HOW I GOT MY BOOK OF VREELAND MEMOS #socialmediajourney #everydayinspo #...

Today’s video kicks off with me doing some morning editing – yesterday’s stories are getting polished up for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok. But before I dive into the day, it's time to tidy up! I’m prepping my apartment for company, recycling my mountain of plastic and paper, and heading to the store to pick up a few exciting finds: Diana Vreeland's legendary memos from Vogue and a Margiela x H&M suit jacket.

But in the midst of all this, it seems Instagram's got me in a bit of a slump – no idea what I did, but the algorithm gods seem displeased. Let’s hope the extra reels, a dash of style, and a cozy home update win them over again!

Later, my friend Martin stops by, and he’s brought sparklers! After gifting him a mini chandelier lamp, we make cocktails (kamikazes, anyone?), and I serve gin lemonade in my new bauble glasses from Dollarstore, which give serious festive vibes. The night’s feature film? *Young Frankenstein* as a tribute to the brilliant Teri Garr, a perfect ending to our evening of laughs, nostalgia, and good company.

So, if you’re into home style, retro Hollywood, or just looking for a cozy winter night idea, this one's for you! Like, follow, and comment below if you think I should keep rocking those festive cocktails.

What if… You Saw Behind the Scenes of an Understudy's Journey

This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, snapped on November 22, 2023, in the bustling dressing room at the theatre. Here, we have Joakim Jennefors, one of the finest actors I know, as he prepares for an understudy run-through in the role of Gottfrid—a character typically brought to life by the legendary Tommy Körberg. Joakim has embodied this role countless times since, stepping in with skill and poise whenever he’s needed. He's in full costume and makeup, pausing for a quick FaceTime with his family, bringing a glimpse of his personal world into this deeply professional setting. You can sense the balance of work and warmth in this moment, an actor’s dedication shining through.

Taken in Tommy Körberg’s dressing room, this photo carries the weight of theatre tradition and camaraderie. The dressing room itself holds stories within its walls, and in this moment, Joakim is part of that legacy. You can even spot the reflection of our talented makeup artist and wig designer, David Julio, in the window behind him. David has been our creative backbone for years, adding an extra touch of magic to every character, every performance.

There’s something humbling and magical about seeing an actor in this preparatory moment—a mixture of nerves, focus, and love for the craft. It’s these behind-the-scenes moments that remind me of why I love what I do, working in a world where every small detail, every bit of makeup, every fitting, and every rehearsal contributes to something truly grand on stage. Joakim's journey as an understudy brings a sense of dedication that often goes unseen, yet it’s vital to the heart of theatre.

This picture captures a rare glimpse of the theatre’s hidden life, the people, and the dedication behind each performance. These quiet, intimate moments are what make the theatre feel like home.

HOW I GOT MY HABIBI T SHIRT #LifeOfCreativity #MuseumMoments #Storytelli...

Today starts with editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories into fresh Reels for YouTube, TikTok, and IG. 🎬 After a quick breakfast, I jump on my bike to hit the city, on a mission for some Simone Rocha sunglasses at two H&M stores dropping their latest pre-loved pieces. 🕶️

Next stop? Meeting up with Lisa Sundstedt at Medelhavsmuseet, the Museum of Mediterranean and Near Eastern Antiquities in Stockholm! 🏛️ This place is like a treasure trove of ancient artifacts, from Egyptian mummies to Greek pottery. But today, we’re here for something special—the *Habibi – The Revolutions of Love* exhibition. 🌈 It’s an amazing showcase where artists from the Arab world, Iran, and Afghanistan explore identity, love, and freedom through their art. The exhibit sheds light on LGBTQIA+ rights, personal stories of exile, and a world where inclusive, alternative communities are imagined. It’s a powerful reminder of the change art can inspire, and the courage it takes to create these stories. 🌍

Lunch with Lisa in the museum’s cafe wraps up the visit before I’m off to my friend Ulf’s place for some wine and a Netflix session—we’re binging *Inventing Anna*. 🍷📺 Love how every day brings a new adventure!

Living in Midsommarkransen, I work as a dresser and costume supervisor for a musical theatre in Stockholm, and my daily vlogs highlight my love for vegan cooking, theatre, and unique style. Each day I post a new video and upload my oldest iPhone photo to my feed, refreshing my digital story while saying goodbye to memories. It’s a nostalgic twist that keeps my feed lively and authentic! 🎥💫

Watch my journey and drop a comment if you’ve seen the *Habibi* exhibit or have recs for vintage sunglasses! 🌟

What If... the Makeup Artist Became the Star?

This throwback photo captures my colleague of 17 years, David Julio, in an unexpected moment at the theatre, taken on November 22, 2023. David is not only the talented makeup artist and wig designer behind so many transformations on stage, but he also takes on a unique role as an understudy in the show. In his 60s now, David still brings the energy and physique from his days as a dancer, which he uses to make occasional cameos in productions. In this show, he steps in as the stage manager when Joakim Jennefors, the main actor for this role, takes on the lead for Tommy Körberg. It’s a fascinating chain of talent and teamwork!

The photo is set backstage, where you can feel the mix of focus and excitement. David stands confidently in his stage manager costume, embodying the character with a natural ease that comes from years of experience, both on stage and behind the scenes. Born in the U.S. and now living in Stockholm for over four decades, David brings his own stories and depth to each role he takes on. When he’s not at the theatre, he’s enjoying life with his husband on a serene island in the Swedish archipelago, a peaceful contrast to the lively theatre world.

This photo is meaningful to me because it shows a rare side of David, embodying a character on stage rather than helping others step into their roles. It’s a reminder of how interconnected and versatile we are in theatre, where each of us can play multiple parts, sometimes both literally and figuratively.

It’s these moments, where my creative colleagues surprise me, that I love sharing with you all. David’s passion and dedication are inspiring, whether he’s crafting the perfect wig or filling in on stage to keep the magic alive. Have you had a mentor or friend who’s unexpectedly worn different hats like this? Let me know in the comments! 💫

HOW I GOT MY BAUBLES FROZEN #dayinthelife #funtimes #dailyvlog #contentc...

In this video, I start my day editing yesterday's Instagram Stories for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok, making sure each clip flows perfectly. Then comes my little holiday experiment: I fill these quirky, Christmas-tree bauble-shaped glasses with water and pop them in the freezer for a DIY “ice ball” cocktail chill test, like a dress rehearsal for tonight’s cocktail moment with Martin! It’s all about setting the mood in a fun way, right? 💫

Next up, apartment cleaning! With everything fresh and neat, I head out to the dentist for a check-up. Newsflash: I have a cavity! I also realize my new dentist is from Ireland. But between the accent and dental lingo, it took me a minute to figure out where she’s from and what she was actually saying. 😅 We ended up laughing, and I learned a little about Irish accents (and that I need a filling).

When I get back home, it’s time to put that frozen glass to use! I whip up a kamikaze cocktail, just to taste-test the whole frozen bauble glass vibe. Let’s just say, the result is both frosty and festive!

For those wondering: I’m a dresser and costume supervisor for a musical here in Stockholm and live in Midsommarkransen, just outside the city. My world is all about vlogging, vegan cooking, theater, and style. I’m also keeping my social feed fresh by uploading the oldest photo on my iPhone every day, deleting it, and moving on—keeping it nostalgic, one post at a time! 🍸📱

Want to see more of these funny daily moments? Hit that follow button, check out my YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, and stay tuned for more updates. It’s all about sharing the small but memorable parts of my day. Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever frozen something strange just for fun!

What If… Denny Became Zack?

This is the oldest photo on my iPhone, a close-up of Denny Lekström in the role of Zack, fully in costume during the understudy run-through of our show on November 22, 2023. At this point, Denny was standing in for Lindy Larsson, the original actor in this intense role. Who would have guessed that a year later, Denny would step into Zack's shoes full-time, bringing his unique energy to every performance? The journey from understudy to lead is never guaranteed, but Denny’s passion and commitment made it seem inevitable.

Captured backstage, the photo highlights Denny’s expressive face in the moments just before stepping onto the stage. His costume reflects the character’s rugged and bold persona, hinting at the intensity of the opening number. There’s an energy in his eyes—a mix of nerves, excitement, and a touch of ambition. Seeing him ready to embody Zack was a reminder of the dedication that every performer brings, even when they’re waiting in the wings for their moment to shine.

We snapped this at the theatre during a rare break, and looking at it now brings back memories of our shared time on OSCARSREVYN and later in *Gentlemannen.* It’s an inspiring reminder that we’re always evolving, taking on new challenges, and sometimes, a single moment of opportunity changes everything.

This photo resonates with me not only because of the moment itself but also because of what it represents—Denny’s journey, the fluidity of theatre, and the way each role is both a responsibility and a privilege. It’s a piece of history, but also a glimpse into a story of growth and perseverance that’s so common yet unique to every actor.

Who else here has been inspired by seeing someone grow into a role they were born to play? 🌟
