🌟 Room with a VIEW 😍 I’m currently on tour with the show, and right now we’re at MALMÖ ARENA—staying literally on top of it at the fabulous Malmö Arena Hotel 🏨 I’ve got a room on the 12th floor with jaw-dropping views of Malmö, Turning Torso, Öresundsbron and even Copenhagen 🌉🌆
I kick off my day with a next-level vegan breakfast at Percy’s 🍓🥑☕️—hello fresh fruit, sourdough, and oat lattes 💚 Then David (our amazing makeup artist 💄) and I rent bikes 🚲 and head into Malmö, cycling through Hyllie to the ultra-modern VÄSTRA HAMNEN 🌊🌳
Turning Torso is WILD 🤯 It twists and towers like a sculpture 🌀📸 We feel like tourists—laughing, sweating, sightseeing 💦😆 We try to hit an Asian buffet 🍱 but oops—it’s closed for the holiday 🙃
Plan B? The 100% vegan HUMMUSSON 🥙🌿 where David falls in true falafel love 😍💍 He says it’s the best hummus he’s ever had 😋 Flavor bombs everywhere 💥
Then we’re back at Malmö Arena 🎭 where KRALL ENTERTAINMENT (shoutout Tobias, Andrea & Sofia 🙌) takes such good care of us. Costume fittings, sound check, glam time 💅✨ The show must go on—and we LOVE it 💃🏻🎶
This day had everything: delicious food, bike adventures, iconic views, and backstage vibes 🔥✨ Hit play & come along!
Lost in Copenhagen! 🧭🇩🇰 Join me on this hilarious and slightly chaotic part of my Copenhagen day trip as I completely lose my sense of direction in the middle of the Danish capital—while trying to find the train station. Spoiler alert: I went the exact wrong way. Oops. 😅
We’re currently performing at Malmö Arena with our show, and I’m staying right on top of the venue at the gorgeous Best Western Malmö Arena Hotel. My twelfth-floor room has a view of Malmö, Turning Torso, Öresundsbron AND Copenhagen on a clear day 🌇🌉. Honestly? Living the tour life dream right now.
💬 In this video (part 3 of the Copenhagen series):
I lose my way near Tivoli 🎢
Ask random people for help 😬
Find the station (finally) 🚆
Return to Hyllie and order amazing vegan Asian takeout 🍜
Spend a quiet evening enjoying the hotel room vibes and a much-needed wind-down 💆♂️
🎭 I work full-time as a dresser and costume supervisor at a musical theatre in Stockholm and live in the charming suburb of Midsommarkransen. When I’m not backstage wrangling wigs or organizing quick changes, I’m vlogging my life—editing and uploading a video every single day. I also post the oldest photo on my iPhone each day and then erase it—a little ritual that keeps my feed fresh, nostalgic, and slightly chaotic 📸
💚 This hotel has truly impressed me: the breakfast buffet is great (even for vegans!), the lunch and dinner options are fab, and the staff is just wonderful. Huge shoutout to @krall_entertainment for taking such good care of us on tour, and especially to Tobias Eliasson, Andrea Krall and Sophia Stolpe for making it all run smoothly.

Get lost with me—literally—in the heart of Copenhagen while on tour! From Malmö’s skyline to the Danish harbor, this episode mixes culture, comedy, and chaotic directions 🎭🌍
I’m currently on tour, and we’re performing at the fantastic Malmö Arena! Our home away from home is the gorgeous @bestwesternmalmoarenahotel—located right ON TOP of the arena (no big deal 😏). I’m lucky enough to have a dreamy room on the 12th floor, and the view? Iconic. You can see Malmö, the futuristic Turning Torso, the Öresund Bridge stretching like a silver ribbon over the sea, and on clear days, all the way to Copenhagen.
As a vegan traveler, I have to say—this hotel delivers. A delicious, plant-based breakfast every morning 🥐🌱, kind and helpful staff, and amazing meals all around. Huge shout-out to our production company, @krall_entertainment, and to @tobiaseliasson, @andreakrall & @sophiastolpe for making us feel like touring royalty 👑
In part two of this day’s vlog series, I take a spontaneous day trip to Copenhagen 🇩🇰. First stop: Strøget, one of Europe’s longest pedestrian shopping streets. It’s historic, lively, and full of stunning architecture… and even more stunning Danish men who look like runway models without even trying. True story. I kept losing focus because—well—you’ll see.
Then I headed to Nyhavn, that iconic harbor with colorful 17th-century buildings and old ships bobbing in the water 🚢. It’s where Hans Christian Andersen once lived, writing fairy tales while surrounded by charm, beer, and seagulls.
I passed by the modern Copenhagen Opera House—hovering like a spaceship of sound over the harbor—and the two Royal Danish Theatres (old and new). The juxtaposition of culture, history, and sleek Nordic design is every art-lover’s dream.
And yes, I got lost—twice. Maybe three times. But how mad can you be when you’re surrounded by elegant Danish men casually drinking cortados like Greek gods of caffeine? 😍☕️

What’s it like to live inside your theatre venue? Welcome to my life on tour at Malmö Arena — where my hotel room is 12 floors above the stage 🎭🌆
This video gives you a full behind-the-scenes look at a day in the life of a content creator and performer on tour — staying at the Malmö Arena Hotel, enjoying epic vegan meals, performing in a massive arena, and even turning my tongue bright blue with a Takis Blue Heat snack mid-show 🌶️💙👅
I kick off the morning with an amazing plant-based breakfast at Percy’s, the hotel’s restaurant 🥑🍞☕️ The spread is delicious, vegan-friendly, and served with a view over Malmö, Turning Torso, Copenhagen, and Öresundsbron. The view alone is worth the stay 🌀🌉🇩🇰
Then it’s off to the arena for our matinee! 🎭💡 I show you the backstage vibe, and yes — you’ll see the moment I try Takis Blue Heat during the show (chaos, obviously 😂). My tongue goes neon blue, and so do the vibes 💙
After the show, I enjoy a rare evening off 🌇 I head to the Emporia shopping centre in Hyllie 🛍️, grab a quick burger 🍔, pick up some nail scissors ✂️ (because why not?), and finish the night with a dreamy vegan dinner at @chay.vegan 🍜🌱
Huge thanks to the incredible team at KRALL ENTERTAINMENT — especially Tobias, Andrea, and Sofia — for taking such great care of us 💖💼 From amazing food to flawless logistics, I’m super grateful!

Waking up above MALMÖ ARENA with a view of two COUNTRIES 🌍 and eating the best VEGAN HOTEL BREAKFAST ever? Welcome to my Saturday as we tour with the show in Malmö! 🎭💚
We’re currently staying at the gorgeous Malmö Arena Hotel — literally on top of the arena 😱 I’m on the 12th floor with views over Malmö city, Turning Torso, the Öresund Bridge, and even Copenhagen on the horizon. The vegan breakfast at the hotel restaurant Percy’s is 💯 (hello oat milk, smoothie bowls, avocado toast and amazing staff!).
It’s a two-show Saturday, which means EARLY matinee madness 😅 It takes longer to fill and empty an arena than our usual theatre back home, so call time is brutal… but the vibes are amazing.
KRALL ENTERTAINMENT knows how to treat a cast well 🙌 Huge shoutout to Tobias, Andrea, and Sofia for creating such a caring tour atmosphere.
Come backstage with me:
🎮 The men’s dressing room? Fully taken over by video games.
🎥 I finally filmed David and Johanna answering the question: “What advice would you give your older self?” (Spoiler: It’s both hilarious and surprisingly deep.)
🩵 We test Andrea’s or Sofia’s beauty under-eye patches — I’m still wearing mine like a skincare icon.
And now for a linguistic twist: Johanna and I try to make the Swedish words “Frän” and “Fräsig” trendy again 😂 We interview cast and crew for English translations, and the answers are 🔥🔥

I’m living for the vegan offerings at the hotel restaurant, Percy’s 🍽️💚 Today’s highlight? A fresh vegan blueberry muffin 🫐 and the kind of breakfast spread dreams are made of! 🥐☕ Then it’s off for a morning stroll to Emporia 🛍️ before diving into backstage life at the arena 🎭💄
We’re settling into tour life, and things are really starting to feel magical ✨ With the cast arriving, cozy dressing rooms taking shape, and meals that hit the spot, this is musical theatre at its finest. Ever wondered what it’s like touring with a musical AND living on top of the venue? 🎭 Welcome to MALMÖ ARENA HOTEL — a 12th floor room with panoramic views of Turning Torso, Copenhagen, Öresundsbron and all of Malmö. And yes, the breakfast is 100% vegan and 110% delicious. 🌱☕🥐
In today’s vlog, I take you through a full behind-the-scenes day as we settle into Malmö for the show at the iconic Malmö Arena. From unpacking trunks full of costumes and wigs 🎩✨, to chasing down lunch (spoiler: it’s baloney stroganoff in the green room 😂), to prepping the stage and getting lost in endless backstage corridors 🌀— it’s all here.
We kick off the day at Percy’s, the hotel’s gorgeous breakfast restaurant, where even a vegan like me is spoiled for choice 🍓🥑🍞. The staff are warm, helpful and make mornings feel like home. A good breakfast is sacred when you’re on tour — and Percy’s doesn’t disappoint.
Then it’s down to the arena for the first full day of load-in. The stage is being built, lights are blinking (and sometimes going out 👀💡), and the vibe is chaotic in the best way possible. My coworkers — from dressers to makeup artists like Johanna and David — are all getting their stations in place. The production team at Krall Entertainment (huge shoutout to Tobias, Andrea, and Sofia!) keeps everything running smoothly, even throwing us a private Eurovision Song Contest party in the skybar that night 🎉🪩
It was Norway’s national day 🇳🇴, so we had fun asking the cast and crew to name their favorite Norwegian celebrities and Eurovision songs. And in true Eurovision fashion, Sweden didn’t win but came in 3rd — which, given the hotel cocktails and disco ball lighting, felt like victory anyway 🥂🇸🇪🥉
What’s a theatre tour without a little drama? We had moments where lights went out, people got lost, and nobody knew where to eat… but we pulled it together with glitter, snacks, and Swedish charm. 💅

Inside life on tour at MALMÖ ARENA 🎭✨ Ever wondered what it’s like living on top of a major arena while transforming it into a full-blown musical theatre? Buckle up and come behind the scenes with me! 🎬💥
This leg of our tour lands us in Malmö, Sweden 🇸🇪, and I’m staying twelve floors up at the stunning Malmö Arena Hotel 🏨—literally right above the venue where we’ll soon be performing! I open the curtains every morning to one of the most spectacular views you could imagine: the Malmö skyline 🌆, the Turning Torso spiraling into the sky 🌀, the legendary Öresundsbron 🌉 stretching into the distance, and on a clear day, Copenhagen itself 🇩🇰✨. It’s breathtaking—every single time.
My morning begins in the best way possible: with a dreamy, fully vegan breakfast buffet at Percy’s Restaurant 🌱🥐. The selection is incredible—from fresh fruit 🍓 and warm breads 🥖 to tofu scrambles and oat lattes ☕️. The staff here are absolute gems 💎, so friendly and welcoming, they’ve honestly become a part of my morning ritual. Today, I’m joined by Gustav, our brilliant sound engineer 🎧, and David, the makeup maestro 💄—nothing like good company and a hot meal to start the day.
Then it’s straight to the arena, which is in full transformation mode 🏗️. What’s normally a sports venue is becoming a working theatre: lighting rigs being hoisted into place 💡, curtains strung up 🎭, massive set pieces assembled piece by piece 🔩. Everyone is in hard hats 🚧 (yes, I look ridiculous—but it’s the law 😅). There’s a real thrill in watching it all come together in just a matter of days.
And none of this would be possible without the powerhouse production company Krall Entertainment 🙌—massive props to Tobias, Andrea, and Sofia for handling everything with such precision and care. They keep us grounded while the stage rises around us 💪.
Lunchtime? Back to Percy’s 🍽️. Today’s vegan buffet includes spaghetti with rich “meat” sauce 🍝 and a colorful array of salads 🥗. I may or may not go back for seconds (and thirds… don’t judge 😅). Still waiting on our costume trunks to arrive, so we take the chance to explore Emporia, Hyllie’s massive shopping centre 🛍️.
And wow—Emporia is a vibe. With its rainbow glass entrance 🌈, flowing interior architecture, and a rooftop garden blooming with flowers 🌸 and quiet corners, it’s the perfect distraction. I grab a matcha 🍵, wander through some stylish boutiques 👕, and soak in the calm before the backstage storm.
This is what touring theatre looks like: a mix of early call times, glamorous makeup mirrors, hard hats, pasta overloads, spontaneous mall adventures, and curtain calls waiting in the wings 🎟️🎬. It’s chaotic, magical, and filled with heart 💫.
If you’re into vegan travel, musical theatre behind-the-scenes, or just curious about how a sports arena turns into a Broadway-style spectacle overnight—this vlog is totally your jam 🧳🎤🌍.
