I TRUSTED A “DRY BAG” AND PAID THE PRICE 😂💦

Darling, you’ve never seen a dry bag like this — mostly because it wasn’t dry at all. I, Joakim Clifton Bergman — male content creator, vlogger, and observer of life’s glorious little failures — take you along on a summer day in Stockholm that starts with a splash and ends under the stars. 🌇💦✨

👬 It all begins at the docks in Marievik, where my friend Ulf and I rendezvous for a swim from one of the two floating jetties. The water? Cold. The skyscraper shadows? Moody. The migration between sun patches? Relentless. 🐧🕶️

💧 Enter: my latest purchase — a DRY BAG, which is apparently waterproof if you roll it shut "correctly." I evidently didn’t, because I poured nearly two deciliters of water from it after swimming half a kilometer. Still, I kept my spirits (and wet socks) high. 🏊‍♂️🌊

🍱 Hungry after the dip, Ulf turned to Google and led us to Sushi Bay, a tiny spot just 200 meters from the jetty. I devoured a vegan bowl that exceeded expectations, all while marveling at locals who seemed to cycle straight out of their apartment building like Bond villains on two wheels. 🚲🚪

🍸 Back home, I attempted to channel cocktail chic with a martini featuring Nöt-crème — a nostalgic Swedish hazelnut spread. It was… awful. Everything sank. It looked like a failed science experiment in a martini glass. Do not recommend. 🙅‍♂️🥄

🍔 Salvation came in the form of homemade vegan hamburgers using pita bread instead of classic buns. Revolutionary! The filling stayed perfectly in place. 👑💚

📖 As twilight set in, I retired to my balcony oasis with a book and my Malmö souvenir: a dreamy star projector from Normal. I turned it on and voilà — my neighbor’s balcony became a celestial canvas. 🌌📚
