🌱 Ingredients:
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pink pepper
• 25 g of butter
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 1 iceberg lettuce
• 1 lemon (peeled)
• 1/2 dl grated fresh horseradish
• Salt
• Pepper
Here’s how to make it:
1. Grind the pink pepper.
2. Brown the butter until it turns nutty and light brown.
3. Remove from heat and stir in honey and pink pepper.
4. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges and grill them on the cut surface.
5. Brush half of the butter mixture on the lettuce and grill indirectly for about 5 minutes.
6. Grate lemon zest and horseradish.
7. Plate the grilled lettuce, drizzle with the remaining butter, and sprinkle with lemon zest and horseradish.
8. Season with salt and pepper, and serve!
