HOW I GOT A LITTLE BIT SMARTER #LGBTQCommunity #VeganLife #FestivalFails...

Starting the day with some serious video editing for my YouTube channel, Instagram, and TikTok. But then, I head out to Kungsträdgården, Stockholm's beautiful King's Garden, where a Korean festival is happening. Now, let me be honest—I thought I'd learn more about Korea, but I quickly realized that festivals aren't really my thing. Standing in long queues, especially for food, isn't exactly my idea of fun. The turnout was great, but that meant a lot of people showed up, which only made me want to leave sooner. After maybe 45 minutes (probably less), I decided to head home.

Back at my apartment, it was time to get my balcony ready for autumn. I brought in the last of my plants, officially marking the end of summer. And to wrap up the day, I made myself a Doralto—perfect for an evening of relaxation.

Being a gay vegan man living in Midsommarkransen, a charming suburb of Stockholm, Sweden, my daily life is all about balancing my work as a dresser and costume supervisor at a local theatre with my passion for vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. Plus, I make it a point to share the oldest picture on my iPhone before erasing it—keeping my feed both fresh and nostalgic.

If you're into vegan recipes, theatre life, or just love following along with someone living their best creative life, stick around! 🎥✨

Wrapped in Boldness

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 27, 2023, on my balcony in Midsommarkransen. It features my friend Ulf Nordlander wrapped in a duvet from Zandra Rhodes’ collaboration with IKEA, launched in 2021. The collection, *KARISMATISK*, was an explosion of bold colors and eclectic patterns that truly embodied Rhodes’ artistic spirit. Seeing Ulf, who usually dresses in muted tones, wrapped in this vibrant piece was a delightful contrast and a memorable moment.

In this photo, Ulf is the main focus, comfortably wrapped in the eye-catching duvet, with the green plants from the balcony creating a peaceful backdrop. The atmosphere of the image is both cozy and striking, a blend of Ulf’s calm demeanor and the duvet’s lively design. The combination of these elements makes the image feel both familiar and unique.

This moment was special because it captured a side of Ulf that’s rarely seen—embracing something so boldly different from his usual style. It’s not just a photo of a person wrapped in a blanket; it’s a snapshot of a friendship where we embrace and share each other’s quirks and tastes. The photo reminds me of the balance between comfort and adventure, a theme that resonates throughout our friendship.

As I look back on this image, it brings a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of that day on the balcony, the laughter, and the unexpected joy that came from seeing Ulf in such a colorful setting. It’s a moment that connects the vibrant energy of Zandra Rhodes’ design with the simple pleasure of spending time with a dear friend.

HOW I GOT READY FOR THE AUTUMN #QueerCreatives #SustainableStyle #Cockta...

Today’s video is all about the little things that make life fun and cozy as the seasons change! I start the day by diving into some video editing (always a blast!), then head out to grab some essentials like washing-up liquid. On the way, I pick up three fabulous shirts from Giambattista Valli's collaboration with H&M that I scored on Vinted. They’re absolute gems and add a touch of luxury to my wardrobe without breaking the bank!

Back at home, I tackle the kitchen. First up, I clean the kitchen table and give it some love with canola oil—it's all about keeping things looking fresh and well-cared for. Then it’s time for some recycling because sustainability is key, right? With autumn creeping in, I bring in the plants from the balcony; they deserve a warm spot indoors as the weather cools down.

Feeling peckish, I whip up some creamy macaroni—comfort food at its finest. But the highlight of the day? Finding an orange in my kitchen, which sparks the idea to mix up some classic cocktails. I make a Harvey Wallbanger and a Screwdriver, bringing a bit of sunshine into the evening.

The night wraps up with a virtual hangout for AugusTequila on FaceTime with my dear friend Magnus Boren. We try to figure out the flavor of blue curaçao (is it orange? We’re not quite sure!) and share some laughs over cocktails. It’s these simple, fun moments that make life so special.

Living in Midsommarkransen, a cozy suburb of Stockholm, I’m a gay vegan man passionate about vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. By day, I work as a dresser and costume supervisor for a musical in Stockholm. Every day, I share my life on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. My routine includes posting the oldest picture on my iPhone across all platforms—a fun way to keep my feed fresh and nostalgic.

Midsummer Memories at Djurgården

These are the oldest photos on my phone, taken on Midsummer 2023, June 23, at Djurgården in Stockholm. We were celebrating the long-awaited day with my friend Magnus Boren when, suddenly, a heavy rainstorm descended on us, lasting for about half an hour. In the photos, you can see Magnus, drenched but smiling, embodying the resilience of Swedish summer traditions. After the downpour, the sun finally reappeared, but none of us ever quite got dry again. The memory that stands out most vividly? Biking home in just my underwear because my pants were still so damp from the rain.

These photos capture a moment of unexpected weather and the joy of embracing the elements, no matter what. Midsummer in Sweden is a time for celebration, connection, and laughter, and this day was no exception, even with the unpredictable rain.

The photos, taken on June 23, 2023, in the lush greenery of Djurgården, bring back memories of that classic Swedish Midsummer atmosphere—everyone gathering outdoors with friends, enjoying good food, and hoping for clear skies. The background shows the aftermath of the rain, with the wet ground glistening in the sunlight, and Magnus, the main subject, perfectly represents the blend of resilience and joy that defines Midsummer celebrations.

Featuring Magnus Boren, these photos are a reminder of the simple pleasures of life—spending time with friends, celebrating traditions, and making the best of any situation. The rain may have tried to dampen our spirits, but it ended up making the day even more memorable.

This moment is special to me because it highlights the essence of Swedish summer: the unpredictable weather, the laughter shared with friends, and the unforgettable experiences that come from just going with the flow. It’s these moments that make life rich and full of stories to tell.

HOW I GOT ONE LAST FANTASTICAL EVENING OUT THERE #BalconyVibes #LastSumm...

This video captures one of those perfect yet bittersweet moments as I get ready for winter. I decided that my friend Martin and I should have one last, cozy evening on the balcony before the cold really sets in. So, I invited him over and started prepping the space, tidying up, and getting everything ready.

First, I cooked some soaked chickpeas with just a bit of water and a lot of salt—trust me, it makes them taste amazing! While doing that, I had Maymay Entrata's music playing in the background, setting the perfect vibe. I also blew away all the fallen leaves on the balcony, did some recycling, and then discovered something exciting: H&M is doing another collaboration, this time with the Indian designer Anamika Khanna, and they’ve got some incredible men’s clothes in the collection. Definitely something to look out for!

I also made my special popcorn for Martin, seasoned with my own secret spice blend, which we enjoyed with some refreshing Margaritas. The evening was filled with laughter, good food, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you’re sitting outside, soaking in the last of the summer warmth.

As we sipped our drinks and munched on popcorn, I couldn’t help but wonder—was this the last evening we’ll spend on the balcony this summer? I really hope not, but if it was, it was the perfect way to end the season.

Living in my apartment in Midsommarkransen, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden, I work as a dresser and costume supervisor at a theater in Stockholm. My passions include vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. Memories on the Balcony

These are the oldest photos on my phone, taken on June 21, 2023, at my dear friend Ulf’s balcony. It was one of those endless summer evenings where time seemed to stretch as we sat together, sipping white wine and sharing stories. Ulf, who has been a part of my life for nearly 40 years, is the subject of these photos. He's from Sundsvall, a city that holds a special place in his heart.

The photos capture Ulf in various moments—smiling, laughing, and deep in thought. The balcony was our sanctuary that evening, with the cool breeze carrying our conversations late into the night. The setting sun bathed everything in a warm, golden light, making the evening feel even more magical. Ulf’s balcony, adorned with potted plants and fairy lights, added a cozy, intimate touch to our gathering.

Featuring Ulf, these photos are a testament to our enduring friendship, one that has weathered the test of time. It’s in moments like these that you realize the value of old friends—the ones who know your history, your quirks, and your stories. There’s a comfort in being with someone who has been there through it all, and these photos bring back the warmth of that evening every time I look at them.

This collection of photos is meaningful to me because it’s not just about capturing Ulf’s likeness—it’s about capturing the essence of our friendship. It’s a reminder of how special it is to have someone who has been a part of your life for so long, and how these shared moments are what truly matter.

HOW I GOT INTO BATHROOM DECORATION #SustainableStyle #VeganLife #SecondH...

In today’s video, I kick off my day with a stylish start—unboxing a pair of second-hand sandals from Vinted, part of H&M’s iconic collaboration with Marni. These sandals are everything I hoped for, blending chic design with a sustainable choice. Next up, I head into the heart of Stockholm to Ikea Gallerian, where I pick up a VESKEN shelf for some much-needed organization in my apartment. Of course, I’m rocking my new second-hand sunglasses from H&M’s collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld, adding a touch of vintage glam to my outfit.

The day gets even better as I make my way to Södermalm for a special occasion. My dear friend Ulf Nordlander is celebrating his 60th birthday, and he’s invited a group of us to join him at a restaurant on Söder. But before the festivities begin, I make a pit stop at a little gem called Le Kebab. Let me tell you, this place serves one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had—even as a vegan, the experience was top-notch!

Leopard Print & Aperol Nights

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 20, 2023, at my friend Christian Hedenfeldt's apartment. It was one of those perfect summer evenings when my friend Majsan, an old colleague, and I gathered for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was warm, filled with laughter and the clinking of glasses. I'm wearing a striking turquoise and purple leopard print co-ord from Zara—a bold choice that perfectly matched the vibrant energy of the night.

The photo captures a moment of pure joy as we sipped on Aperol spritzers, a favorite of ours, adding a splash of orange to the already colorful scene. Christian's apartment was the perfect backdrop, with its cozy yet stylish interior that reflected his personality—chic, inviting, and full of character. The evening was all about reconnecting, reminiscing about old times, and creating new memories.

Featuring both Christian and Majsan, this photo holds a special place in my heart. It’s not just about the fashion or the drinks; it’s about the bond we share and the simple pleasure of spending time with friends who feel like family. We laughed until our cheeks hurt, shared stories, and celebrated life’s little moments together.

This photo is meaningful to me because it reminds me of the importance of friendship and the joy of being surrounded by people who truly get you. It’s a snapshot of happiness, a reminder to cherish those nights when everything feels just right.

HOW I GOT MY 20 YEARS OLD SUNGLASSES #VintageFinds #StockholmStyle #Vega...

In today’s video, I start my day with a mysterious text telling me there's something waiting outside my door. I rush to find out what it is and—surprise!—it’s a pair of sunglasses from H&M's collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld from 20 years ago. They're in amazing condition, and I’m beyond thrilled to add these vintage beauties to my collection. Just when I thought my day couldn’t get better, I receive a notification that I have something else waiting for me. This time, it’s a pair of silver trousers from H&M’s collaboration with Rabanne. They’re brand new, with the tag still attached! These shiny pants originally retailed for 999 Swedish crowns, but I scored them for just 400 crowns—what a steal! Now, I just need to drop a few pounds to fit into them comfortably, but hey, they’re worth it!

The adventure doesn’t stop there. I head out to buy some essentials—mouthwash and Szechuan pepper. But in classic me fashion, when I get home, I realize I completely forgot the main reason I went to the shopping center: to donate a bunch of glasses to charity! Oops! Well, looks like I’ll be making another trip soon. On the bright side, I’ve got a fantastic tip for storing Szechuan pepper that I can’t wait to share with you all.

Savoring Summer Sunsets

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 14, 2023, on my balcony in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm. The image captures a cherished moment: my hand delicately holding a glass of white wine, most likely a crisp Riesling—my favorite. It's a snapshot of those golden summer evenings that I love, spent on my balcony watching the sun slowly dip below the horizon, immersed in a good book.

To the right of my hand, you can glimpse my quaint balcony table. Draped over it is a vibrant Sicilian tea towel, a gift from my friend Ulf Nordlander after his return from visiting Mats in Palermo. This colorful piece adds a touch of the Mediterranean to my Stockholm home, reminding me of distant places and the connections we share.

In the background, the vase is an exquisite Aldo Londi Rimini Blue, a piece that not only adds beauty to the scene but also carries its own story—a tribute to timeless Italian craftsmanship. The deep blue of the vase contrasts beautifully with the golden hues of the sunset, creating a perfect harmony of colors and emotions.

This photo captures more than just a moment; it encapsulates the joy of simple pleasures, the warmth of summer, and the comfort of being surrounded by meaningful objects that tell stories of friendship and journeys.

HOW I GOT ROTATING STORAGE #LGBTQCreatives #VeganLifestyle #DIYOrganizat...

Today’s video starts off with a little DIY fun as I assemble my new clear plastic rotating makeup organizer that I picked up from Clas Ohlson. It’s the perfect addition to my bathroom, helping me keep everything neat and stylishly organized. There’s something so satisfying about putting together something that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing, don’t you think? I love how it turned out, and I can’t wait to show you how I’ve styled it.

Later in the evening, I hopped on a FaceTime call with my friend Magnus. Our conversations are always a mix of the hilarious and the bizarre, and tonight was no exception. We dove into a chat about the strange things he just can’t stand—macaroni, porridge, olives, whipped cream, and green peas. I mean, who doesn’t like whipped cream, right? 😂 But hey, everyone’s got their quirks, and it makes for some great conversation.

Of course, no evening chat is complete without a drink, so we whipped up some margaritas to celebrate what we’ve dubbed "Augustequila." 🍹 It’s all about finding reasons to celebrate, no matter how random they are! We also ended up talking about the Nordic Museum in Stockholm, which is such a fascinating place. It’s full of history and culture, and if you haven’t been, you’re missing out.

Just a peek into my life as a gay vegan man living in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm. When I’m not vlogging or working as a dresser and costume supervisor at a theatre, I’m exploring my love for vegan cooking, theater, and style. Every day, I share a video across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, and I also upload the oldest picture on my iPhone to keep things fresh and nostalgic.

HOW I GOT A GREAT RIMMER #DailyLife #StockholmLiving #CreativeSolutions ...

Starting the day by diving into editing yesterday's Instagram stories for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok—it’s all about getting the content just right. But then, I found myself slightly obsessed with finding a cocktail rimmer. There’s this bar supplies store called BARKONSULT nearby, so I headed over, determined to get one. But guess what? They were all out! 😱 No worries, though—I found it online through an app called Sellpy, and managed to snag it at a tenth of the price. Winning!

On top of that, I finally wrapped up a project of small documentary videos from our understudy run-through at the theatre. It feels great to have it completed, and I’m excited to share it with everyone soon. While I was in the editing zone, I also took some time to share my thoughts on Kulturhuset Stadsteatern’s gender-swapped production of the musical COMPANY. The concept is intriguing, and I love how it challenges traditional norms in theater. It’s a production that really makes you think about the roles we play in life—both on and off the stage.

After that creative burst, I went grocery shopping at Liljeholmstorgets Galleria. While browsing, I stumbled upon a rotating makeup storage unit. It’s perfect for organizing in the bathroom, though not for makeup, of course. It’s all about finding unique solutions to everyday problems, right? And to top it off, there was a sale on pasta and instant noodles—stocking up never felt so good!

Just a little insight into my daily life as a gay man living in Midsommarkransen, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. My interests span vlogging, vegan cooking, theater, and style. Every day, I share a new video across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, along with the oldest picture on my iPhone—it’s a fun way to mix nostalgia with fresh content.

"A Snapshot of Nostalgia and Style at COOP Västberga"

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 11, 2023. It features me in one of my favorite outfits—an ensemble that perfectly blends nostalgia, comfort, and a touch of whimsy. I’m rocking a sunflower-patterned bucket hat that just screams summer vibes, paired with classic denim dungarees that always give me a sense of carefree fun. My t-shirt, which features Mickey Mouse, is from Uniqlo—a thoughtful gift from my dear friend Ulf. This shirt has quickly become one of my go-tos, not just because it’s stylish, but because it’s a sweet reminder of our friendship.

And then there’s my Mamma Mia bag—a piece with a history that I absolutely cherish. This bag was a gift from my time working on the sit-down tour of "Mamma Mia" in Gothenburg back in 2006. Every time I use it, I’m reminded of that exciting period of my life, filled with music, theatre, and unforgettable memories. It’s not just a bag; it’s a piece of my past that I carry with me, a connection to an amazing chapter in my journey.

This photo was snapped at COOP Västberga, where I was likely doing some grocery shopping. It’s a simple moment, but it captures a lot about who I am—someone who finds joy in the little things, who loves to mix old memories with new experiences, and who always carries a bit of the past with them. The backdrop of the supermarket adds a touch of everyday life to the shot, grounding this otherwise nostalgic outfit in the present moment.

The combination of my outfit and the setting makes this photo special to me. It’s a perfect representation of how I blend different parts of my life—past and present, work and play, style and sentiment. Every item I’m wearing has a story, and together, they create a picture that’s more than just a snapshot; it’s a reflection of me, my style, and my journey.

HOW I GOT TO BE QUITE THE FARMER #VeganRecipes #DailyRoutine #Sustainabl...

In this video, I’ve officially embraced my inner farmer! 🌻 I’ve started planting sunflower seeds, and while I can’t harvest them just yet, the anticipation is real! It’s all part of my new green-thumb journey, and I’m excited to see how these beauties turn out.

But let’s talk about today’s big revelation: I’ve been wearing my sunglasses on top of my head like a tiara—who knew farming could be so stylish? 😎 It’s a look, right? Anyway, after my farming adventure, I head out to shop for some pumpkin seeds, and while I’m at it, I’m on a mission to find the perfect shelf to display my ever-growing sunglasses collection. Because let’s be real, sunglasses are essential, and they deserve a special spot in my home!

Now, let’s get to the food! I’m absolutely obsessed with creamed potatoes lately—potatoes in a rich béchamel sauce are my current comfort food of choice. They’re creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-delicious. "Cozy Summer Start in Stockholm"

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 9, 2023, right on the balcony of my apartment in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm. It's the beginning of summer, and you can feel the subtle excitement in the air, even though the weather isn't exactly blazing hot yet. In this shot, I'm wrapped up in a fuzzy leopard print throw that I snagged from Dollarstore, a quirky little find that’s as cozy as it looks. And if you notice, I'm wearing my bright orange t-shirt—a telltale sign that I've probably just finished a workout session. This shirt only makes an appearance when I’m getting my sweat on, so it's kind of like my unofficial workout uniform.

Behind me, there’s a donut-shaped pillow that adds a bit of whimsy to the scene. I found it at a second-hand shop, and it's one of those items that just brings a smile to your face. The combination of these elements—the cozy throw, the workout tee, and the fun pillow—really captures the mood of this moment: a blend of relaxation and personal accomplishment, right at the threshold of a new season.

The setting of this photo, my balcony, has always been a special place for me. It’s where I start my mornings with a cup of coffee, where I relax after a long day, and where I often find myself reflecting on life. The beginning of summer always brings a sense of renewal, and this moment, captured in this photo, represents that perfectly. The cool air, the quiet streets of Midsommarkransen below, and the anticipation of warmer days ahead—everything feels just right.

HOW I GOT IT UP #VeganLifestyle #HomeOrganization #MinimalistDesign #Sus...

In this video, I’m kicking off my day in the most relatable way—lying in bed, editing videos while avoiding the chill outside. Autumn has officially arrived, and you know what that means: time to cozy up indoors and get organized! 🌬️🍁

I've come to a groundbreaking realization—it's not that I have too many things, it's that I don't have enough space! 😅 So naturally, the solution is clear: I need more space to get more things! Fortunately, I’ve got just the thing in the basement—a Stringhylla, the ultimate Swedish shelf unit. This gem, designed by Nils Strinning in 1949, is a modular masterpiece that’s been a staple in Scandinavian design for decades. The Stringhylla is perfect for me because it’s all about simplicity, functionality, and endless customization. Whether you're working with a small studio or a spacious loft, this lightweight, stylish shelving system adapts to your needs. And hey, with my handy drilling skills, getting it up was a breeze! 🛠️

But wait, there's more! My friend Ulf gifted me a plexiglass shelf that I originally gave him a few years ago—talk about a full-circle moment! I decided to place it right above my Stringhylla for a sleek, modern look that adds even more storage space. After setting up my home to perfection, it was time for a grocery run. My vegan dinner of the day? Creamed potatoes in a rich vegan béchamel sauce, paired with a perfectly fried vegan sausage. Delicious and cozy—just what I needed on a chilly autumn evening. 🥔🌱

If you're into vlogging, vegan cooking, theater, and style, you're in the right place! Every day, I share a new video across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, plus a nostalgic throwback from my iPhone’s photo archives. It’s a fun way to keep my feed fresh and full of memories.

"Balcony Views and Sunset Sips"

This series of photos captures a serene evening spent on June 8, 2023, at my friend Ulf's balcony, overlooking the picturesque views of Hägerstensvägen and Marievik in Stockholm.

The first photo, taken early in the evening, features Ulf posing confidently in a black cardigan. The warm lighting and his relaxed posture reflect the calmness of the moment, setting the tone for the evening ahead.

As the evening progresses, the second photo shows Ulf gazing out from the balcony as the sun begins to set. The vibrant hues of the sunset start to paint the sky, creating a stunning backdrop. A glass of white wine in the foreground adds a touch of sophistication and tranquility, symbolizing the relaxation and joy of spending time with friends.

The final photo, taken late at night, captures the magnificent nighttime view from Ulf's balcony. The lights of Marievik, Årstadal, and Årstaberg twinkle against the dark sky, highlighting the beauty of Stockholm's cityscape. The stillness of the night and the glow of the city lights evoke a sense of peace and reflection, making it a perfect conclusion to a memorable evening.

These photos are not just snapshots of a night out, but a reminder of the simple pleasures of life—good company, beautiful views, and the peaceful transition from day to night. They reflect a personal connection to this moment, a snapshot of a cherished memory that brings warmth and nostalgia every time I look back at it.

HOW I GOT MY SHIRLEY VALENTINE MOMENT #VeganLife #TheatreLovers #Everyda...

In this funny and entertaining video, I kick off the day by heading to Central Station to meet my friend @git.glad , who invited me to the reopening of the musical ”9 to 5” at Uppsala Stadsteater. We had some trouble finding our train, probably because we’re not used to the new station that has been built close to the central one—getting old has its challenges!

Every summer, I dream of sitting at a sidewalk café, sipping on a glass of Riesling, much like Shirley Valentine dreams of watching the sunset with a glass of wine in Greece. This year, I finally made it happen! Git and I stopped at a charming sidewalk restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious vegan pizza paired with that long-awaited glass of wine.

The show itself wasn’t mind-blowing, but that’s more due to the material than the production. However, my friend Martin Redhe Nord was fantastic as Dolly Parton!

Git and I had some additional trouble getting back to Stockholm, adding to the adventure of the day.

My interests include vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. I also make it a habit to upload the oldest picture on my iPhone to these platforms, then delete it from my phone. It’s a fun way to keep my feed both fresh and nostalgic.

VEGAN LEMONY FENNEL PASTA

In this funny and entertaining video, I show you how to make a delicious vegan fennel pasta dish that’s both simple and satisfying. It’s a perfect dinner option when you’re craving something fresh and full of flavor.

To start, I heat some olive oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, letting them crackle and release their aromatic oils. Then, I stir in minced and sliced garlic, cooking just long enough to make your kitchen smell amazing. The lemon zest adds a bright citrus note, and I cook the fennel slices until they’re tender and golden.

Meanwhile, I boil some spaghetti (making sure it's vegan-friendly) and cook it just a minute shy of al dente. This way, when I toss it into the frying pan with the fennel, it soaks up all the flavors. I finish it off with lemon juice, parsley, and some salt and pepper. For that final touch, I garnish with fennel fronds, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan.

This dish is a great example of how simple ingredients can create something truly special. If you’re into vegan cooking or just looking for new recipe ideas, this video is for you.

My interests include vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. To keep my feed fresh and nostalgic at the same time, I also post the oldest picture on my iPhone to these platforms before erasing it from my phone.

HOW I GOT RID OF THE FENNEL BULB #veganrecipes #simplecooking #everydayv...

I start this funny and entertaining video lying in bed, editing videos from last weekend's trip to Öland with my friend Ulf. Öland, that beautiful island in southern Sweden, was the perfect escape. We visited my parents and explored a farm, picking up some fresh farm produce along the way. This evening, I decided it was time to use that fennel bulb we got before it goes bad. So, I whipped up a delicious fennel pasta dish that you'll definitely want to try out.

After some editing, I head out to Coop to grab some limes and pick up a package that arrived in the mail. There's something about running errands that makes you feel productive, right? Later in the evening, it’s time to unwind. I FaceTime with my friend Magnus, who’s sipping on wine while I enjoy a margarita. We chat about life, laugh, and just enjoy the simple pleasures.

My interests are vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style. Every day, I upload a video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. To keep things fresh, I also post the oldest picture on my iPhone to these platforms and then erase it from my phone. It’s a fun way to keep my feed both nostalgic and up-to-date.

A Day to Remember

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on June 3, 2023, at the Stockholm Stadsmuseum. It captures a special moment during a day of celebration for my friend Magnus Borén. We started our day with a delightful breakfast overlooking Gamla Stan, soaking in the stunning views of Stockholm's historic district. Afterward, we explored the exhibitions at the Stadsmuseum, where history came alive in the most engaging way. The museum's mix of old and new made it the perfect place to get lost in time. We took a break for fika and lunch in the museum café, enjoying the ambiance and each other’s company.

The day continued with cocktails at a nearby bar, where we laughed and shared stories over perfectly crafted drinks. The evening was capped off with an opera performance that left us mesmerized, and we ended the night with dinner in a skyscraper, high above the city, with the lights of Stockholm glittering below us.

In this photo, I’m wearing a knitted vest from Zara, a polo shirt from COS, and a Keith Haring necklace from H&M, pieces that not only reflect my style but also remind me of the vibrant day we had. The background of the museum’s classic architecture adds depth to the photo, giving it a timeless quality.

This day was more than just a series of activities; it was about celebrating friendship and making memories. There was a moment during the opera when I looked over at Magnus, and the look on his face said it all—it was pure joy. That’s what made this day so special and why this photo means so much to me. It captures a day when everything was just right, from the weather to the company, to the endless laughter.

I’m so glad I have this photo to remind me of such a perfect day. If you’ve ever had a day that you wished would never end, you’ll understand why this picture is so meaningful to me. Do you have a photo that brings back incredible memories? Share it with me in the comments!

HOW I GOT APEROL SPRITZ IN THE PARK #creativecommunity #livetothefullest...

Starting the day off by diving into some editing magic, working on the videos from my recent trip to Öland. It’s always fun to relive those moments while crafting something cool to share with you all. But today’s not just about editing—there’s a lot more on the agenda! Tonight, I’m heading to Vitabergsparken, one of my favorite spots on Söder in Stockholm, to celebrate my friend Christian’s birthday. We’re joined by Majsan and Martin, and we’ve got a special treat: a show called *HJÄLP MEJ INTE, DON'T HELP ME*. Of course, we couldn’t let Christian’s birthday go uncelebrated, so we gifted him a bottle of bubbly. And with Aperol Spritz flowing, courtesy of Christian, we’re all set for an unforgettable evening!

After the show, we continue the fun at a cozy open-air café nearby, where we meet up with Majsan’s husband and their adorable dog. It’s the perfect end to a night filled with laughter, great company, and good vibes.

As always, I’m living the dream in Midsommarkransen, a charming suburb of Stockholm, where I mix my love for vlogging, vegan cooking, theatre, and style into daily content. Every day, I upload a new video across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, keeping you all in the loop. Plus, I’ve got this fun little tradition of uploading the oldest photo on my iPhone to the same platforms before erasing it—it's my way of keeping my feed fresh while taking a trip down memory lane.

The London Adventure: From History to Keepsakes

These are  the Oldest Photos on my Phone, taken on May 24 and may 25; before and after mine and my friend magnus's trip to London.

me and my friend Magnus outside the Brittish museum. The British Museum, located in London, is one of the world’s most famous and comprehensive museums, dedicated to human history, art, and culture. Established in 1753, it houses a vast collection of over eight million works, spanning two million years of history. The museum’s diverse exhibits range from ancient Egyptian mummies to the Rosetta Stone, Greek sculptures, including the Parthenon Marbles, and treasures from various cultures around the globe.

As a hub of knowledge and discovery, the British Museum offers visitors a unique journey through time, showcasing artifacts from civilizations across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Americas, and the Pacific. Its mission is to provide a deeper understanding of our shared human heritage.

The museum is free to enter and attracts millions of visitors each year, making it one of the most visited museums worldwide. Despite its popularity, the British Museum has faced controversy, particularly regarding the ownership of certain artifacts. Still, it remains a vital institution for education and cultural appreciation, continually expanding its collections and exhibitions to engage new generations.

The day after, in my bedroom: and i have laid out all the stuff I got on the trip: a Keith Haring t-shirt and socks from Primark, a west from ABBA voyage, a merch t-shirt from  the musical Mrs Doubtfire, yest extract from tesco, a merch shot glass from the musical HAMILTON, a mug, bitter, spatula, book and perfume from Blenheim palace.

HOW I GOT NO HOT WATER NO HOT WATER AT ALL #dailystruggles #cityadventu...

Starting the day off editing videos, ready to tackle the world, but surprise—there’s no hot water. Not a drop! 😂 After a long day of travel and crashing at my parents’, I’m feeling less than fresh, and a cold shower just isn’t cutting it. But hey, the day’s gotta go on, right? I’ve got some errands to run, starting with picking up my new Maison Margiela pants from the H&M collab. Fashion lovers, you’ll appreciate this—I snagged some stylish pillowcases from Pantone’s collection with H&M for just 10 Swedish kronor. Such a steal! 🛍️

Next up, I biked into the city to check out H&M’s latest collaboration with Coqui. But honestly, nothing caught my eye. Not every shopping trip is a win, right?

Fast forward to the evening, and it’s time to meet up with my buddy Martin at Vitabergsparken, one of my favorite summer spots. Tonight’s show? A tribute to the legendary Rikard Wolff, performed by Albin Flinkas Oké with guest Adam Pålsson. Spoiler alert: the show didn’t really do it for me, but it’s all good—can’t love every performance, right?

Rikard Wolff was an incredible actor and singer, famous for his deep connection to French chanson artists like Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, and Barbara. *La Vie en Wolff* by Albin Flinkas Oké is a beautiful homage to Wolff’s life and his journey as an artist. It’s all about exploring who Rikard was and the vastness of life, from the biggest joys to the smallest pains, and everything in between.

Rikard’s career was full of highs, including his breakthrough in *Änglagård* and his strong ties to Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. He was also a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, making his mark both on stage and off. Albin’s tribute to Wolff truly reflects the profound impact Rikard had on Swedish culture.

These are the Oldest Photo on my Phone, taken on may 22 22023, when I and my friend Magnus were in London on vacation. We have just come from a couple of day's trip to Oxford, and checked into our hotel, St. Giles, and now we are off to the musical Aspects of love at the Lyric theater on Shaftesbury avenue. The West End of London is renowned as the heart of the city’s entertainment and cultural scene. Often compared to New York’s Broadway, the West End is home to an array of historic theatres, offering world-class performances ranging from musicals and plays to operas and dance productions. Famous theatres such as the Royal Opera House, the Palladium, and the Theatre Royal Drury Lane have hosted some of the most iconic productions in theatre history, including *Les Misérables*, *The Phantom of the Opera*, and *Hamilton*.

Beyond its vibrant theatre scene, the West End is also a bustling hub for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Covent Garden are some of the most famous shopping destinations, attracting visitors from around the globe. The area is also rich in cultural landmarks, including the British Museum and the National Gallery, making it a must-visit for art and history enthusiasts.

The West End’s lively atmosphere, combined with its mix of historical charm and modern attractions, makes it a symbol of London’s dynamic and diverse culture, drawing millions of visitors each year to experience its unique blend of entertainment, history, and urban life.

*Aspects of Love* is a musical with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Don Black and Charles Hart. It is based on the 1955 novella by David Garnett and first premiered in London’s West End in 1989. The story explores the complex and intertwining relationships among several characters, primarily focusing on the love life of Alex Dillingham, a young Englishman, and the beautiful actress Rose Vibert.

Set in post-war France and Italy, *Aspects of Love* delves into themes of love, passion, jealousy, and the passage of time. The relationships in the story are intricate and sometimes controversial, exploring the different "aspects" of love, from romantic and familial love to infatuation and obsession. One of the musical’s most famous songs is "Love Changes Everything," which became a hit and is often performed as a standalone piece.

Although *Aspects of Love* did not achieve the same level of commercial success as some of Lloyd Webber’s other works like *The Phantom of the Opera* or *Cats*, it is appreciated for its emotional depth and the way it challenges traditional notions of love and relationships. The musical has seen several revivals and remains a poignant exploration of the complexities of human emotions.

the next day. Me in front of the skyscraper Centre Point. It is a prominent skyscraper located at the junction of Charing Cross Road, Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, and New Oxford Street in London, UK. Designed by architect Richard Seifert and completed in 1966, the building stands 34 stories tall and is one of the first skyscrapers in London. Its brutalist architectural style, characterized by its bold, concrete façade and distinctive grid-like windows, makes it a striking feature of the city’s skyline.

Initially conceived as an office building, Centre Point faced controversy due to its long period of vacancy after completion, which highlighted issues around property speculation in London. Over time, however, it became an iconic landmark. The building underwent significant refurbishment between 2015 and 2018, transforming it into luxury residential apartments with retail spaces at its base.

The location of Centre Point is particularly notable, as it sits at the crossroads of some of London's busiest streets, making it a central hub of activity. The surrounding area, including the newly developed Tottenham Court Road station, has become a vibrant part of the West End, with Centre Point serving as both a historical symbol of mid-20th-century architecture and a modern residential and commercial space in the heart of London.

Me and Magnus in front of the victoria and Albert museum. The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A), located in London’s South Kensington, is one of the world's leading museums of art, design, and performance. Founded in 1852, it was initially known as the Museum of Manufactures before being renamed the South Kensington Museum. It was finally renamed the Victoria and Albert Museum in 1899 to honor Queen Victoria and her husband, Prince Albert.

The V&A houses a vast and diverse collection, spanning over 5,000 years of human creativity in virtually every medium, including textiles, fashion, jewelry, furniture, ceramics, and sculpture. The museum is particularly renowned for its holdings of British art and design, as well as its comprehensive collection of Asian art, including treasures from China, India, and Japan.

The museum's architecture is as impressive as its collections, featuring grand Victorian buildings with stunning galleries and courtyards. The V&A also hosts numerous temporary exhibitions, ranging from contemporary fashion to historic artifacts, drawing millions of visitors annually.

As a center of research and education, the V&A offers extensive resources for scholars and the general public, making it not only a repository of historical and artistic treasures but also a dynamic institution dedicated to promoting the understanding of art and design.

The Stage and the auditiorium at Victoria Palace. *Hamilton: An American Musical*, created by Lin-Manuel Miranda, is a groundbreaking Broadway musical that debuted in 2015. The show tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, through a unique blend of hip-hop, R&B, jazz, and traditional musical theater. The musical is based on the 2004 biography *Alexander Hamilton* by historian Ron Chernow.

The narrative follows Hamilton's life from his humble beginnings as an orphan in the Caribbean to his rise as a key figure in American history, including his roles as a Revolutionary War hero, the first Secretary of the Treasury, and a key architect of the nation’s financial system. The show also explores his relationships with other historical figures, such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Aaron Burr, culminating in the infamous duel with Burr that led to Hamilton's death.

What sets *Hamilton* apart is its diverse cast and modern musical style, which reimagines America's past with a focus on inclusivity and contemporary relevance. The musical received widespread critical acclaim, winning 11 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. *Hamilton* has had a profound impact on theater and popular culture, making history accessible and resonant for new generations.

Me and magnus in the auctiorium of Victoria Palace, waiting for the show HAMILTON to start. The Victoria Palace Theatre, located in the heart of London's West End, is an iconic venue with a rich history. Originally opened in 1911, the theatre was designed by architect Frank Matcham and built on the site of an old music hall. The Victoria Palace Theatre is renowned for its stunning Baroque-style façade and its beautifully ornate interior, featuring luxurious red velvet seats and intricate gold detailing.

Over the years, the Victoria Palace Theatre has hosted a variety of successful productions, establishing itself as a cornerstone of London's theatrical scene. One of its most famous long-running shows was *Billy Elliot: The Musical*, which enjoyed an 11-year run from 2005 to 2016, captivating audiences with its heartfelt story and powerful performances.

In recent years, the theatre has undergone extensive renovations, ensuring that it remains a top-class venue while preserving its historical charm. Since 2017, the Victoria Palace Theatre has been the home of the smash-hit musical *Hamilton*, which has continued to draw large crowds and critical acclaim.

Located near Victoria Station, the theatre is easily accessible and remains a beloved cultural landmark in London, offering a memorable experience for theatergoers from around the world.
