Morning routines involve editing yesterday’s Instagram stories, uploading content across platforms, and crafting engaging captions. A nostalgic moment arises as I find and delete the oldest photo on my iPhone—a blurry 2015 selfie!

Breakfast at PERCY’S is a vegan’s paradise. The friendly staff and delicious options set the tone for the day. Post-breakfast, David (our talented makeup artist), Johanna (our indispensable assistant), and I head to Emporia Mall in Hyllie. Known for its unique architecture and vast array of stores, Emporia offers a delightful maze of exploration. Johanna finds quirky pink boot-shaped mugs at Tiger of Copenhagen, and we stock up on instant noodles at Willy’s.

David, dealing with sore knees, gets a wheelbarrow ride around the arena, while Johanna battles a sore neck and back. Despite the challenges, our spirits remain high.

Just as we’re wrapping up, the long-awaited costumes arrive. We decide to tackle that task tomorrow and instead head to the Skybar for a well-deserved beer, watching the sun set over Denmark. It’s moments like these that make the journey unforgettable.

A Day in My Life: Editing, Spicy Bánh Mì & Theatre Fails | Stockholm Vlog

A behind-the-scenes look at my REAL day as a content creator and influencer in Stockholm 🌟🎥—from digital hustle to spicy bánh mì and an unforgettable (for all the wrong reasons) theatre experience!

My day starts the same way it always does—editing 📲 yesterday’s Instagram Stories to make them ✨ready✨ for all my socials (YouTube, TikTok, Insta & beyond). I sit down with my coffee ☕, chop up video clips 🎬, polish them, and craft descriptions that (hopefully!) grab your attention. Then, like clockwork, I upload the oldest photo on my iPhone 📸 and erase it—it’s my fave way to keep my feed nostalgic but ✨always fresh✨.

After my editing session, it’s time to hop on my bike 🚲 and head into the heart of Stockholm to meet Martin. We’re trying Saigon Baguette 🇻🇳, a gem of a Vietnamese restaurant on Gamla Brogatan, famous for its authentic street food vibes and mouthwatering bánh mì 🥖. I arrive late (thanks, traffic 🚦), but spring is in the air 🌞, so spirits are high! Martin’s rocking his black sequin tux jacket and a white shirt 🤵, plus I’ve lent him my red and black tiger-stripe scarf 🐅 for extra flair. I’m in my signature bulky black bomber jacket, covered in black glittery stones ✨🖤, and my matching tiger-stripe bag 🎒.

The food? INCREDIBLE. Martin was a bit overwhelmed by the spice 🌶️ but loved every bite. We had a good laugh over it—and if you’ve never had bánh mì, you need to fix that ASAP.

Next stop: Stadsteatern for Jonas Gardell’s play “Pensionat Oskar.” I had high hopes... but wow. I absolutely *hated* it 🙈. The lights and set design? Gorgeous. But everything else? Total bore 🥱. Martin was more diplomatic, but let’s just say we were both ready for something stronger.

Cue our escape to Sidetrack 🍸, Stockholm’s oldest gay bar near Mariatorget. Sidetrack is iconic: laid-back during the week, buzzing on weekends, with great Swedish food 🍽️ and signature cocktails 🍹. In this video, I kick off the morning in my cozy Stockholm apartment, editing my Instagram Stories from yesterday to repurpose across all my platforms—YouTube, TikTok, Instagram. Later, Ulf and I hit up IKEA, where I get a TV bench called BAGGEBOR that I creatively repurpose into a plant console. The screw count? Astronomical. But the final result? Perfection 🌿📦

I squeeze in a sweaty crosstrainer workout, feel saintly, and of course Google whether there’s a Saint Joachim (there is—Jesus’ grandfather! 🕊️). Then it’s time to shower, pick up a package, and bike over to Ulf’s for a wine-filled evening and a few birthday surprises, including the cutest golden squirrel bowl 🎁🐿️

🚨 When your friend goes for a smoke break, and you turn his apartment into a *one-woman theatrical production* 🎭😂  

Ulf invited me over to his high-rise apartment in Liljeholmen for a chill night of *Schitt’s Creek* binge-watching 🍿📺. But while he was out on the balcony for *one of his many* smoke breaks 🚬, I seized the moment.  

Armed with an *arsenal of wigs* 💁‍♀️, I transformed into *Moira Rose* herself and gave an *iconic*, ChatGPT-generated retelling of *Little Red Riding Hood* 🐺❤️—in full Moira-isms, of course. *“Oh bébé, beware the lupine interloper!”* 😂✨  

Ulf came back mid-performance and was *deeply unamused* 🙄, but did that stop me? Absolutely not. The show must go on! 🎭😆
