Join me as I whip up a batch of irresistible Ginger Cookie Balls—a treat born out of my love for gingerbread. These absurdly easy-to-make chocolate-dipped gingerbread truffles are sure to add a touch of sweetness to your day.
- 150g Gingerbread
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 150g Non-dairy Cream Cheese
- 200g Melting Dark Chocolate
1. Using a food processor, finely powder the gingerbread.
2. Stir in cream cheese, vanilla sugar, and icing sugar. Combine to form a "dough" and set aside to rest in the fridge for a little.
3. To solidify the dough, roll it into balls and put it in the freezer.
4. After dipping the balls in the melted chocolate, garnish with some chopped gingerbread. Let it fully solidify in the refrigerator.
