Welcome back to my channel, fellow foodies! Today, I’ve got a mouthwatering vegan recipe for you that’s perfect for your summer barbecues – Grilled iceberg lettuce with browned pink pepper butter. This dish is a game-changer, offering a unique twist to your grill party. The combination of smoky grilled lettuce, nutty browned butter, sweet honey, and zesty lemon zest will have your taste buds dancing with joy. Plus, we’re adding a kick of heat with grated horseradish to take it up a notch.

🌱 Ingredients:

• 1/2 teaspoon ground pink pepper

• 25 g of butter

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 1 iceberg lettuce

• 1 lemon (peeled)

• 1/2 dl grated fresh horseradish

• Salt

• Pepper

Here’s how to make it:

1. Grind the pink pepper.

2. Brown the butter until it turns nutty and light brown.

3. Remove from heat and stir in honey and pink pepper.

4. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges and grill them on the cut surface.

5. Brush half of the butter mixture on the lettuce and grill indirectly for about 5 minutes.

6. Grate lemon zest and horseradish.
