY’S, the in-house restaurant, with a fantastic vegan hotel breakfast that genuinely impressed me. Plant-based options? Check. Friendly staff? Check. Fresh coffee and dreamy bread? Double check. Honestly, I felt so seen 😌

🎭 From there, it’s straight to the theatre for our final Saturday—a two-show day packed with energy, emotion, and a little chaos. We’ve done so many shows, but only a few of us have been at EVERY performance: myself (representing Team Costumes), Lukas the stagehand, makeup artist David, and cast members Per and Emilia. That said—SPOILER ALERT—today is the day Per is out and his brilliant understudy Tord finally steps in. And guess what? He CRUSHES it!

👕 Meanwhile, the crew and I start packing. It’s our last night at the hotel and everything must go after the final curtain. Cue boxes, rolling racks, tangled cords, a backup sewing machine (yes, really), and a lot of socks.
