Behind the Curtain - Rehearsal Sneak Peek

These are the oldest photos on my phone, taken on August 12, 2023, during the rehearsal of the latest musical at the theatre. Some of the actors are already in their costumes, but since opening night is still a couple of weeks away, most are not. Instead, they are working with stand-in props and wearing the right shoes to get a feel for the characters’ movements. The set design is almost fully in place, giving the cast a sense of the world they will bring to life on stage.

In the photo, you can see the energy of the cast and crew as we dive deeper into the process. The excitement is building as we inch closer to opening night, and you can feel the blend of anticipation and focus in the room. From tweaking choreography to perfecting the timing of the scene changes, every detail matters.
