FAKE FISH FINGERS

Since I'm cooking vegan food from a magazine, I sometimes have to - willingly - buy unusual ingredients, and I have a great grocery store that have everything. So I buy nettles and wild garlic, for the upcoming day. But today I make fake fish fingers and watch a documentary about Manolo Blahnik. 180423
