"Summer Crumble with Friends"

This is the oldest photo on my phone, taken on July 21, 2023, at my apartment in Midsommarkransen, Stockholm, during a cozy dinner with my friends Christian and Majsan. The image captures our dessert: a delicious vegan crumble, layered with berries and topped with loads of cream.  We gathered around the table that evening, laughing, sharing stories, and indulging in this sweet treat. The crumble was a hit, with its perfect balance of tangy fruit and creamy topping, making it a memorable finale to a great evening. The warmth of the tablecloth, with its bright Sicilian design, added a sense of travel and nostalgia to the atmosphere, making the moment feel even more special.
