THE CLOSET HACK THAT CHANGED MY LIFE (PLUS AUTUMN RITUALS & BALCONY RESET)

What do you do on a day off when there are no rehearsals, no scripts, no stage lights waiting?

In this vlog, I take you through my rare day away from the theatre — and reveal the surprisingly glamorous art of turning a quiet day into an event.

Balcony Winter-Ready
The morning begins on my balcony, where I take down the artificial wisteria and plastic plants 🌿. It’s time to prepare the space for winter ❄️, stripping away the ornaments of summer and leaving a stage set for a quieter season. There’s something deeply cleansing about it — as if even fake flowers deserve their moment of finality.

Recycling & Resetting
Next comes the practical part: recycling cardboard and plastic ♻️, catching up on vlog editing 📹, and simply bringing order to the chaos of daily life. In the middle of it, I stumble upon a stroke of brilliance.

The Hanger Hack
Too many hangers? Here’s the trick: install a shower curtain tension rod as high as possible in your closet, and store all unused hangers up there. 👗✨ They’re out of the way, they’re organized, and suddenly your wardrobe feels like a boutique. It’s a simple, inexpensive hack — but it transforms everything.

The Shoe Switch
Then comes the great seasonal wardrobe ritual: switching out shoes. Summer sandals, slip-ons, and light shoes 👡☀️ go into plastic boxes, neatly stacked on the top shelf. Out come the autumn and winter shoes 🍂👢, ready for cold days and darker nights. It’s like inviting a new cast onto the stage.

The Evening Ritual
But the real jewel of the day is in the evening: a long, indulgent bubble bath 🛁, a perfectly poured glass of wine 🍷, and a book that sweeps me away 📚. To sit, to read, to soak, to sip — it’s a reminder that life’s luxuries don’t need tickets, theatres, or costumes. They just need a pause.

Why This Vlog Matters
– Learn a practical hack for closet organization 🧺
– Discover how to make the seasonal wardrobe switch feel like a ritual 👠
– See how to transform a simple day into a meaningful experience 🌿
– Be reminded of the quiet joy of rest and reset 🛋️

Emotional Heart
This isn’t just about shoes or hangers. It’s about the importance of rituals, of creating beauty even in chores, of honoring the pause between busy days.

💬 In the comments, share your autumn rituals. Do you swap wardrobes? Do you take bubble baths? Or do you dive into projects to keep summer alive?

FROM CONVERSE TO SILENT DISCO: A STOCKHOLM NIGHT OUT

What happens when a pair of second-hand Converse leads to a night of theatre, wine, falafel, and a silent disco on Sveavägen?

In this vlog, I take you through a day where fashion, AI, theatre, nightlife, and friendship collide in the most unexpected of ways.

Morning Treasures
The day begins with organization: jewelry and watches at work, gleaming like small monuments of time. Then — the thrill of the parcel. A packet arrives from VINTED, that miraculous second-hand app. Inside: a pair of Converse with an extra-thick sole. Shoes that add height not only to stature, but to spirit. Of course, I model them — because every shoe deserves a runway. 👟

AI Meets Cinema
Curiosity strikes: I ask AI for guidance on filming a short in a bar or restaurant. The answer? 18 different shots. From close-ups of cocktails to wide sweeps of chatter and light. Suddenly, every bar is a potential film set, and every dinner an epic. 🍷📹

Theatre and Beyond
After rehearsals at the theatre 🎭, the night shifts to HARALD’S, the gay bar where laughter and glamour are served with every glass. Two wines later, my friend Magnus and I ride through Stockholm 🚲 toward TEATERVERKET at Sveavägen.

There, we see IGOR UNPLUGGED, THE MUSICAL — a curious, energetic show. By chance, we meet our friend Johan Rudebeck, fellow traveller in the world of performance.

Falafel & Silent Disco
The story doesn’t end there. We cross the street to FALAFELKUNGEN 🌯, because in Stockholm, the night isn’t complete without falafel. And then — a surprise. Sveavägen is closed. But it’s not traffic keeping us out, it’s a silent disco. Hundreds of dancers moving in eerie, glorious stillness, headphones aglow, the city transformed into a stage. 🎶✨

Why This Vlog Matters
– It’s about the joy of second-hand fashion and discovering treasures in unexpected places.
– It’s about the intersection of theatre and nightlife in Stockholm.
– It’s about the thrill of AI meeting creativity in filmmaking.
– And above all, it’s about how an ordinary night can spiral into extraordinary experiences — from a shoe to a stage, from falafel to disco.

Emotional Heart
This vlog is about friendship, about serendipity, about living in a city that never fails to surprise. It’s about how even a simple packet from Vinted can lead to a night that feels like cinema.

FROM LAGERFELD JEANS TO A RAINY NIGHT AT THE THEATRE

What happens when Lagerfeld jeans meet a rainy night at the theatre?

In today’s vlog, it’s all about cost per wear, backstage theatre rituals, and the raw beauty of an unfinished performance.

The Day in Motion
The story begins with my jeans — Lagerfeld x H&M, worn for the seventh time. At this point, their cost per wear is down to 20 SEK. Fashion, when stretched across time, becomes not only chic but efficient. Style is mathematics, darling.

Inside the theatre, the rehearsal room breathes with energy 🎭. I remove name tags from a dressing gown — yesterday’s loungewear, today’s stage costume. Fashion is transformation, fashion is theatre. Camilla, the costume designer, offers us a wealth of treasures. To share the bounty, I gift David, our makeup designer, a box of glasses and sunglasses. His artistry now has new toys. Outside, the rain falls. Always, the rain. ☔

An Evening of Theatre
When the workday ends, I set out for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, up to Kilen, Fri Scen, to witness the premiere of LEDNINGEN’s not-for-profit production “KARL XII – FÖR SVERIGE I FRAMTIDEN.”

The experience? Honest review: not great. It felt tentative, like a first try-out, a reading more than a staging. Lines, ideas, ambitions — all present, but not yet crystallised. And that, in its way, is fascinating. To witness art mid-birth. To glimpse the unfinished, to be part of a process instead of its polish.

Why Watch This Vlog?
This isn’t just a diary of jeans and rain. It’s a meditation on:
Cost per wear: how fashion gains value over time
Backstage life in the theatre: dressing gowns turned costumes, designer collaborations
The generosity of collaboration: Camilla’s costumes, David’s artistry
Independent theatre in Stockholm: LEDNINGEN’s bold ambition
The joy (and frustration) of raw art: performances still in their chrysalis

Emotional Core
Theatre is rehearsal until it isn’t. Fashion is ordinary until you wear it. Rain is nuisance until you see it as drama. Life, as always, is unfinished, ongoing, always in performance.

THE SHEER SWEATER, THE BIRTHDAY DINNER, AND THE SURPRISE OUTSIDE MY DOOR

Have you ever opened a package that turned your entire day into a performance?

In today’s vlog, the theatre of life unfolds in black sheer fabric, birthday rituals, forgotten restaurant names, and the small miracles of packages and people returning home.

The Story Unfolds
The day begins at the theatre, my temple of work and wonder. Waiting for me: a package. Inside — a black sheer sweater, transparent and utterly decadent. The kind of garment that whispers secrets and demands attention. Inspired by Joanna Lumley’s 1960s modeling wisdom — always look excited — I transform the theatre corridor into a runway. Style, darling, is always performance.

After the curtain falls on work, I mount my bike 🚴‍♂️ and ride to Söder. There, I am to meet my dear friend Ulf, though the name of the restaurant escapes me. Ulf and I met in the mid-80s at Teaterverkstan, where young actors dreamed themselves into being. He is more than a friend — he is history, laughter, continuity.

Today, we celebrate his birthday 🎂. I arrive with gifts: a Le Creuset wine cooler 🍷 and water bottle 💧 — elegance and utility combined. Yet the day is tinged with worry: Ulf is preparing for stomach surgery. He must quit smoking, but smoke still lingers in his life. It is both poignant and maddening. Finally, the restaurant name comes to me: DEMI.

Life’s Unexpected Extras
On my way home, the evening brings more drama. At COOP 🛒, I collect three packages: two from VINTED 📦, one from SELLPY 📦📦 with nine peculiar treasures inside. Each parcel is its own narrative, its own stage. And then — as if orchestrated by fate — I spot Mattias on a scooter 🛵. Once gone from Stockholm for the sake of his mental health, he now returns, newly anchored in the same block as I. A reunion, casual and magnificent.

When I finally reach my door — yet another package awaits. Life, my dear, is nothing if not a sequence of surprises.

Why Watch This Vlog?
Because it’s not simply about sweaters, parcels, or restaurants. It’s about:
Second-hand treasures from Vinted and Sellpy
Theatre backstage life
Friendship spanning decades
Birthday rituals and meaningful gifts
The struggle of quitting smoking before surgery
The joy of unexpected encounters

This is the fabric of life — sheer, unpredictable, and utterly stylish.

THE WORST GIFT WRAP OF MY LIFE (AND THE BEST JACKET FROM VINTED)

Have you ever unwrapped a gift so badly wrapped, it became the true performance of the evening?

In this vlog, I take you on a journey through theatre corridors, second-hand treasures, avant-garde lunches, and the great drama of gift wrapping gone wrong.

What happens in this video?

The day begins with a package from VINTED — a glorious H&M Studio 2017 suit jacket. Too good to keep to myself, I make my coworker David try it on. It fits beautifully, though we discover David’s arms practically touch his knees. He struts the theatre hallway like it’s Paris Fashion Week, and suddenly the ordinary is extraordinary.

Lunch is humble yet fabulous: tomatoes 🍅, instant noodles 🍜, and sunflower seed sprouts 🌱 grown by my own hand. Proof that style can exist on every plate.

But the day carries weight — it’s Lisa’s final day as our production assistant. She’s been the quiet force behind the madness, the friend behind the curtain. Saying goodbye is never simple — in theatre or in life. 🎭💔

After work, I dive into Stockholm’s department store temple: Åhléns. Mission: a birthday gift for Ulf. I choose chicness itself — a Le Creuset wine cooler and water bottle. Stainless steel. Functional beauty. But then, the disaster: the salesperson refuses to gift wrap. “Do it yourself,” they say. Me? Wrap my own gifts? Impossible. I refuse.

Eventually, an assistant appears and produces what must be the worst gift wrap in Scandinavia. Wrinkles. Uneven folds. Tape visible like battle scars. It’s almost performance art — except it’s real life, and it’s my chic Le Creuset.

Why watch this vlog?

Because it’s not just about fashion, food, or theatre — it’s about the absurd beauty of everyday life. From David’s runway moment to Lisa’s farewell, from sunflower sprouts to scandalous wrapping, this video celebrates the extraordinary in the ordinary.

💡 Perfect if you love:
Second-hand fashion and Vinted finds
Backstage theatre life
Friendship and farewells
Humor in daily mishaps
Sustainable style
Stockholm’s culture and shopping rituals

🌈 Life is theatre. Fashion is performance. And even a poorly wrapped present can become a story worth telling.

I TURNED COST PER WEAR INTO A THEATRE PERFORMANCE (AND SAID GOODBYE IN S...

Have you ever calculated the cost per wear of your clothes — and found that life itself became a runway?

In this video, you’ll follow me through a day that balances fashion, theatre, friendship, and the pure poetry of everyday living. From the moment I open a package from VINTED — a stunning pair of trousers from H&M Studio S/S 2019 — to the emotional farewell drinks at Stockholm’s beloved gay bar Harald’s, this is a story stitched with humor, glamour, and human connection.

What you’ll discover in this video:
– The beauty of second-hand fashion and the thrill of cost per wear (my Lagerfeld pour H&M jeans are already down to 34 SEK per wear!).
– The unpredictable chaos of life backstage at the theatre: tomatoes resisted, Szechuan pepper tasted, wine carried through the doors like treasure.
– A celebration of friendship, as we say farewell to Lisa — production’s shining star — with laughter, wine, and a handmade backpack gift.
– Why every day, no matter how ordinary, can become a grand performance.

🎭 This is not just a vlog — it’s a declaration that theatre extends far beyond the stage. The rituals of daily life are performance. The laughter of friends is dialogue. And the clothes we wear are costumes in the opera of existence.

💡 Whether you’re a fashion lover, a theatre enthusiast, or someone simply searching for joy in the details — you’ll find something here. We talk about second-hand treasures, sustainable style, queer culture in Stockholm, backstage madness, and the bittersweet beauty of farewells.

🌟 Highlights you won’t want to miss:
– Lisa bravely (but not happily!) trying tomatoes and Szechuan pepper.
– The quiet satisfaction of measuring cost per wear — a secret joy of second-hand shopping.
– The chaos of wine arriving for a theatre gathering.
– Git’s hasty taxi exit and Lisa’s subway farewell.
– A glittering final toast at Harald’s, where laughter mingles with the ache of goodbyes.
– My handmade backpack, gifted as both practicality and poetry.

👖 Fashion becomes a ledger of value. 🍅 Food becomes theatre. 🍷 Wine becomes ritual. And friendship becomes the most stylish performance of all.

FROM THEATRE SECRETS TO SUMMER SPLASHES – THE DAY EVERYTHING HAPPENED

What happens when backstage theatre life collides with the perfect summer’s day?

This vlog takes you from the dim velvet wings of the theatre to the sparkling waters of Stockholm’s docks – and it’s every bit as unpredictable as life itself. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live between costume racks, stage secrets, and spontaneous summer adventures, you’re about to see it unfold.

🎭 Backstage at the Theatre
My day begins with the hum of sewing machines and the scent of fabric. I work as a dresser and costume supervisor, but today’s task is particularly whimsical: sewing an enormous two-by-two-meter bag. What for? For the “legs” of the theatre – those towering drapes that conceal the wings, also known as tormentors. Behind them lives the unseen choreography of stagehands, and I, with needle and thread, prepare the stage’s secrets for safekeeping.

🚴‍♂️ From Curtains to Sunlight
The moment the stitches are tied, I leave the theatre behind and take my bicycle out into the sunlight. Destination: the boat club at the docks, where my friend Martin waits. We swim – not racing, not laps, but treading water. Imagine it: the cool water supporting us as we float in conversation for an entire hour. The city around us hums, but in the water, time pauses.

🌯🍺 Holy Kebab at Telefonplan
After the swim, we bike again, laughter mixing with the turning of wheels. We arrive at HOLY KEBAB at Telefonplan – a cult spot for falafel and cold beer. The falafel is crisp, the pita warm, the beer exactly as it should be. A meal not of luxury but of perfection – and often, that is the greater luxury.

🌊 The Dive and the Recognition
And then, the moment that elevates the day into story. I try to teach Martin how to dive. There is splashing, laughter, comic failure. But then – two young women approach. They know me. Not as the man behind the sewing machine, not as the swimmer, not as the friend – but as SWEDISH WORD OF THE DAY. That glorious project of mine, recognized here, at the water’s edge. Fame arrives not in a theatre, not in a spotlight, but mid-dive lesson.

Why This Story Matters
This video isn’t just about swimming, sewing, or falafel. It’s about the theatre of life itself – how one day can hold the sweep of worlds: the hidden craft of backstage, the freedom of summer water, the joy of simple food, and the unexpected recognition of art.

I TURNED TOMATOES, LAGERFELD JEANS & COCKTAILS INTO A DAY OF PURE THEATRE

What happens when a simple tomato becomes the star of a day off?

Welcome to my day outside the theatre – a day of editing, eating, laughing, and discovering how glamour hides in the ordinary. This vlog is proof that everyday life can be couture, if you only frame it right. ✨

🍅 Tomatoes at 25 SEK per kilo.
It begins in ICA, where I fall into a crimson romance with tomatoes. At 25 SEK a kilo, it feels like robbery, like haute couture on clearance – too good to be true, but perfectly real.

👖 Lagerfeld pour H&M jeans.
Then the fashion moment: Lagerfeld, reborn through Vinted. Second-hand, second life, second wear. I track the sacred metric – cost per wear – down to 68 SEK. Fashion is always numbers masquerading as magic.

🌇 Balcony supper.

As autumn whispers at the windows, I take my final balcony dinner: farfalle with zucchini, tomatoes (always), and baguette with olive oil. It is a meal, yes, but also a ritual of endings and beginnings.

📱 FaceTime with Magnus.
In the evening, Magnus appears. He is always the storm: getting a motorcycle license for Vietnam, planning London with Les Mis, ABBA Voyage, Operation Mincemeat, and Clarks Town. We drink cocktails – a Paloma for me, a Glitter Margarita for him – and we toast to theatre, to life, to everything shimmering.

🎭 Theatre forever.
We also clutch tickets for IGOR UNPLUGGED THE MUSICAL. Because theatre does not end; it mutates, reinvents, glitters in the dark like a rhinestone.

Why watch this vlog?
Because it’s more than editing, shopping, or cooking. It’s about finding theatre in the supermarket, couture in second-hand jeans, and wonder in the pasta bowl. It’s about seeing that every day is a stage, every conversation a performance, every cocktail a monologue of joy.

💡 What you’ll take away:

– The art of cost per wear 🖤
– Everyday luxury that doesn’t apologize
– Theatre woven into daily life
– A reason to love autumn evenings again

❤️ If this resonates – subscribe, like, and leave a comment about your own “tomato moment.” Life is too short not to celebrate small extravagances.

FROM BACKSTAGE TO BAGUETTES: THEATRE LIFE, OLIVE OIL & THE GILDED AGE FI...

In today’s vlog, I take you behind the velvet curtain of my day: from the quiet rituals of the theatre to the grand finale of The Gilded Age with my friend Ulf.

🎭 At the Theatre
The day begins in my role as dresser and costume supervisor. It may sound mundane—recycling, organizing, putting forgotten items in the trash—but backstage life is never trivial. It’s where the elegance of order supports the chaos of performance. Even throwing things away feels like part of a larger stage play. ♻️🗑️

🏠 Home Interlude

I slip home for a moment to collect a few essentials. In vlogs, as in life, these pauses are where you glimpse the rhythm of reality: the small steps that hold the big ones together.

🍷🥖 Dinner at Ulf’s
The evening, however, is where glamour hides in simplicity. I arrive at Ulf’s with a fresh baguette—crisp, airy, divine. Paired with good olive oil, it’s heaven in every dip. Add wine, add pasta, add the final episode of The Gilded Age, and you have a modern salon of laughter, food, and storytelling.

📺 The Gilded Age Finale
We watch the last episode together, marveling at the grand society drama. For me, it mirrors the theatre world—costumes, secrets, triumphs, collapses. And Ulf? He plays his usual role, falling asleep on the couch before the credits roll. 🛋️😴 A ritual so reliable it has become part of the entertainment.

💫 Why Watch This Vlog?

Because it’s not only about theatre or television—it’s about finding the spectacle in the everyday. A baguette can be as glamorous as a ballroom. A nap can be as iconic as an aria. And friendship, in its sleepy, wine-soaked honesty, is the greatest performance of all.

👉 If you’ve ever found luxury in the smallest rituals—bread, wine, laughter—share your story in the comments. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and join me for more vlogs where the backstage meets the balcony, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

🎭🗑️♻️🔥👔🥖💛🍷🍝📺✨🛋️😴🏛️🎬🌟😂🍇🍅🌆
