In today’s video, I start off by editing yesterday’s Instagram Stories for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and TikTok, prepping some fun content for all platforms. Then, I head out to recycle some carton—gotta keep things eco-friendly! After that, I stop by the grocery store to pick up a few essentials and swing by the local store to pick up a special delivery—a stunning silver jacket from Rabanne's collaboration with H&M. It's a total statement piece that I can’t wait to style!
Back home, I show you how I make my easy vegan red lentil tofu. It’s a simple, healthy recipe that anyone can try at home. First, I soak 1 cup of red lentils in 3 cups of water for at least 8 hours. Once they’re soaked, I drain the lentils and blend them with 2 cups of fresh water, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 tablespoons of Laoganma chili oil for that extra umami flavor. The mixture gets cooked until it thickens into a dough-like consistency, then I let it set for a couple of hours. You can fry it up or enjoy it as is! It’s vegan, gluten-free, and full of plant-based protein—a must-try!
I also give you a peek at how I’m growing sunflower seed sprouts, which is a super rewarding process and adds a nice touch of greenery to my space.
I live in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm, where I work as a dresser and costume supervisor for a theatre. My passions include vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and fashion. Every day, I share a new video on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. Plus, I post the oldest picture on my phone and erase it—keeping things fresh and a little nostalgic.
